Cocktails take longer then the food. But cocktails are worth the wait. Curry goat hash is sublime!!!! But to small, mac and cheese jerk Collins also amazing

My server was a lovely young lady called Sherkain, she went above beyond to deliver excellent service, as was not sure of what to order, her suggestion hit the spot to the drink !! Will most definitely call in again !!

I've enjoyed the food at a number of the Turtle Bay restaurants, and I again I very much enjoyed the food I ate this evening at the Milton Keynes restaurant. What stood out to me from this evening's meal was the level of service I received from Lorna. She demonstrated what professional service is all about; beyond being friendly and attentive, she was very aware of the needs of all the customers and demonstrated the ability to anticipate the needs of myself and other customers, in a way that appeared effortless but has clearly been developed over many years of considered and reflective experience of service in restaurants.

We've been to turtle bay a number of times across the last year, generally enjoyed the experience. Overall the goat curry is probably the best option :) I also love the dumplings. Normally the service is pretty good, especially the people that greet you at the door. Though the last couple times the service wasn't the best. Twice we've had to wait until the end of the meal to get the dumplings we ordered. The last time we asked numerous waiters for them as we had guests who were excited to try Caribbean food as they hadn't had it before. But they never arrived and everyone was really disappointed. Noone got back to us. We were really understanding about it but I felt upset at the end. I felt the right customer service thing to do would be to give us the dumplings asap for free and maybe even add a discount as it really spoiled our meal, our food went a bit cold as we kept waiting to eat it with the dumplings. However, the waiter didn't even apologise, he didn't even smile or try to make the situation better. I'm not sure if I'm going to return as I feel frustrated by this experience. Clearly there is an issue with getting the dumplings out on time which needs to be corrected.

First time I went here I really liked it. Experience really varies depending on which server you get though. Also be warned that if you go late the music is very loud, so more the vibe for partiers than relaxed dinner goers. In all my subsequent visits they've brought the dumplings late, and in my last visit they didn't bring them at all and took ages to get it removed from my bill. Really killed the experience as the server just didn't seem to care.

Went for bottomless brunch. It was amazing. The drinks were so nice and they just kept coming! Food was delicious and our server Jessie was lush. So lovely 😍 deffo recommend. Best bottomless brunch I've been to x

Food was not carribean in the slightest, myself and my partner were laughing! Atleast get someone in the restaurant with some kind of carribean cooking skills. 5-6 years ago the chef was good the curry goat actually taste good. The mac n cheese is revolting my kid usually loves it and wouldn't touch it. That is not carribean in any which way usually served baked in a block and god knows what was on it LOL. Whole place is a joke..it must be! Need some ethnicity in the kitchen I think that's what's missing.

We were looked after by Lorna and Toby and they were helpful, friendly and knew the menu and all the drinks making sure we got exactly what we wanted. Tbh all the staff were great! Definitely the best Turtle bay branch ive visted so far.

Good, active manager for New Years Eve! We had a slight problem where our food didn't come for 1+hours after ordering, and it was managed appropriately! Unfortunately, the chicken was dry for both dishes but it was new years eve and everyone was probably busy behind that kitchen! Don't think I'll go again for food, but definitely go for drinks. They are strong and well made and the staff are wonderful :)

A few mishaps....spilt drinks, quickly and efficiently cleared up, wrong starter, quickly replaced and piping hot. Staff member genuinely apologetic, had a lovely smile with a delightful acceptance of our gentle ribbing! 😉😁

Went for bottomless. Although it was busy, our server (Harlee) was so lovely and friendly, service was quick and food was great! Only downside for us was a group of guys who were unbearably loud - obviously not Turtle Bays fault but definitely made it slightly uncomfortable

Lorna and Bobby were fantastic! They were friendly and open throughout our bottomless brunch! Lorna was our main server and was always available, checked in with us regularly and made sure we had a fantastic time! Bobby also brought us bonus drinks, all lovely, and was friendly the whole time too! I can’t recommend them enough!

We come to turtle Bay on a yearly basis for a bottomless brunch for our Christmas celebration. This year the service was definitely not as good as previous times. We would usually order rounds of drinks for a table of nine or 10 and they continue to come but this time we were told we ALL had to finish our drinks completely before another could be ordered that left some people on the table without drinks and some with. The food was lovely, but the service with the drinks really let it down this year.

Had jerk chicken, rice and pea, macaroni cheese bites and chilli squid. All delicious and I highly recommend

We made a booking to celebrate our sons 17th birthday and waited at the door for 20 mins to be seated. When someone finally took notice that we were waiting, the young lady asked us "what do you want?". I told her we had a booking and she looked at the computer screen and then walked away without saying a word. There was no floor manager in sight and out of pure frustration, we just gave up and went to the restaurant around the corner, which was brilliant! Suffice to say, we will not be going there again and will also be telling everyone we can about our experience...

The food was lovely and came out quite quickly.. I am giving it a 1star due to the service. We had bottomless brunch. The 1st waiter that saw us for the 1st couple of drinks, was clueless We were told that red stripe and prosecco were not on the list amd told us that only cocktails were on the menu for bottomless. We showed him this was not the case. So he.let us have what we wanted after a Needless aguement. Next round. He told us that we now couldn't have the red stripe or prosecco and we must now ALL order the same cocktail. After wasting 10 mins arguing. He finally ordered what we wanted. Another waiter took over from him, this one;Toby- was great efficient and confirmed that we could order exactly what we wanted from the bottomless menu. Please make sure your staff are aware of what you are.selling, so as Needless time wasting arguments do not happen. Thank you

Harlee was an absolute Angel, couldn’t do more for us as an annoying big table of 8. She was constantly on our drinks order for bottomless brunch, we had awkward people for food - gluten free, no spicy, no bread etc and nothing was too much for her. I would reccomend her in a heartbeat, we’ve been to turtle bay before for bottomless brunch in Northampton and it doesn’t even compare to the service Harlee gave us. For a birthday brunch in December she was amazing, thank you soo so much

Food was fantastic. Best fried chicken I've ever had and the curried goat was to die for. The flesh on the chicken wings just fell off the bone and the Mac and cheese bites were so creamy. The only downside was there were no ribs and the service. The server forgot a few things we ordered (lemonade and our desserts) and we had to ask a different server. The atmosphere was very loud and busy. Would go again 100%

We visited this evening for dinner and drinks and were served by Sherkain, who was an absolute star, as always. Her attentive and friendly service really stood out and made our experience enjoyable. However, our interaction with the manager, Katie, was disappointing. When we needed assistance, it took quite a while to get her attention as she was preoccupied on her phone. When she finally came over, her demeanour was appalling, as if she didn’t have the time to engage with us. It appears that she may be bullying her staff, as we overheard her speaking negatively about one of her team members. We truly appreciate the great service from Sherkain, but our experience with the management was not great.

3rd night eating on my own (business) yes I have friends! ☺. Made to feel so welcome and not uncomfortable sitting on my own. Had the curried goat 2 nights, my all time favourite, then tonight the Manager recommended the Brown Chicken. I was not disappointed whatsoever. The food is authentic. The atmosphere is relaxed. The staff are so friendly. Love, love, love Turtle Bay, Milton Keynes.
