Usually good but tonight the fish was 50% batter and the rest dried over cooked fish. They won't be getting any of my money again.

I was initially a little concerned as there has been a slight change in management. However, there has been no drop in the already excellent service. I think it's very safe to say that the best somehow managed to get better! Absolutely excellent all round! I honestly can't rate them any higher... definitely the Gold Standard in Service and Food.

Hands down the best fish and chips shop in Crawley. We go there every time when they are open, shame we can't eat on Sundays though. Good is just perfect and staff always friendly and quick! Pricing is fair too, what more to ask?!

Have visited this fish bar before and found it ok, so decided to give it a go today. 7 take outs, fish too oily, soggy chips and quite frankly a rude man serving behind the counter, won't rush back.

The BEST takeaway in Crawley. For years, I've always been a bit of a food snob and would never eat from burgers vans until I went for the first time on Monday. I had the best bacon sandwich with hashbrown I've ever eaten in my life. It was so good that I've eaten 3 sandwiches in the past 48 hours. Really can not fault it! Also, my friend always orders the chicken burger and says its one of her favourites in Crawley.

Each time we stay at Premier Inn at Gatwick's North Terminal, we have dinner in-house at Thyme Restaurant as it is far more convenient than going elsewhere or suffering the limited, bad-valued terminal food. This time we booked out dinner slot as soon as we checked-in. for 5pm. From experience, if you simply show up you can expect to be accommodated in the restaurant after 9pm as they are always crazy busy. We had a meal deal. We hadn't realised that kids eat free breakfast so it's better to just pay the menu price for kids' food. Our extras with drinks totaled another £30 but that was okay. The meal deal is something to seriously consider as £30 per person for a dinner may not be worth it if you don't ordinarily order 2 courses. We don't usually have an appetiser so it turned out to be not good value for us as our mainstay is usually a fish n' chips. The food was fine. But what stood out to us was the service. Mandalin, our server, was on-point and provided exceptional, attentive service! Thanks to him, our meal went from okay to amazing!

Just had a fabulous lunch at The Coaching Halt. Nice atmosphere, well cooked food (the BBQ cauliflower wings and Fish Goujons went down very well!). Mum’s rump steak was perfectly cooked (medium rare) and Dad loved his apple and cherry crumble. Wonderful service from Kevin - he made us feel very relaxed and not rushed. Charli and Mikey were lovely too. Thoroughly enjoyable all round.
