Resulta que cocinan todas las opciones veganas con la carne. cuando se les preguntó sobre esto declararon: "no tenemos suficiente espacio para dos parrillas, pero el aceite se limpia los lunes y viernes". . Le expliqué que no se puede etiquetar la comida como vegana si se cocina con carne, y mucho menos anunciar un menú vegano específico, y la respuesta que recibí fue: "bueno, no pidas aquí de nuevo entonces, la gente no sabe y no le importa". EVITA A TODA COSTA SI ERES VEGETAL O VEGANO.

Urban Pitta advertises vegan certified options. They even have a Veganuary ad going around at the moment. It turns out they cook all of the vegan options in with the meat. when questioned on this they stated, "we do not have enough space for two grills, but the oil gets cleaned Mondays and Fridays"... I explained you can't label food as vegan if it's cooked in with meat, let alone advertise a specific vegan menu, and the response I got was, "well don't order here again then, people don't know and don't care". (Stated by the manager, to whom I spoke to after dealing an incredible rude and immature staff member who stated themselves they don't care and repetitively hung up) AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU ARE VEGGIE OR VEGAN.

Absolutely insanely good food. The pittas are extremely fresh, and after testing many of the toppings/sauces, I strongly recommend the harissa sauce. Service is a little slow but that's because they make it fresh for you. Good trade off. Highly recommend this place.

First time dining at Urban Pitta. I called in with a mate, we were both extremely impressed with the place. Food was excellent the service first class. I will definitely be returning.

I been there tonight around 7 o’clock , the staff absolutely amazing- The food came very fresh , and quick . Lots of options available. We gonna come back ! Highly recommend

We chose salad leaves as part of our condiments, the lady add few sld leaves and add plenty of lettuce. Told her I did not chose lettuce in the option, she said I did not specify no lettuce in my order. But lettuce is in the separate option, so as salad leaves. She did not even apologise suggesting it was my fault for not specify. Clearly in the order system lettuce and salad leaves are 2 different choice.

Freshly made, great tasting, good customer service.

The food is very tasty and the pittas are a good size. There is a good range of fresh salad options and sauces and they add a lot of flavour. The seasoned chips have cuttings of fresh thyme on them, which is a good touch I think and adds a different flavour. I would definitely recommend this place.

Food has always been great for me. Service is speedy and efficient. The taste is superb and I'd recommend this place to anyone wanting something to try. I've only had chicken thus far, May try steak next.

Urban Pitta is excellent value for money. We have had 2 takeaways and a sit-in meal there and each time we have found the food to be very good quality. The meat is delicious and there is a wide choice of fresh salad items with sauces and spreads. And all served by friendly, welcoming staff with genuine smiles! Highly recommended.

Delicious homemade pittas filled with freshly grilled steak and your choice of up to 6 salad items

Every time I pass this place, there’s always a queue, which is a good sign. I tried it yesterday, and it was amazing! I had the steak pitta and chips, and there was a great variety of fresh salads, sauces, and toppings. The portion size was generous, and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend it and will be returning again soon.

Food is absolutely out of this world. Although they could put more sauce, halloumi and feta on the pitta, as you only get three pieces per pitta. Other than that the place is exceptional and the food is Beautiful. 🥙

Excellent falafel wraps that have deteriorated since they first opened. The value for money seemed too good to be true, so it was. The amount of salad has gone down to the point where if you're unlucky and get served by someone who thinks five shreds of carrot is a potion you'll need an archaeologist to help find your salad. If you're lucky you'll get a wrap that's close to being as stuffed with salad as those early days. The fact it is so random makes the experience all the more annoying. Great food spoiled by variable service.

Really tasty food, good size pitta and great value if you order in person or via their website. Would recommend ordering through their website and collecting in half an hour or so as it can be very busy and a lengthy wait if you just turn up and order.

I’ve been ordering from these guys for the past year. I only uber it, so i’ve never actually been in the restaurant itself. This is absolutely my favourite restaurant in sheffield and probably ever. They really make gorgeous food, it’s almost addictive. I always recommend this place to my friends as it’s just that good to me. I’ve only ever eaten the salad bowls, but all my co workers rave about this place too and they only eat the pitas. Please don’t ever go anywhere or i will be devastated lol (my bank would be okay with it tho).

The food is incredible, but it is so slow. Delivery takes for ever, I’ve had drivers cancel collecting because they’re bored of waiting. If you order to collect they don’t start making it until you get there. Tonight it estimated 35 minutes until delivery and we’re over an hour so far .

I love the name of this place and have been meaning to go in for a while. I tried it today. I needed to ask about one of the sauce options and a man was very quick to be attentive, (may have been the manager as he looked like he was over-seeing what was happening). I watched what was happening during service and liked that I could see the meats being cooked from scratch. The salads were really fresh and staff wore gloves and used tongues to serve. I liked that I chose my own salad, generous as you can choose up to 6 options. The food was packaged well, practical but trendy. The pitta exceeded my expectations. Tasty, fresh and healthy. The pitta was brown and seeded which I wasn't expecting, felt like a real treat. I couldn't have one too regularly as they price between £6 -£9 approx' but well worth it and I will definately be back for more. Lovely lunch, thank you Urban Pitta.

We order from here most weekends, and it’s normally fine but today half the items were missing from my order and they had no interest in sorting it out when I called, just told me to complain to Uber. Won’t be ordering again.

Love it, food fabulous, staff friendly, only issue is the long neverending line of delivery drivers, some of who had hygiene issues that would preclude me eating anything they delivered, and they have no understanding of personal space. Sadly. On the plus side so busy because the place itself is so good.

This place is amazing the food is absolutely spot on the salad is so fresh and tasty with plenty of variety to choose from, the meat choices are extremely tasty, and cooked fresh. I do believe there are vegetarian choices also.the staff are extremely hard working and polite and the orders are correct every time. I have used click and collect and order in store and both are spot on. But after all these comments make no mistake the pitta bread is the star of the show this kicks any other takeaway in the areas arse well 👍

Fui al bar de cazadores uno. Comida encantadora pero inadecuada para los niños. Pregunté si tenían alguna opción para niños y obtuvieron una respuesta bastante grosera y mocosa sobre cómo todo es solo de una talla.

Great food, incredible flavours

Salad is fresh and plentiful every time. No wilted leaves at all. The salad bowl comes with 5 falafel rings which is super generous and filling. The pitta is so fresh and encrusted with seeds which is a great touch. Got loads of flavoursome juicy chicken too. They don't let you mix halloumi with falafel.or meat though, which is definitely something that could make it better! Prices are reasonable too. Fries are decent with a crispy coating. Great value for a healthy and filling treat. Service is efficient.

The pittas used to be very nice with high quality meat and fresh salad but the past 2 times I have ordered, they've sent a wrong side and the pittas had hardly any meat on them. Just a little bit in the middle. The last time was very the same but also cold. Will never order again

UBER me pidió que recogiera algunos pedidos hoy de 736 Chesterfield Road y dos empleados se negaron a entregar los pedidos completos y me pidieron que cancelara uno y causar retraso a los clientes pedidos durante 30 minutos y también me hicieron perder el tiempo. Afirman que no permiten combinar más de dos solicitudes. El personal era amable. Solo soy un conductor y hubiera sido mejor estar de acuerdo con el socio en este asunto en lugar de interrumpir los pedidos de los clientes y el conductor. Esta es una muy mala experiencia de esta rama. El gerente de la sucursal intervino y preparó los pedidos él mismo porque los empleados parecían negarse. Pasé alrededor de una hora en este dilema y sufrí una pérdida financiera sin siquiera obtener una disculpa del gerente de la sucursal.

I love this place. Chicken well marinated! Pittas lovely and fresh. Wood seats is better than the Eccy Road one. They actually grill the chicken properly. But my go to when I need something yummy. Pesto sauce is a must have on your pitta

Caused me a massive reaction because they’d put chillies on all our food and I cannot have chillies my chest and tongue and throat have been burning now for 20 minutes and my dinner is ruined not to mention my pocket!!! Furious

The pitas itself were ok, but cold. I ordered an hour before collecting. Getting there on time, but the persons queuing before me got theirs in a few mins. I was waiting for my order extra 15mins and 4 pitas were cold. Not very nice. Order 10301.

Had my first Urban Pitta today! Was skeptical at first as I'm not usually one to have a pitta but it was 10/10! Had the steak pitta with tzatziki and with aioli & chipotle sauce, and obviously lettuce/toms/sweetcorn. The best combo ever! Amazing for price for the portion size. Think my pitta and a bottle of water was just under £8 and was the more healthier option I was looking for. Absolute slay would come again

I found a hair in my pitta, not my hair as i’m light and the food was bad. The hair made me sick. Thr food was soggy and disgusting. I wouldn’t even recommend to eating there the worst food i ever tasted.

I went for a birthday lunch with my partner & submitted my order at 1.14 on the self service machine. My partner received his order in about 10 minutes. I queried my order & they looked confused but said they'd make it & bring it up. 1.30 passed & still nothing. I went to the counter to enquire again & they looked further confused. I said I have to get back to work soon & she simply replied "your ticket got lost." She seemed to be in the middle of making it. I found her customer service left a lot to be desired, as was my feeling about the staff in general. We should have stuck with Greedy Greek as planned but decided to try Urban Pitta. Not a good 1st experience & most likely the last!

Categorically will never eat from this place again, two times out of two they have sent me the wrong Food. The first time they sent to tomatoes when I specifically told them I was allergic to them. This time they completely sent me the wrong order. I had to drive down with Food and leave it with them. I will never ever eat at this place again.

I’ve been trying to order from the chesterfield branch for delivery since 8:30pm. I phoned the shop at half 8 and the lady said to me to order on the web, Uber eats or just eat, I stated that all platforms said that the restaurant isn’t taking any orders for delivery at the moment, she said to me that the platforms are open and they do take delivery , I told the lady if maybe they can accept orders and turn their platforms on. She replied with ‘we’re closed’. honestly such a waste of time and terrible communication with customers.

We've been here several times, always a delicious, filling meal, whichever filling you get. The big choice of toppings and sauces with fresh pitta makes it a great choice for a quick meal!

The food here is great love this place. They could do with bigger premises as it gets very busy and there's alot of uber eats and just eat drivers so be prepared for a wait.

I didnt really know what to expect from Urban Pitta but I was blown away......... The ability to customise your own pitta is fantastic and the result was probably the best pitta Ive ever had!! The fries were incredibly tasty too! Highly reccommend this spot for a delicious and satisfying meal

very hit and miss! Really disappointed this time. My Pitta was nothing like filled. The chicken was cold as where the chips. What I got was tasty, but as I said - hit and miss. Sometimes it's really good and others like today not good.😔

I ordered on Uber and my order got cancelled, so i called the restaurant and a girl answered the phone, and i asked what happened, and she started to saying "its because of Uber driver cancel the order and waiting for another driver to pick up your order" and i told her my ordee has been cancelled and she said because its busy and she hang up the phone. This was the last time i ordered from here. Awful costumer service.

Ridiculous attitude. Brought my son to have a pitta. Refused to cut the pitta in half. It’s like I was asking for a discount!! 1st visit and will not visit again. Terrible customer service. We decided to visit Greedy Greek, who are ‘allowed’ to cut there wraps.

Been wanting to try this food for a while. Tonight I ordered a grilled chicken with all the trimmings. Wow what a disappointment!! Hardly any chicken and cheap brown meat.My Dogs ate. They were grilling some chicken when I walked in and it looked lovely but I definitely didn’t get that. the chicken went to my dogs so I paid £9 for a salad. As you can see from the pictures mine on the left looks nothing like they advertised EDIT Sent numerous emails and received nothing back

I came all the way from to get a salad meal box. When getting my order they nearly forgot my water. When arriving at work my meal was not complete, they missed the fries out and not all salad was their When I asked. I called up and told them they asked if I could go back like hell "No" I am at work. Then saying I wil get a refund and somone will call me. No one called me. The food was ok but I think they are over rushed and have a very small premises with like 6 staff trying to work and they rushing.

Really delicious food here, with freshly made breads, generous fillings and plenty of well marinated meat! I just wish they'd sort out the ordering system, with so many delivery apps on offer, walk in customers tend to have a really long wait even when it seems completely quiet in there. Maybe slimming down or prioritising the delivery options might help so that customers waiting in the store receive good service too.
