We ordered a B&L combo and a Caesar salad. The lobster was cooked well and cracked. Our waiter Zak was also very helpful and offered great service.

Honestly the best customer service ever! The ribs we ordered were burnt and the manager gave us complimentary ribs and removed the service charge! Great vibe, lovely drink. BUSY AF during the Christmas season! Must visit!

I had an amazing time at Burger and Lobster. We ordered the 2.1kg lobster and the meat was so substantial and sweet. It was a lovely experience dining in here because of our server, Rachid, who spent the time to explain his recommendation and checked in with us frequently regarding our food. We had a blast and can’t wait to be back next time! :-)

I recently had a great experience at a restaurant thanks to zakir who served us and recommended lobster food was amazing and tasty . He was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome right away. His knowledge of the menu helped us choose delicious dishes, and he even offered great alternatives for my friend with dietary restrictions. Overall, the service was fantastic and really enhanced our meal. I highly recommend this place!

Exceptional dinner and really beautiful service. We used to go to Burger & Lobster in Clerkenwell a lot when it first opened and we lived nearby, and it was good, but the menu now has expanded, in a careful & very high quality way. The food we had tonight was from a kitchen that really knows what it is doing. All delicious, and everything spot on, from the fabulous garlic butter to the amazing ribs. Just great quality & everything done beautifully. Save room if you can for the chocolate bombe pudding and enjoy the theatre of it, and also the absolute gorgeousness of every morsel. Best of all (and it's a high bar) was the brilliant service. From the really lovely girl with the long hair who seated us (and then so kindly reseated us when our middle aged ears needed a slightly quieter spot), and so sweetly checked in on us towards the end of our meal, to the various lovely people who looked after us throughout, just the best. Was altogether so good that we are planning to go back in January for a repeat performance - thanks so much everyone!

Visited with my daughter and grandchildren and ordered a family meal. The lobster roll was perfect, the burger was probably the best I have ever had, the salad, pickles and macaroni cheese were all gorgeous. The house wine was lovely. The lobster, however, was probably the worst we have ever had. Overcooked and dry. The staff never once asked how the food was. We were left with plates on the table for far too long and couldn't catch the eye of a waiter/waitress to ask them to clear. We decided to speak to the desk people as we left but it had got very busy. The people who were desperate for all our details on the way in wouldn't look or speak to us on the way out.

Came here after years but somewhat enjoyed the meal. The lobster was great but the lobster mac n cheese had a bit of a stale lobster smell. This is when Kay took care of us and switched it out for another lobster roll.

The first time I tried it, it was really delicious! The price was a bit high, but I can understand why given the quality of the food and service.

My family came to Burger and lobster Knightsbridge, our server Zak recommended us Lobster croquettes it was such an amazing finger licking yummy we never tried something like this before . Service was amazing Zak was very attentive, polite, ambience good but bit noisy. Highly recommended

I won a competition on Instagram Me and my two guests were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. A lady, her name began with L? Was very accommodating, making us laugh and feel comfortable.. the manager even came over not only to say congratulations but to recommend dishes & cocktails which we were very grateful for. We had oysters, wagyu beef burger, lobster…all of which we had never tried before & wow it was incredible. We will be back next time we visit London. Thank you to all the team.
