Solo quería pedir una comida para llevar por la tarde después de la prisa del almuerzo en un restaurante en su mayoría vacío, me pidieron que me sentara y aunque les informé que sabía lo que quería, pasaron 10 minutos antes de que otro servidor se fijara en mí y tomara mi pedido. La comida tardó 30 minutos en llegar... El lugar estaba lleno de personal, pero muy poco claro lo que cualquiera de ellos estaban haciendo. La puerta también se dejó constantemente abierta y soplando vientos realmente fríos a los huéspedes.

Me encanta Wagagmamas así que mientras estaba en Paddington área visitada. La comida era deliciosa como siempre, pero estábamos tan decepcionados con el servicio. No nos preguntaron cómo era nuestra comida y camarera nunca nos habló de nuevo! Me las arreglé para pedirle menú del desierto, pero ella nunca volvió a tomar el orden, así que pagamos a través de la ap & left. Así que una primera visita decepcionante a este Wagamamas!

I had never been to a wagamamas before and I absolutely loved the experience, besides the amazing food, I also wanted to mention Ahmed, for taking such good care of us the whole night, he made extra effort to make sure we were taken care of and his customer service was impeccable. We will definitely be going back!

The food was amazing, so we had the chicken ramen and yaki udon which was on point and I asked for extra chicken the server didn’t have second thoughts of offering he just replied “alright I will get it done for you”. And I have to mention the marvelous service at Wagamama paddington, the staff was very friendly even though the store was busy. Keep it up guys much better than the last time we visited here. Cheers

Great spot right next to paddington station, stopped in for lunch before our train. A huge place with very attentive and personable staff. I ordered the pork belly ramen and the broth was incredible, my friend got Yaki soba noodles and gyoza which she devoured. Would recommend

The service is was the worse service I’ve ever had. I went to the bar to collect half our drinks after they sat there for 10 mins and then the other half turned up after we complained and half was through our mains, even then we were still missing a drink. Starters didn’t turn up until after mains, and again 2 were missing and never showed. We chased for a main course and after everyone else finishing we still hadn’t received it so ended up cancelling the order and receive no apologies from staff. Overall service and the food was below average, I would say the same quality as a microwave meal. Once we complained to the manager, he again didn’t really care and just blamed the staff for ‘rebelling against him’. Very unprofessional, very bad service. Would have rather gone hungry!

Dreadful service plus food are the worst levels, especially for what they charge. The Ramen noodles soup was lukewarm. Why???? The egg noodle was so sticky caused without a good wash after cooking which is not supposed to be. I felt that my ramen was sitting there for 5 mins that’s how cold the soup was…. My boyfriend’s dish came after I finished my food. Ok, another big Why??? My drink came after dinner. Third Why???? Are these people running this restaurant all amateurs?! Or simply you guys don’t care? We completely wasted our time and money choosing this restaurant. A restaurant like this shouldn’t be existing in London anymore. It’s just awful and no one deserves this restaurant’s crappy food and services. I’m sorry but it’s my true opinion for the Paddington location.

Horrible service! Extremely slow and food came at all different times. Not much of a friends gathering when your friends finish their food as you’re just getting yours. Noticed this was synonymous for other tables as well. Food was quite bland. Had to add the conveniently located sauces to all our foods. Tbh.. the food was not at all authentic and seemed very frozen and instant. You’re better off going to other restaurants 2 mins walk away.

We should have read other reviews before going. The experience at Wagamama Paddington was one of the worst in my life. Our family liked Wagamama so we decided to try this location as well which was the biggest mistake. We now even think that this chain doesn't have any courtesy to follow up to maintain the quality of food and services. Thanks for ruining our family dinner and we would never go back! Hire better staff if you want this business to last because people are not stupid.

Esperienza poiché negativa, camerieri totalmente inesperti, quasi messi lì cinque minuti prima. Gentili, ma totalmente confusi, forse non li pagano. Arrivavano piatti non ordinati e quelli ordinati giacevano in cucina, mentre il cuoco, al tavolo dietro di noi, si strafogava un doppio gelato. Dopo un'ora di attesa, ci hanno detto che si erano scordati di portarci i piatti. Incredibile. Musica da sala giochi coreana, stress a mille. Conto sballato, fatto ripetere due volte. Auguri.

Usually enjoy Wagamama’s , service terrible , food arrived before drinks . Cocktail off the menu not available but charged for it !! Prawn and chicken pad Thai . Herbs on top so old were only fit for the bin !! Only 3 prawns and hardly any chicken .

This review is for our visit in August 2022, so it seems like some things have changed, but we had a great experience. We visited for dinner with two small kids. We sat at the tables outside and had a delicious meal. Highlights for the littles were the smoothies. I enjoyed the majority of a kid's meal because the kids ate mine and my husband's meals. We were all satisfied and our only hiccup was ordering/paying because our phones didn't access the QR codes they were trying to have us scan. I've eaten at Wagamama many times at different locations in the UK and this visit was just as great!

This restaurant is close to our home so we decided on a Bank Holiday dinner as a family, having eaten at other Wagamama restaurants elsewhere and been satisfied with food, service etc. Near to our allocated table, staff were busy emptying out what looked to be soya sauce and chilli oil bottles into dirty large plastic containers. Messy table with all sorts on it. Surely this should be done in the kitchen or away from paying customers. Had to call over the waitress to take our order as she seemed more interested in her condiments than us! Restaurant at this point had about 5 tables occupied in total. Ordered duck gyozas as an appetiser to share, and main courses. Main courses arrived before appetizers. 3 of 4 main courses were stone cold, and I mean cold , no heat in them whatsoever. Had to be returned. Mean looking chef then came around the corner and stood and glared at us.... twice. From reading the previous comments for this place, he should be used to having food returned as cold. Didn't order desert or coffee as just wanted out of the place. No ambience, indifferent staff, will not be back! Totally disappointing experience.

My friend and I arrived for lunch at 12.30,ordered and waited for over 40min for our two bowls of ramen to arrive after asking staff three times where our lunch was. When the bowls arrived the broth was lukewarm at best. The waiting staff wasn't helpful and neither was the restaurant manager. We finally got our lunch after another 15min wait so in total we waited an hour for two of the same bowls of ramen. Terrible service. Such a shame as the branch is in one of the best locations in Paddington.

I was there as part of a business party of eleven people. The restaurant was not at full capacity however it took an hour and 15 minutes between the arrival of the first main course and the last (at which point it had to be takeout). When following up on the delays and sporadic delivery of plates (for the first of many requests of where our food was) we were advised the food is cooked by individual stations and delivered as and when its ready. This approach and delays was not limited to our table @wagamama 1) Do you consider that tables that order together would like to dine and share the experience together an outmoded concept? 2) Do you consider it a valid excuse from a Noodle house that the noodle station was inundated with orders?

I don't usually leave reviews unless very disappointed or was a really positive experience worth leaving. Well this beyond words I think was in drive through approx 5pm today bought a single big mac burger and crispy mc chicken meal I noticed a brown substance gently stuck between both boxes of burgers*** upon investigation to me it appears to be human feces Yuk *** {Never would I go here again}Errrr They also gave me the tile receipt of the car ahead.

I have tried to book a table here for two weeks now. I have emailed three times and called ten times. Not once have I received anything back. Awful customer service. I had a few questions before I booked, and I was a party of 10. They have lost out on generous tips and money. Will be looking to spend our money elsewhere. If you can't even answer the phone or email god knows how slow, you are as a business when you're in the restaurant. I dread to think.

Basically horrible. £1 each for set of 6 glutinous bites. If you’re lucky you will be offered a teaspoon of sweet chilli sauce and a plastic fork. Avoid. November 19 update. Now shut, who can be surprised.
