Kaela was our waitress and she was amazing :)

We Love coming here. Not only for the food and drink but for the service. We have come here every time for bottomless brunch and safe to say it's the best place for it all. Everyone is so welcoming and the lovely lady who served us today, kaela, was an absolute star. She made us feel right at home and was amazing at her job. Thank you so much to all who work at turtle bay and thank you kaela for your lovely service. X

Went for bottomless brunch with friends at turtle bay, Coventry, and the service was brilliant. Kaela was a brilliant server and made our experience that much better and accommodated to our friends food allergy as well, would definitely recommend.

Back again for a post-gym-meal and once again I get reminded why it is my go to spot.

Served by this handsome fella (Joel), he isn’t just a bartender; he’s a drink alchemist, a mixology magician, and the unofficial therapist of the establishment. Joel knows exactly what you need before you do. Stressed? He’s pouring you the perfect old-fashioned. Celebrating? Here comes a cocktail so fancy it deserves its own Instagram account. His banter? Top-notch. You walk in feeling like a stranger and leave feeling like family. But the real magic? He remembers EVERYONE.I don’t know what they’re paying him, but it’s not enough.

Booked a table for my Dads birthday. Great food, great drinks and a convincing Carribean atmosphere even during the winter. One of the staff members : Kuba offered great service making our experience infinetly more relaxing.

Very good food, atmosphere good as the company was great and I gave the service 4 as after waving at different staff had to get up and get someone to serve us. However saying that, once Kuba realised we were quick drinkers, we did have quick service so all good 😃

Mr Fatt Meeney? The manager is my hero, what a guy. Really knows how to run a shift. the food was amazing, the drinks were amazing, top food, drinks were amazing, fresh drinks, 10/10 food and drinks. it was clean, toilets so clean, service was top tier, amazing all round, would always recommend to my friends, 10/10 service. jerk chicken was amazing, brown chicken was so fresh. Plantain so fresh. Drinks so fresh. Cheesecake was top 10/10

was a bit dubious about how long cocktails would take to come, but honestly maisie was fantastic at getting them out to us and they were app delicious! the staff work so hard! thank you. great afternoon

Maisie was an absolute delight whilst serving us during our bottomless brunch. We had a fantastic time whilst sampling the thirst quenching rum cocktails. I actually felt like I was in the Caribbean until I walked outside and it was raining in Coventry.

Great venue for lunch next to the Cathedral in Coventry. Too cold for sitting outside in late December but would make for a lovely dinner venue in the summer. Good veggie and vegan offer as well.

I was served by Kuba in the Coventry branch and he was so fantastic, he was really polite, professional and patient. He deserves a raise. Lol.

The atmosphere was electric never experienced like it. Harrison was our waiter great lad with a lovely muffstache. Slightly creeped out as he kept going on about buttered sausage lol

We had our work Christmas meal here and we loved every second of it. The staff were so helpful and attentive to our group of over 20. The food came out fast and was delicious, as well as the drinks. Special thanks to Matthew who checked in with us multiple times throughout. I would 100% reccomend ✨
