- Pain Au chocolat 10/10 - Coffee 9/10 - Service 9/10 - Atmosphere 8/10 (It was super busy so we couldn’t get a seat at first but ended up finding one after a few mins wait). - Just a thought…if the shelves were rearranged / removed more seating could be provided to allow for more customers. The pastry is the best I had in a long time! I can only hope they keep up with this… good job there! But the customer service… uau… nothing good to say about this… it is inexistent…

Great bakery. It gets busy on weekends so sometimes it's hard to get a table. Definitely worth visiting while in Warwick.

I regret to say that my experience at Two Brothers Bakery in Warwick was highly disappointing. The selection of items was quite limited, and the drinks were mediocre at best. However, the most concerning aspect of our visit was the service. My friend and I were completely ignored by the two men behind the counter. We stood in line waiting to be served, yet despite other customers arriving after us, we were overlooked and not even acknowledged. There was no apparent issue, and we didn’t engage with the staff in any way—simply waiting to make our purchase. This lack of service felt not only dismissive but also seemed to be rooted in a form of racial bias. We ultimately left without making a purchase, as it became clear that we were not going to be served. This experience was both frustrating and troubling, and I cannot recommend this establishment based on the treatment we received. Response: We stood at the cashier, ready to place our order, but were not served. Despite waiting, we were repeatedly overlooked, while other customers who arrived after us were attended to. This led to us eventually leaving without making a purchase. My comment regarding the drinks was based on personal preference, as I usually ask the cashier for recommendations. Unfortunately, due to the lack of acknowledgment we received, I did not have the opportunity to do so. This experience left us feeling dismissed and unwelcome, which was both disappointing and frustrating. While I appreciate that you are a small, family-run business with limitations, customer service should remain a top priority. Ensuring all customers are treated equally and acknowledged promptly is crucial to creating a welcoming atmosphere. I also feel it’s important to note that the tone of your response came across as defensive, which may not align with your intention. Rather than addressing the concerns raised, the focus seemed to be on questioning the validity of my observations. Feedback is an opportunity for improvement, and I hope this is taken constructively to ensure others do not encounter a similar experience. Thank you again for taking the time to respond. Fantastic locally roasted artisan coffee and a fantastic array of freshly baked treats. The best focaccia I've ever tasted! Definitely worth a try!!

Huge, buttery satisfying croissants, the like I've never tasted before. Satisfying enough to see you through to lunch. A standout due to their home baked croissants and cheesy, flaky savoury Danish pastries.

I come here often with the family and try to sample the new bakes where possible. This weekend I had what is possibly the best donut I've ever had. Coffee and service were fantastic as always, would highly recommend.

The table wasn’t cleared or wiped down, I had to do so myself. I paid nearly £4 for a large latte for it to be lukewarm, no “ latte art” and to taste weak. It’s a shame , the place is lovely being a bakery and serving food that looked appealing. Definitely had potential, but unfortunately I wouldn’t come back.

An amazing bakery and café. The mushroom cheese in the sourdough toastie was heavenly. I really wish a place like this existed in my home town. My only complaint is it needs to be open every day. Please 🥺

I loved their coffee, simple interior and the smell of freshly baked bread. Seeing the staff cutting the apples made me dream if a lovely apple pie. I am definitely going back there.

Two Bro's Bakery's monthly fine dining event on 28th April was a fab experience. Chef Dan and his team expertly crafted each dish, from the smooth garlic houmous and succulent chicken schwarma to the vibrant tabbouleh. The cardamom crème brûlée was divine, and the house cocktail, a take on Turkish Delight, was literally a delight! It's obvious that Dan has a real passion and skill in the kitchen, and this made for a great evening. Highly recommended and looking forward to the next one.

Lovely place, friendly staff, and the best coffee in town!

Visited Warwick with friends today, we went into the bakery cafe and all fell in love with the place. Coffee was perfect and the pastries were some of the best we've ever tasted, even better that we amsaw them being made infront of our eyes. Iwould definitely recommend if you are in the area.

Very impressive selection of pastries alongside perfect coffee. Well worth a visit!

Tom and the new staff at this location have created a warm atmosphere full of inviting smells. The baked goods are mouth watering (get the kouign-amann or cruffin, any flavour) and the espresso is pleasantly fruity as a rule. A lovely extension of the cafe in the marketplace, and a new destination to take friends to for a quiet cup.
