My family very enjoyed of this Turkish cousin evry food, it was very great atmospher and my kids are really liked kids meals spagetti and burgers. We will be back very soon here again. Halal Recomended

From the moment I entered, I sensed something was amiss. The staff’s tone was unwelcoming and discourteous. The food lacked flavor, and the service was notably poor and unprofessional. Overall, it was a deeply disappointing experience. I will not be returning and will trust my instincts moving forward.

Good Steak in London, Love the food and The best Service.

The location near the New Year's Eve fireworks is being exploited to charge people exorbitant prices for an average meal. It was full and therefore we couldn't pay much attention to the service. After the welcome champagne, we weren't even asked for any other drinks. Because the restaurant was full, we were not seated at a real table but at the shop window on two bar stools, even though we had reserved months in advance. The only vegetarian dish (moussaka) was out, so only tomato pasta was offered as an alternative. Any student can make these after a night of drinking. To make matters worse, we then had to pay a service fee, the amount of which was not at all justified and was not mentioned when we made the reservation. An absolute disgrace. Our low light on our trip to London.

We preferred fish and chips, we ate it with pleasure. The waiter was friendly and helpful. We were happy that we escaped from the rain and entered this warm and beautiful place

Fantastic food, excellent flavouring and fresh salad. We went on a Sunday so it was very quiet, thus the delivery of food to the table was so quick!

Read the reviews before my visit on the day and all were positive. No booking needed. Treated me and my son on my birthday. Food was amazing! Lamb shank dish was the best I've ever had. Sons steak was made to perfection. Met all our expectations. Waiter even gave baklava because it was my birthday. Definitely recommend and visit again!

The food here is decent, though not quite as authentic as you might expect from true Turkish cuisine. However, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff, all of whom are Turkish, create a welcoming and friendly environment. If you're looking to experience a taste somewhat close to Turkish flavors near London, it's worth a visit.

We ordered the mixed grill. It was delicious and a good quantity for two people. It comes with a delicious salad and the rice is a little small in quantity but delicious. We took a pasta with mushrooms and got a dessert with baklava and they gave us a free plate of sweets. Frankly, the treatment was terrible, and when they knew that we were Saudis, they took extra care of us.

Food was bottomless and very overpriced… under no circumstances order fish & chips. Tastes like nothing. 1/10

Munna and Shams serve very well, we love the food and service here. However, at very beginning, waiting for quite a time to get attention from who might initially serve our table for a life long. I had a lamb shank, tender that easy to separate from bone. The sauce was amazing as well, matching with roast potatoes. My friend had creamy spaghetti, lasagne, and breadcrumb crispy calamari, those are well as anyone can expected.

We thank the employee Wafaa for her cheerfulness and frank reception. The food was beautiful and it was fast and very delicious with all the dishes.

We thank Sister Wafaa for her good treatment and good hospitality, frankness for her study package, and a beautiful reception and welcome that makes a person come back to this restaurant again.

We were a party of three. Server was nice, however very very slow. We all ordered at the same time, however they forgot one of our main course. Two of us nearly finished our meal when the third meal was delivered. No apologies for the poor service. Troia was not busy.

Wonderful discovery in the area of County Hall Marriott and The London Eye after a day of touring London’s holiday light displays. We were cold and hungry and found a welcoming atmosphere with delicious choices on our first visit. Troia offers attentive and gracious service. Their menu offers many options (I saw plates on nearby tables of beautiful fish & chips, large salads and spaghetti) but their feature specialty are Mediterranean dishes. My meal was delicious! Oh, they also serve the BEST pita bread EVER; so fresh and warm!! They are family friendly and can accommodate large parties too. Our host was delightful and did everything to ensure our table was well served. I will be very happy to visit Troia again for a lovely evening out on the Southbank.

Mr Munna's service was very patient and considerate. We ordered fish and chips, mixed kebab, and calamari. All dishes were absolutely tasty. We would definitely visit this lovely restaurant again. We went there for dinner after visiting Westminster Abbey and Big Ben. It says it's Mediterranean cuisine, but they also have pasta, steak, etc., and the seasoning was just right, not too spicy and not too sweet. The inside of the restaurant had a calm atmosphere, and since it was empty, I was guided to a comfortable table. The staff were friendly and even with our poor English, they responded with a smile, so I was left with a very good impression ☺️ This restaurant is recommended if you are sightseeing along the Thames.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at souhtbank , and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was nothing short of delightful. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The freshness of the ingredients really stood out, and it was clear that a lot of thought and care went into the menu. I particularly enjoyed Adana , which was cooked to perfection and had a wonderful balance of textures and tastes. Equally impressive was the staff. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and attentive service . Our server wafa was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations, making our dining experience even better. They were prompt in attending to our needs without being intrusive, which made us feel valued and well taken care of. Overall, souhthbank restaurant exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return to try more of their delicious offerings. Highly recommended!

Paid a deposit for a group buffet lunch months in advance and didn’t receive a service or a refund. Still being told that there accountant will refund me. It’s been over 4 months. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT!!!

Nice place, good service, atmosfere, fast service, nothing to complain. Food may be a bit more tasty as in Grreece but overall a good experience.

We had king prawns and spaghetti pomodoro. Initially skeptikal because it’s a Turkish restaurant, not Italian. But once the food was on the table, we were very happy with the choices, portions are bigger than expected, taste is top 10. Only downside some guest where smoking shisha which we did not expect. Other than that would happily recommend.

Worst experience ever I had visited this afternoon and the food was cold and bad like they served stall food! Also I had gone away for few minutes leaving my wife to finish her food and the waiter made comments on her and tried to flirt with her who would want to visit a place where the waiter is misbehaving and commenting. Plus the bill arrived and I dint want to pay service charge and the waiter said he can’t help and made sure I paid it as he thought I was visiting London for the first time

A delicious stop over close to major attractions

Had the fish and chips, was looking for a good restaurant that had proper fish and chips and found this through google reviews. After eating here I understand why the rating is this high. Food is great, servers are quick and attentive (they don't look happy though, come over a bit overworked or burnt out, and this at 1pm on a Monday), portion size of the fish and chips were great. The cheesecake was tasty but certainly not fresh. The couches we sat on also had holes in them, might need to replace them instead of putting tape over it 😅 Overall a good experience that's quite worth the price range it's in 👍
