Super tasty food, had various tapas and they were all really excellent. The service was very friendly and accommodating.

Well, the place is dilapidated and I hope you are in a hurry to eat... The vegetable curry is simple but good... The spring rolls are very small, expensive and bad. It's the worst Vietnamese I've eaten in, it's a long way from my grandmother's cooking...

We came some time before closing time and the personnel was friendly and tried to make their best to find us a table. The service was quick and the food arrived also within 10-15 min from the time we ordered. The ambience is OK but nothing special, it's a small place on the ground floor and more spacious upstairs. The food was nothing special. Was OK but nothing special. If you find yourself eating there then I would recommend the green carry chicken. It was the best dish from what we ordered.

Must have eaten here a dozen times alone and with others and it’s always a hit with whoever we take. Just so good. It’s our go to restaurant when we are in Soho. The chicken curry and lemongrass chicken is superb. Friendly efficient service and ambient vibes. Highly recommend.

Food was terrible over priced and low quality, this restaurant is for the over hyped common tourist with no knowledge for food or taste that doesn’t care to pay for over priced food that has little flavour, and service was very negative, they give the most ugly and childish response to constructive criticism let alone, when requesting for extra things like extra toppings for my pho, which btw they don’t do all I asked for was prawns in my chicken pho which they said they could only put extra of what ever order, but would be charged for extra so I asked for the prawn pho with extra prawn charged me nearly 18£ for a whopping total of five prawns, which wasn’t even fresh 😂, just go the regular “pho” franchise, they have more flavour and do combos with fresher ingredients for way cheaper!

Nice atmosphere but the food was soso. The pho didn’t taste that authentic & was slightly bamboozled that the prawn fried rice only had two pieces of prawn 🥹 was very oily & slightly too salty

Amazing dining experience. Soft pork belly, the best soft shell crab I've had in my life, and the bún bo xao was gorgeous. 100% recommend if you fancy Vietnamese food in London.

Food was very tasty and filling.. vegetable Bun...Noodle salad and veg but so tasty..service is fast but they could be more friendly and welcoming. We've been over the years to this place and always food for a nice comfortable meal...usually you can find a table but generally quite busy and atmospheric. Lot of sharing tables if that's your thing.

The food is ok. Not great and not bad. It is very pricey for what it offers. Also, the fact that you can stay just one hour it isn’t nice at all. I felt like I was at a marathon and I needed to eat as fast as I could. At the end of the hour that I supposed to stay the waiter came twice to ask if I am done even though I still had tea and beer left. And I had 10 more minutes to stay. It is a very crowded and tiny place.

Around 7pm, there were about 5 groups in line and we waited for about 15 minutes. Due to the large number of seats and the quick movements of the staff, the turnover is fast. Two people ordered pho (beef, shrimp) and lemongrass tea. Everything was more delicious and exquisite than I expected. I was very happy with the kind service they provided, such as holding my jacket for me when I sat down and preparing me a new vegetable when I mistakenly ate the vegetables that were meant to accompany my noodles for a salad. The staff who spoke good Japanese spoke to me in a friendly manner, which warmed my heart. (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) It was a really good memory. I want to go again.

We ate there three times during our stay. Highly recommended to anyone who likes this cuisine. The soups are very tasty, as are the homemade spring rolls etc.

A safe bet for a good pho soup. Be careful with their spicy levels, the soft serve was already too much and I couldn't eat my dish even though I regularly eat spicy foods and tolerate fairly high levels.

I have visited this place many times and it continues to maintain the quality of food as well as the friendly service. It never fails to impress any friends I take here.

give the homemade sriracha a try!! it was tangy and spicy and went perfectly with my pho noodles. however my soup was quite flavour less when it came, didn’t have a deep meat flavour at all. i dumped the sauce in and it completely elevated so that’s a personal tip 😂 the soups also seem inconsistent, different bowls had different taste so that was weird but overall still a decent spot! food came super fast too

Chicken Curry with rice was delicious. Friendly service....recommend!

Mass processing & poor price/performance ratio. The portions are very small and taste below average, and are also comparatively expensive. The vegetarian curry was the worst thing we have ever eaten. In addition to the mini portion for just under £11, you also have to order rice separately for just under £5. Vegetables (even in the summer rolls) don't seem to be really fresh anymore. Pure tourist trap, no one goes here voluntarily a second time.

Nice restaurant in Chinatown, but a lot of people (we had a wait of 15 at the entrance) the dishes are good, the area is very touristy so the prices are a little high.

The food was delicious and affordable. Incredibly fast service. If you have made a reservation, you can dine for 1.5 hours and skip the line 😊 Be sure to try the dessert with sea salt ice cream and chocolate cake: super super delicious!! There was a small draft where we sat, but that will certainly not be in the entire restaurant and otherwise it is a very cozy and nice atmosphere!

Enjoyed the subtle flavours of beef rice, prawn noodles. Reserved the pork belly for last. Crowning glory. My advice. Don’t take a chance with the numerous Chinese joints and choose VIET instead. You will not be disappointed.

Broth was flavourless, probably the worst I’ve ever had

The dishes I had here reminded me of being in Hanoi. We had lemongrass chicken wings, ribs, green beans, and spring rolls and everything was absolutely fantastic. Packed full of bright and beautiful flavors. Excellent professional and friendly service too. We will be back!

Me and my fiance ordered Pho soups, it was the worst pho soup we have ever had. The meet was smelling and had so much fat along with saltless soup. The staff behaved so unprofessional and rude. Would not recommend this place. It spoiled our Christmas Eve mood.

Best Vietnamese food I've had outside of Vietnam. Ribs were great as we're the greenbeans and chicken wings.

My boyfriend and I had an unfortunate experience after dining there on yesterday night around 6:30pm. We ordered Rare beef noodle with soup and Viet pork sausage fried rice, we began experiencing severe symptoms of food poisoning, including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea 2 hours later when we back home for all night long! The meal seemed fine at the time, but the aftermath was distressing. The restaurant seemed clean, this incident raises serious concerns about food safety and hygiene practices. I hope the management takes immediate steps to investigate and address the issue to ensure the safety of their patrons. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment. We will go seeking doctor advise for our health issue if still diarrhea, vomiting or stomachache today.

Great food in record time and great service! The only bitter aftertaste is that it's endlessly overcrowded and the guests waiting at the door make them want to get rid of you quickly.

I've ordered Bun Thit Nuong. The meat was nicely cooked and the dish itself is very authentic. Especially, the staff there are really nice. They helped me to track my phone when I lost it after I went out. They even gave me something to drink to calm myself down again. Even though I lost my phone, the staff's kindness at Viet Food was so heartwarming make me remember this day as a beautiful one. I will definitely come back again and try other dishes.

Me and my wife (Vietnamese) went to Viet food today and the food was really good. We ordered Pho, Bun thit nuong and Banh xeo. The Banh xeo does not look like the original one in Viet Nam but the taste was really good. The service was perfect, we were served by 3 lovely waiters and waitress name Felix Wong, Joanne and Michael Chong, they were really helpful and had a good customer service. Definitely coming back whenever we travel to London.

Finding 100% authentic Vietnamese food in London isn’t easy, but Viet Food really stands out to me. It’s an absolute gem in Chinatown, London. I love that they put a lot of effort into the food, the atmosphere, and the details that remind me of Vietnam. From the menu design to the painting of a street corner in Vietnam and even the traditional cutlery like coconut bowls, everything feels so thoughtful and cozy. It’s like stepping into a little piece of Vietnam in the middle of London. I also love that they serve a variety of family-style dishes. There are many options to choose from, but I usually go for Pho, BBQ pork, summer spring rolls...What I love most is that, compared to other Vietnamese places we’ve tried - whether dining in or ordering through apps - the prices here are super reasonable for the quality. The portions are really generous, and my husband and I always leave feeling completely full. Highly recommend!

Delicious food, totally recommended 👌🏻✨ I really appreciated that my pho was served with coriander leaves on a separate bowl along with soya sprouts, lemon, and chilli pepper. I don't like coriander and when I want Vietnamese food I always need to ask for it to be removed from the dish. This time I forgot until the very last moment, and surprisingly I didn't need to in any case. Very busy but cosy atmosphere, excellent customer service. When I visit London again, I will remember this place when I want to eat something tasty for a reasonable price!

An essential address for fans of Asian cuisine! I've been there several times, and I've never been disappointed. The dishes are tasty and quality. Special mention for the non-alcoholic cocktail made with coconut, passion fruit and mango: a delight that I highly recommend. To be tested without hesitation

Nice aesthetic interior :) and friendly staff :) Each dish was just over £10 but don't expect a massive bowl. It can JUST satisfy your hunger. My partner and I ordered the Pho with beef, but mine was spicy. It is not Bun Bo Hue as they didn't have this on the menu. The closest was adding chilli oil to the beef Pho for an extra 40p. For a "16-hour" broth, I didn't taste much it was mild (as the chilli wasn't much spicy) and watered down. We shared a banh xeo (viet pancake) also ~£10. It's normally double the size so it can fold over the filling, not a small blanket XD. For a tapas dish that costs as much as the pho, I expected bigger size or more filling? Same for the Vietnamese coffee, i paid 3.20 for a small glass... it's strong, yes, but very expensive. If you're someone who needs to rest from the outside and fill your stomach, then okay. As a chinese/ Vietnamese person, this place did not satisfy my craving for viet food.

Siempre busca los restaurantes vietnamitas que vivieron y trabajaron allí hace unos años. Precios altos para porciones tan pequeñas. . ¿4 anillos calamares en el plato por 8 libras? Los Cha Gio no eran mucho mejores, 3 rollos de primavera de tamaño muy pequeño en un tazón con dos hojas de lechuga de aspecto triste, sin menta, etc y estos eran casi £ 9. Bun y Pho de nuevo bastante promedio. Nos sentamos en el último piso de la parte trasera y nos sentimos apretujados como sardinas mientras escuchábamos un poco de música wierd tech house que estaban pasando. En el lado positivo, el personal era muy servicial y atento.

Menú auténtico , un montón de opciones interesantes. Los platos de cerdo fueron excelentes y la gloria de la mañana fue uno de los platos de verduras más sabrosos que he probado.

Food was good, but not exceptional either. The prices were a bit too high for what was on offer, the starters were not good (summer rolls were 0815, sauce was 0/5 points) and the wings were nothing either. Cocktails and main courses were good.

Ignore its name and the fact it's in China Town yet is Vietnamese and you are in for a genuinely great meal. We asked the waitress to bring us a selection of what she thought was good and it certainly didn't disappoint. Without doubt the best meal I've had in Chinatown.

Be careful, their spicy, described as medium, is really very very spicy (and yet I'm used to it!)! In short, excellent address in Soho that I recommend!!

Really enjoyed all of the food I tried here, especially the black Angus ribeye (super tender and lovely flavours from the marination). That steak alone is worth me coming back here. Little advice, come before 5:00 p.m. to avoid the rush or risk being in the queue outside. The added bonus is that don't hesitate to take the small places in front of the window. London life is within reach: a real spectacle. 😉

Super good food, there were 6 of us and we were not disappointed

below average food and below average portion sizes. Chinatown is a tourist trap in my view, the restaurants here invest most of their money in rent and not much money in food quality and amount.

Mi marido y yo hemos comido mucho aquí en los últimos 7 años, pero fuimos ayer y por primera vez en la historia estábamos muy infelices. El pollo de limoncillo a la parrilla no era tan bueno (no del mismo sabor) y la ensalada de limoncillo era muy vinagrera. No estoy seguro de si tienen un nuevo chef o uno diferente los domingos, pero no estábamos contentos.

The food is delicious but service is terrible and beyond rude. We were a table of two and made the terrible mistake to go on a Saturday evening when the whole area is packed. We queued for a bit but that was fine with us as it moved relatively quick. We ordered two ramen and no drinks. 45 minutes they started constantly bothering us that we have to finish fast as there are other people waiting (which is not my problem as a client, sorry). They kept putting pressure on us and hovering over the table sort of eavesdropping, it was very uncomfortable. They constantly tried to get the plate out from under my face which was unbelievable! I hate to be rushed when I eat and this is just bad customer service. So when they brought out the bill, we asked to take off the service charge because we weren't happy with the service. Suddenly they started to play it dumb as if they didn't understand what we wanted and even then they cheekily tried to put a higher price for the dishes we ordered. They kicked us out after 50 minutes sharp, I had to rush through the last third of my dish while the waitress was standing next to me almost pulling it out from under my face.

Hearty and authentic bowl of pho! Fresh ingredients used, broth was so flavorful and delicious. Perfect for a cold rainy day in London. Fast turnaround time and even tho there’s usually a line at dinner time, it moves really fast. They serve up the dishes very quickly after you order.
