This was our first visit to this place as a family, although my wife and daughter had been before. I can clearly see why they liked it so much and suggested this visit. For starters, as I already knew having regularly visited Ambiance which Waffle n Go is connected to, it is beautiful sitting outside looking over the Riverside Park. The food was absolutely delicious and service was efficient, friendly and with a smile. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. If you are in the area, Waffle n Go and indeed Ambiance are well worth a visit. Excellent!

Took my daughter and husband for a treat. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. My daughter and I had the marshmallow waffle which was huge, sweet and delicious. It comes with whipped cream and Ice cream. My husband had the forrero rocha waffle. Looked amazing and again came with whipped cream and Ice cream. 3 waffles for £15 that were really big was worth the money. You can eat in at no extra cost or outside. The parking is on site as it is situated on the riverside park is not expensive. Open 4pm till 11pm everyday. Will definatey go again.

Really friendly, cooked to order meals. Clean, tidy and great service. The choice of food is good and all dietary requirements catered for. Great selection of coffees and cakes and what looked like a delicious afternoon tea the table next to us were enjoying. Definitely worth a visit

6 Foundry Walk StreetWe went in today 7 December to buy some specially ground coffee as a gift, we looked at the extensive list of coffees on the menu, started to engage with the counter staff “no we don’t have the one you want and no I don’t know when it will be in”… so we go back to the menu to understand what is available but the counter staff are bored of us now so start work on the black board and that’s it no more engagement with us so we just stand waiting while one of the counter team makes a coffee the other just ignores us completely and carry’s in to write on a blackboard… so we left no sale today or ever again. Terrible service I would suggest there are better options a few feet away such a shame as I would always support an independent over a chain, but if they don’t care why spend your money with them.

10 The BroadwayPopped in for the first time in ages. It has been very nicely redecorated since I was last there. We had two adult meals and two child meals. They were a perfect size, freshly cooked, and the whole meal was excellent value for money. If you are in town, skip Spoons and head here instead. Will certainly be back.

16 Cross Keys Mews Market SquareLovely vibe in this oasis of cosy warmth. Greeted and drinks order taken as my little girl and I were seated. Had a cookie and fruit scone to accompany our coffee and hot chocolate. All arrived promptly and were the usual high quality (the scone especially, with clotted cream and jam).
