Wenzel's in Watford

Got a delivery from wenzles on saint alban road. After they forgot items off the order, the lady over the phone said it was not her fault and that they will not delivery the miss off items unless I order more food. Disgusting customer services as she was not apologetic and just straight up rude. Wenzles sort your staff out please.

I go regularly and usually have a good experience but I went on Sunday afternoon and was given the wrong order which I didn’t notice until I got home. I walked back to swap it, when I walked in the staff were too busy talking to acknowledge me and then when I explained my order was wrong, two of the women working there told me it was my own fault for ordering wrong and were very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. Really negative experience.
