Lovely and quiet! The watermelon peach tea was to die for!!! The breakfast was so lovely. Will definitely come again 💖

Have eaten here a few times and it has always been good. The staff are always friendly, and they are great at handling a gluten intolerance in our party.

Food was lovely but running out of BBQ sauce on a friday afternoon is a schoolboy error. It just shows that these establishments dont have proper chefs or they would never run out of it ,as if a chippy would run out of salt abd vinegar 🤔 lol. But really great service ,it hasn't put us of going back.

Fantastic lounge, as we go to them all over the UK. The staff worming could be aware of the sun shining through the windows and close the blinds to make it more comfortable for customers

It's New year's Eve and we have just had our first meal here in the afternoon and it was just right, not packed out, very chilled out and fabulous staff, very professional and friendly, the three of us choose 6 tapas dishes to share and all of us was thoroughly happy with the portions and the quality of the food was spot on, without a doubt will definitely dine here again and recommend for great quality and great value for money.

Spent two nights in Blackpool and ate here both nights, the service is excellent and the food is quality, They also take allergens like gluten free seriously. 👌

Quirky decor. Comprehensive menu with multiple dishes from around the world. Very friendly staff, prompt service and good portion sizes. Love the 'Lounge' chain.

Great chain of restaurants, particularly for myself as a gluten intolerant diner. One of the rare places I can enjoy a burger in a bun.

AWFUL FOOD. Warm tasteless pre cooked and expemsive for what it is. Terrible service and worst manager response to a complaint I have ever seen. Amateurs!

Excellent professional service and atmosphere. Great place to be both socially and work. A good tasty selection of food and drinks, hot chocolate is delicious. Very friendly welcoming helpful staff. Plenty of seating, on two levels, for groups, parties and meetings. Lovely clean serviced toilets upstairs. Wheel chair accessible. I definitely recommend it.

Very stylish location. I love the mix of almost everything. The staff is attentive and friendly and the food very delicious. Price is fair for the size of the dishes. You can easily spend hours in this place. If you are in Blackpool you definitely should visit it once.

One of my favourite dining spots in Blackpool, doesn't have a reservation system but I've never struggled to find a table when I've been, even with a large group. Food is always excellent and the table ordering system allows for a great deal of customisation on most of the dishes available. Cocktails are great and the drink selection generally has a lot of variety.

Food is good and dog friendly. Friendly staff. Clean, spacey and wall themes different to our taste. We came here again, had burgers and fries and it was so good. Quick service and wasn't too busy

Very long wait time for food but was warned of this before hand. Food was nice but not earth shattering price was a little bit steep for the quantity you got but flavour wise was still just ok I would dine again here but it was probably just what I ordered. Had better but had a lot worse.

Nice place with a good atmosphere and fantastic decor

Now this place is incredible. Decked out in nostalgic memorabilia from funfairs and circus it's beautiful. We had a hearty breakfast in there and it was very good. Would highly recommend.

This is one of my favourite places to eat in Blackpool. The food is lovely and you don’t have to wait long to receive it. The decor is great. One slight negative someone was vaping, which is off putting in a restaurant.

Uninviting. We sat ourselves at a table (which hadn't been wiped from the last sitting). My wife went and got 2 menu/placemats to cover the tabletop. After choosing what we would get, I scanned the QR code to order 'at the table'. (We still hadn't seen a member of staff!) I placed our order. The last thing after placing the order 'how much tip would you like to leave' comes up on the bill. 10%? 20%? MORE..... WE HADN'T EVEN SEEN A MEMBER OF STAFF YET!! The drinks arrived after a few minutes and the food followed 40 MINUTES after the drinks. After commenting on the amount of time it had taken to bring our food and that we had finished our drinks ages before it arriving, we were told, by a supervisor, they had been extra busy. We told the supervisor we should have been told there would be a wait for food if it was busy (The 3 tables around ours all got served!) Would I go again....no!

I've eaten here a couple of times - always lovely food. Extensive options for dietary restricted patrons, friendly staff, and treats for canine visitors all make for a very enjoyable evening. The lemonades alone are worth a visit!

What a fantastic place! 1st time visit and blown away by the food! Beautiful flavour, presentation, service and atmosphere. Value for money!!! Definitely returning!!!

We haven’t been to Blackpool In some time so decide to have a long weekend. We first came across this place Friday had tea and cakes . Great place staff member was friendly could t do enough. Something that goes a long way especially with me . So we decided to have breakfast today again here . And again the friendliest and helpfulness is second to none. Food was great . The place is clean fun loving the funfair vibe. Great to have toilets that are clean. This place is truly a gold mine and I’ll be telling my mates about this place.

(Visit 1) Nice mini plates of tapas, squid, chipped spuds with alioli, mini flat bread with spicy meat filling and some nicely done GB. Had a long island ice tea, very underpowered of alcohol but made fresh... and a Gin based cocktails, that was pleasant. Overall nice staff, busy and service was good. (Visit 2) Ordered same, the cook had a could not give a *hit day, nasty cold margarine garlic bread, cold. Slightly warmed pitta bread. Cold Calamari (twice) ..., I got a refund of I think 7 quidish .. Food was replaced and was hot and had a complementary drink and staff were nice and highly professional. I hope the cook does not screw it up for really decent waiting people and bar staff. When I went it was about 15% full and the cook must have been twidling his thumbs as there was no service pressure, indeed the entire upstairs was empty. Thing is that I don't mind mistakes, but when you get a cook taking the piss, then we ts time for them to go and perhaps go to somewhere where they have a microwave or an oven on permanent heat up and a deep fat fryer.... I gave refund to server as she deserved it, the cook needs to give a shit in future!!!! I would return.

The place is relatively nice, the walls are full of hiluge holes and plaster on the floor with no attempt to address it. The clowns on the walls look like Boris Johnson but are amusing. The cup of tea was actually really nice

As a new member of the gluten free community finding place to eat is not easy. However, we found this place by chance and I have to say the gluten free menu is incredible! So much choice, including breakfast, burgers and tapas. Having a gluten intolerance can sometimes make you feel like an awkward customer but at Vintro they are so understanding and accommodating. Thank you for making dining enjoyable for me again. As they have multiple locations it also makes travelling to new places easier as I know we won’t be too far from a lounge.

No faults was just abit chilly the food was exceptional, the atmosphere and the service. Would 110% recommend are amazing for catering to gluten free

My friend and I decided to eat here as it was across from Winter Gardens and we had booked tickets for a Show. 30 minutes after we ordered food it had not arrived. We had already asked and was told it would be 5 minutes. This passed and more, no food. As it was then too late to eat I went to the bar and asked to cancel my order and the guy commented, ‘because of the wait’ so they knew it was a problem. They did offer to wrap it for take out but you cannot take a full meal into the theatre. I was refunded and was told due to the Bank Holiday it would take a few days to reach my bank. Fair enough. This was Sat 24th August. It is now 3rd September and still no refund in my bank!! I have called every day with the same excuse given to me that it should be in the day after. Yesterday Josh told me to call back in 30 mins after he spoke to Head Office. I called back, still the same answer and again asking me to call back today. I asked why should I have to keep calling them back, this is not Customer Service. I was then promised Josh would call me today, no call, so I rang again and apparently Josh was not in today!! Again I was fobbed off and told they were waiting on Head Office and yet again asked to call back tomorrow . I said no, they would ring me, they said they had received my email yet had not even acknowledged that. As I am not getting anywhere as they don’t want to know once they have your money and Customer Service is not in their vocabulary, I have contacted my Bank as this is not acceptable service. This was our first visit here and also our last. Disgraceful!!

Food was amazing and service was amazing. One off the waitresses (Hannah) kindly helped me with my earings which is going above and beyond in my opinion 😀. Will definitely come here again. Amazing place to come for food and amazing staff.

The vegan breakfast was the best I have ever had with my partner. The staff were very polite and the overall atmosphere was so relaxing. There was a good variety of food and great they have a separate menu for us. 100% recommended and will go again.

We have been a few times now before shows at the winter gardens. I have to say, the food and service has always been great. But last night we went and sat at a table and we hadn't realised until we were half way through eating, we had sat next to the disabled toilet down stairs. Numerous people went in and out and the toilet smell every time the door opened really put me off my meal. If I had any complaints it would be. Not to put a table right next to a toilet! Other than that it was great 👍

Unorganised and no communication.. Came in and ordered three meals.. Scrambled egg on toast (with 2 eggs) Big lounge breakfast Chicken kyiv burger (paid extra for sweet potato fries) We waited over 30 minutes for the food and when it arrived the breakfast was stone cold.. the scrambled eggs were minimal and the sweet potato fries were stone cold.. My mum left most of her food because it was so cold On top of the rubbish food the men’s toilet was full up with water because of a blockage and nobody advised of an alternative toilet for men to visit.. as a sufferer of ibs this was very uncomfortable for me.. We did tell the waiter we weren’t happy but he just ignored us and carried on cleaning cutlery.. All in all.. you’d probably get a cheaper hotter meal at the pound bakery…

Unfortunately after delivering a breakfast that was requested without egg, they thought it was ok to just scrape the egg off the toast quite obviously leaving some egg on it and deliver back to the table!

Went to Vintro Lounge for a pre show meal before seeing & Juliet on Friday evening. Got seated quickly. There are different types of seats and tables. We chose a “normal” style table and chair because I have back problems and new knees. This means a barstool is too high and the sofa style chairs too low. Ordered a selection of tapas and a homemade Pink Lemonade. The drink looked so good a lady sent her hub over to ask what it was! 😂 it’s alcohol free. It is DELICIOUS. If I wasn’t driving I would add a vodka tbh as it would be great! The tapas took 35 mins to arrive but each little dish was scrummy. Will defo return for pre show meal again! The decor is really interesting with its circus/fairground theme. Perfect for our town ❤️ well done Vintro Lounge for providing class in keeping with our beautiful town’s history 🙏

This restraint/cafe has a unique character shown by the artwork on walls mismatched furniture and wide verity of different chairs and sofas. Including a solid wooden staircase that leads up to the second floor. All staff are kind and friendly and are very approachable, the fact that they do not wear uniform adds to the uniqueness of this establishment. Vintro Lounge has a wide selection of food on their menus. I enjoyed a 'large Lounge breakfast' which was cooked to protection Vintro Lounge also offers a vegetarian and gluten free menus

Out of a 7 day holiday in Blackpool we ate here on 3 days. It was delicious, the cocktails were great and the milkshakes were also very tasty. If the weather is good you can sit outside, but it's definitely worth going inside because it's beautifully designed. Ordering and paying is easy using the QR code.

Had breakfast here today App to order, so easy to use. Food and soft drinks was brilliant Top class service from the staff also

Lunchtime on a Friday and the Vintro Lounge delivered a perfect lunch (I had the spicy chicken flatbread). Service was swift and courteous I recommend this place to anyone living in or visiting Blackpool.

First time visit here with my daughter. Had the lunchtime offer of 'soup and half a panini' which was absolutely delicious and excellent value. Staff very friendly and welcoming, it was quiet but good atmosphere, toilets were spotless! Will definitely be back, highly recommended.

Been here a few times, and always enjoyed a good time. Visited yesterday and ordered 2 Gluten free tapas. Absolutely lovley food, very tasty all food was ordered via the management, all food came very clearly labelled which is excellent. Cant rate this highly enough their attention to detail For Gluten free I have a allergy and this kind of service is paramount. I can highly recommend this restaurant. Kind regards Andrew

Lovely chilled vibe whilst dining with 2 small children! The colouring in of the menus are a nice touch! The server, Hannah, was attentive and polite, she really made us feel welcome and that nothing we asked for was too much! Now the food,, hats off to the chefs it was all beautiful, tasty and presented well. 6 meals ordered in all. The price is exceptionally good for the town center! Feel the place should be alot busier than it was because its one the best dining experiences Blackpool has to offer!!

Visited this evening 11/5/24 and felt like it would be outrageous of me not to leave a review! Service was fab from James! Although quiet inside, it still had atmosphere which was nice! Food was delivered to our table really quickly, was presented beautifully, hot and tasted delish! My partner and I have worked for lounges previously (her as a HC) and even she said it’s some of the nicest tasting food she’s had from any lounge! Will definitely be back before we head home from our trip!😊

Attended twice, once for dinner and then for breakfast. Both times were enjoyable! Food was good, and the service was equally as impressive. Would be happy to return when passing.

Midweek lunch, excellent food with a varied menu - something for everyone. I had a Buddha Bowl, fresh and very tasty. I very much enjoyed the Long Island Iced Teas! Cool decor and spotlessly clean. Was very quiet when we went in hence the missing star for atmosphere, but I would imagine when full it would be popping!

Lovely chilled out vibe. Good selection of younger children's toys. Dogs welcome and water bowls provided. Food was lovely.

First visit and can recommend. The staff very friendly and they know what they are doing..with speed. This visit was last Sunday for brunch...dont miss it.

Recently visited and explained myself and my son are coeliac and I’m also lactose intolerant. They were super accommodating and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. Fantastic place and would highly recommended. Will definitely visit again.

A quirky eatery with a wide selection of meals. We sat outside in the sun

First time venturing into the Vintro lounge, even though we've been recommending it to guests for it's GF offerings ( some friends rave about it) we enjoyed some really tasty tapas, a refreshing watermelon cooler and an ice tea. Very impressed, friendly staff, fun surroundings, we'll be back!
