When on the coast, or anywhere else for that matter, it's always a nice treat to have some fish and chips. My daughter who's twenty two, wasn't that hungry, so the proprietor suggested she had a child's portion, and it wasn't that small! My favourite fish is Huss (rock salmon) and it's rare to get a good one nowadays for two reasons: It's a fish that turns to ammonia quite quickly if not fresh and cooked, and it's also not that popular, so it tends to get left in a tub going off. Not so here, these guys knew about that and I had the freshest Huss I've ever eaten. A real delight of a place and will always go there for fish and chips in future. Also despite being on the sea front, was not crazy money. Deffo eating there again

Used to be excellent then it changed hands a few years back and every time we’ve been either the quality or the service has been awful. Last night we went for what will be the final time as when we got home we discovered they had forgotten to include part of our order (the kids food) and refused to deliver it to us despite it being their mistake, instead expecting us to make a 40 minute round journey to collect ourselves (we’d dished up all the other food and were literally sitting down to eat). It’s a shame because Wolfies used to be the kind of place we recommended regularly and took visiting friends and family to. Never again.
