We went to eat the lunchtime menu Very disappointed The curries came first with rice We were told we have to wait for the chapaties which took 15 minutes to come By that time we had eaten the curries and rice so asked for more as they had told us we could have eat as much as we like Now we were told wait for the curries That took another 10 minutes by which time the chapaties were cold We had to ask for pappadums and salad which was included but not served to us The lassi was so watered down might as well not have served us I asked for ice and was told they have no ice! The service is non existent They could not even get the basic right Don’t bother

best decor, finest dine in service, delicious food, verity of veg and non veg food, thali is one of best option around the area

Very disappointed, They charged a different price (more) than the price on the menu. The alcoholic drinks are more expensive when compared to Central London prices! I would not return.

We dine out quite a lot during the week. Thought we would give this new restaurant a go. The decor is nice and comfy chairs. It ends there. Very poor waiter service. Seems no one is doing anything. Forgetting simple things and waiting ages. We will not return. Sorry but you have to get the basics right.

We had the worst experience at this restaurant... Firstly we asked for my nieces food to come but It came after most our food had arrived and she was really hungry We orderd mostly vegetarian as my parents, sister, niece and I are vegetarian and the other 3 were non veg.. But when bringing our food .. He said it was chilli paneer.. So we all took it... But it was actually CHICKEN!!... And i even bit into it. This is so disgusting and poor. If my parents had eaten it, especially during navratri, a religious event- it would have been so upsetting for them. Then they didnt apologise, my sister was so angry  and because most of the noodles had been distributed out and touched the chicken on our plates, we asked for new plates and new noodles as being vegetarians, we weren't gonna eat the chicken touched ones...so my sister asked them to replace this which im pretty sure they were gonna charge us for as he said weve ordered more noodles - in which we said we havent ordered more - you are replacing them!! Our chinese bhel didnt arrive.. They said it did and was one of thr dishes wed packed away but it looked and tasted identical to the sezchwan noodles - they definitely conned us there When the bill came, i booked throough the Folk and was meant to get 30% off the al a cart bill but this was not applied We feel completely disappointed, DISGUSTED and CHEATED!! We will never be going back!! DO NOT RECCOMEND!!
