Wa Wa Wings in Dacorum

Ordered online, service was quick, staff were nice and the wings were tasty. My son and I enjoyed them a lot. I ordered quite late, so I can't speak too much about the atmosphere, but everything looked orderly, clean and pleasant enough.

Frustrating … here the food is very tasty but the service is diabolical , tonight’s excuse for taking double the amount of time for delivery was “the climate being cold and effecting the drivers” …. It was 7 degrees …

Rubbish delivery, no communication as to why it was delayed and then when I called up the person I spoke to was very rude down the phone

food was soggy and cold mac and cheese had no crisps onion wings weren't great at all burgers are no better than mc Donald's over all pretty poor won't he returning

Ordered online and the food arrived soggy and mushy. Online they don't make it clear what flavour you want for your burger or wings, they simply put 'choose flavour 1' and 'choose flavour 2' not specifying which would be for which, taking a gamble led to a mix up of flavours and my burger was the flavour I wanted my wings. Regardless of that mishap, it doesn't justify why the meat was mushy and gave me a stomach ache the next day. Avoid like the plague in my opinion.

Don’t get put off by some of the bad reviews, wings were delicious - arrived right on time/slightly early. We were offered a free box of Chicken Tenders (Teriyaki, once again 10/10) & the delivery was free. Can’t complain whatsoever - 5 Stars.

Drove past on the way to the Snow Zone, dropped in on the way back! The best wings we’ve had outside of America! So so good!!

Well… if you are hungry, may I suggest you place the order 4 years and 3 months before you need to eat.. if you’re really lucky, you may well have timed it just right, however, if you’re unfortunate like me and wanted food in less than an hour and still warm then please order else where…. delivery driver that’s says.. if you don’t like it then complain.. so here I am complaining.. if was to rate the cold food.. then it’s average at best (I’m being generous as well)

We really wanted to enjoy it but couple problems. There was no coleslaw although said there would be. Then I ordered barbecue but got honey bbq, and the chicken was cold so really disappointed

Wings were jumbo, enjoyed some of the flavours and dislike some but that's personal taste! Burgers had fresh fillings and buns were nice. Chips were ok. Order was correct and was ready to collect quickly.

Ordered a platter Got the wrong delivery so rang the shop and they was brilliant handled it perfectly and within 20 minutes got the correct order delivered very happy would recommend :).

I have just finished eating my teriyaki chicken tender and I am very very happy with the taste and the service of this fast food restaurant. I will definitely be coming back here to hemel Hempstead just so I can get wa wa wings once again. Overall I am extremely happy with my food and hope others have the same experience and me and my family did

Tried the chipotle wings , they were real good. Can’t wait to order and try all the other flavours as well.

Ordered wings several times. last few times I received more tenders than wings. I even started to write a note that I want only wings, no tenders, but they are even ignoring that.

The food really is awful! Frozen out of date chicken that was reheated in the microwave! It smelled awful and went straight in the bin! This restaurant should not be operating with such poor standards. Will never order again.

Nice little shop with lovely food and amazing staff, me and my husband came today for lunch, we are not from Hemel so we just went to one of the first places we saw. We did not regret it! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff who was kind and helpful throughout our whole meal. The food was also amazing and we will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic chicken which was spicy and tender.

Buffalo wings have loads of flavour and a nice crisp to them. the loaded fries were better than I could of imagined, I really enjoyed the food I am going to order again and would recommend

Food was delayed. When it arrived nothing had labels so couldn’t tell the difference between the wings. And it’s was only just warm. Really disappointed.

ordered 2 tender meals w chips, drinks and dips, one of the meals came without any chips so was just the tenders, both meals came with wrong dip ordered ranch and got blue cheese which we both greatly dislike and one of the meals came with the wrong drink ordered a fanta and dr pepper but ended up with 2 fantas instead. Chicken was also cold and soggy and not crispy like pictured, sauce flavour was nice though.

I ordered my food over 2 hours ago and it still hasn't arrived! I've been refunded just £3. I called 1 and a half hours after ordering and they said it would be another 15 minutes. Ridiculous, not ordering from here again!

Ordered for a specific time. Arrived 20 minutes late and cold.

I recently stumbled upon this place, its very inviting and vibrant, looks funky albeit in the more residential area. The food took slightly longer than first advised, but this was welcome as it assured me that they prepare orders fresh which is always a good thing. Now to the actual food, i ordered ‘naga’ wings and there was absolutely nothing naga about them they tasted very subtly of buffalo sauce which I personally hate. The cajun wings were a treat, however. As a side note the firecracker sauce is what I refer to as poundland chilli sauce which is a real let down. As it is quite possibly worst sauce ever as such I didn’t consume it and put it in the bin. In this scenario if the firecracker sauce was even the heinz firecracker sauce I wouldn’t have been as disappointed. Nonetheless I didn’t want to be too critical with my rating, however I probably wouldn’t return here considering the sauces a place provide make or break a place for me, however I wish this place all the best.

wings are always 10/10! however I added waffle fries to my order this time and was disappointed to see only a small handful in a box. For £2.95 it wasn't worth it.

Considering the namesake is wings, they weren't a good quality meat, more akin to chicken shop wings. Then the Marie rose sauce was not a Marie rose sauce. Bit disappointing really.

Order didn’t even arrive! Called restaurant , and was told to contact delivery service! The order was placed with restaurant and they took the money, therefore they should take responsibility to ensure food was delivered. Won’t be using again! Shame, we’ve been ordering regularly up until now !

I usually order from here alot. The last 2 times, the tenders and wings have been SO dry it was like chewing stale gum. It wasn’t worth it. I complained on instagram and heard nothing back. I think theres other wings places in hemel now that are way better. They have dropped their quality

Honestly, I’m so disappointed, first time trying this place and I was super excited. In the past when I get takeaway and I didn’t like the taste of it, I would just take the L. But never have I received food that had gone off! The chicken smelt off which kinda considered me but I thought it was the seasonings or sauce. I tried it and my god it was spoilt as if it was rotting for days or weeks. Such a shame as I heard good things about this place, but I won’t be ordering from here ever again. Luckily Uber had me covered.
