Went there to buy pastry and drinks. Very friendly and quick service. Food was fresh, just want I needed to start my day.

Clearly overdone for the ‘rich journeys’ massive disappointment from what they used to be. Selling burnt pasties to break even is a new low of what used to be a good company, waste of space l, time & money

Delicious hot Pasty. I recommend the Chicken, bacon, and leek or the traditional pastry. Also has a variety of drinks. Located right next to platform 7. Fast service and very reasonably priced.

Greeted with a smile and thd server was polite.

Went here to get some food the idiot behind the counter has no customer service at all. He was more interested in taking a photo of the display than selling me some food. We ended up going to panopolis that is right beside it and they lost a sale.

First time and last time, went into the bin, Steak and Ale pie, zero steak in it! just potato's and a few carrots. Bland tasteless, £9.50 with a drink, absolute waste of money..

Took us a while to locate the store as per the map location, we believe that it was outside of the train station, but we were so happy to eventually find it between platform 8 and 9 after circling around outside. The pasty are yummy and the service was efficient. ☺️

I was craving for a pasty. The lady named Gule served me. She was very professional and cooperative to choose the perfect menu for my dinner. I took a vegetable pasty. She asked me to take a crisp of her choice which was a perfect combination with my pasty. She also made a coffee for me which was exceptional. I recommend this shop for her extraordinary customer services. I will come back again.

I love West Cornwall Pasty with all my stomac 😁 and I literally can't pass by without buying one. My favourite are traditional and spicy beef. I even bought them as a present for friends in Poland (on the way to the airport)! Pasty are always fresh and classic. Totally recommend. Today at Waterloo was a very cheerful and polite guy Hemal. Cheered me up with his welcoming smile. And of course I bought some pasty )).

The price is very high but the service given by Mountasar was wonderful.Will be surely coming back for this lovely smile .

Oh dear. Grabbed a quick snack to enjoy on the train home. When opening up after sitting down, was horrified that I had just spent over £10 on two sausage rolls that were hard and dry as they were. Couldn’t even finish them. And no one available to provide the feedback so putting it on here instead. Never had some from here like this before. Check your rolls before you leave.

First off, they are located inside the Waterloo Station. When we visited, the location was not correct on maps. We ordered the Traditional Cornish Pasty. It was good but not extraordinary. Ordering was simple and quick. I probably wouldn't go out of your way to go here, but if need something quick and you're already at the station, this may be a good choice.

I absolutely love this West Cornwall pasty shop! The pastries they offer are the best and always hit the spot. But what makes the experience even better is the amazing service, especially from Pratik and Sanzida. She is a true gem, always welcoming you with a warm smile and making your visit a pleasure. It's not just about the pastries; It's about the people, and Pratik and Sanzida really add that extra special touch to the space. Highly recommended
