Wagamama in Cheshire West and Chester

Fresh and delicious gluten free options! As a gluten free spirit, I am always on the hunt for something tasty and light. This place delivered! Staff were super helpful and friendly, food was delicious and served really fast. Exactly what you want after hours of Christmas shopping. They even made suggestions which is just so welcomed. Absolutely I will be back ;)

Love, love, love wagamamas! The food is always served fresh, hot, and tasty. Teriyaki salmon soba is my favourite dish, with extra chills as I like it spicy.

This restaurant is faultless. It’s so clean. Staff are efficient. The chefs wear hair and beard nets. The food is absolutely delicious.

We went to Wagamamas this evening & the food was lovely as always. Although we are aware that the food comes all at different times we specified we wanted the starters to come out as starters and the mains as mains as they have done before this did not happen. I ordered a Pad Thai and asked them to put no nuts on it due to a health condition. The lady advised this was okay & something they could accommodate. Christina brought my pad Thai and when I asked if it had no nuts on she rudely answered me & advised “non of their food came with nuts and walked off”. It wasn’t what she said but how she said it. A lot of the staff in there tonight looked more bothered about going home then they did serving anyone but Dan was very helpful & any issue we had he soon rectified. Dan was very attentive, his customer service on point & he turned what could have been a horrid trip to somewhere we visit frequently into a lovely trip with lovely food. Despite the negativity we will definitely be returning & just wanted to thank Dan for his customer service.

Hi, I was at Cheshire oaks today and went for a meal at your restaurant there. It was quiet as the place had just opened not long ago, we were told to sit down and we would be served. But we were ignored and forgotten about, the waiters walking past us. This was for around 15 mins to the point on where I had to ask for service. There was only 4 to 5 tables with people on them and you could see they were waiting to be served also. The food was amazing but the lack of responsibly from the waiters wasn’t great.

Went in for early dinner, restaurant about half full. Was handed a menu and then nothing. Seven staff at the service area talking. Asked if someone could take our order, nothing.
