Can we give 6 stars?? The team work in this is sensational! Having been to so many restaurants and experienced poor customer service, we were blown away by the amazing work ethic and chemistry between this team. It is so clear to see that they work exceptionally well as a team and are so attentive. Nothing was too much trouble… Chan greeted us with a warm smile and bubbly personality, Kelsey took our order and was happy to speak to the chefs (Ronik and Humphrey ) who accommodated for my bespoke requests. The food was quick and so tasty… after a really stressful day they helped me to relax and I have to say I think the service was some of the best I've ever had. This team want to be here, they want to serve you, welcome you and they are fantastic at what they do! ❤️ in summary yummy food, yummy drinks and exceptional service - thank you! I had another great experience at Turtle Bay in Derby today. The atmosphere is always vibrant and welcoming, and the staff are consistently attentive and friendly. My go-to order is the Shack Stack Burger with Sweet Potato Fries, and as always, it didn’t disappoint. I have this regularly from Turtle Bay, and the quality is consistently excellent. Service is quick even during busy times, making it a reliable spot for a great meal. Highly recommend!

Had a really enjoyable meal with family on Xmas Eve. Place wasn’t particularly busy which was nice. We were served by Beth who was excellent, despite us constantly changing our mind. Highly recommended.

We came here on Boxing Day and Kelsey our server was so good, constant and persistent service. We had a very good time all thanks to our server.

Went for our Christmas dinner. Amazing place , food was really good portion wise as well. Overall happy and would love to visit again.

Very professional service from beth this afternoon. Had a lovely afternoon out for some lunch, the new dishes are amazing!! The rib of beef just melts right off the bone and continues mending in your mouth. Cooked to the absolute perfection !! Would 100% recommend

Had an excellent afternoon in Derby on the bottomless brunch. Kelsey and Holly were great hosts and Turtle Bay should be proud of them! Proper front of house and enjoyed spending a few hours here. Goat curry was great, service ... second to none. Will definently do again, oh and far nicer than the Glasgow Turtle Bay. Brilliant 👍🍷🍸🍺

Had an amazing time at bottomless brunch at turtle Bay! Our server Beth was amazing! So helpful and very attentive! We had a few mix ups on our orders from the kitchen but they were rectified straight away which was no problem for us! We loved it. This my second time and it continues to be the best bottomless brunch place ever!!

Our server Holly was great, we ordered plenty of drinks which she kept up with and the food was amazing, the new items on the menu are absolutely delicious and much new favourite go to is the Brown Chicken with mash

Rosh is the best server we have ever had, she is ever so friendly and vibrant. She never let our glasses be empty and really looked after us!!!

So disappointed. I paid £39 to eat this tiny little burger and had to pay for the chips as extra! I phoned ahead to ask if I could order from the mains menu as I couldn't drink cocktails or anything too sugary from the brunch menu. I was told as everyone in my group was having the bottomless brunch, I must pay for it too. I nearly didn't go but had to really as it was a work party. Really sad as it spoiled what was could have been a delicious meal. All I could choose was a burger or wrap which didn't even come with chips or salad for £36!!! How is this even allowed?

I was here with mum and dad after not seeing them for a long time and couldn't have asked for better food atmosphere and experience Well done Beth and congrats Turtle Bay you have yourselves a great addition to the team 👏
