Very expensive and very small munchie box. Do not fall for this! Total rip off

ordered a munchy box, unable to eat as it was like chewing food that was cooked a week ago! prawns tasted days old and curry sauce was one giant lump

Ordered at 6:30pm only arrived now 10:30pm after 12 phonecalls as it was apparently delivered at 7:30 but this was not the case it never arrived… 4 hours later and we just got our food and we are now left with cold soggy food

Our order was made at 18:46. It was estimated delivery at 20:10 at the latest. It arrived at 21:30. Food was luke-warm so hard to tell if it was nice when delivered at the proper temperature.

The driver was very polite and did received a call for delays due to bad traffic, I totally understand. Great foods as always.

One of the worst Hot & Sour soup . It was just sour not hot & the soup itself taste just tomato ketchup & cornflower literally. Can’t recommend anyone the soup . I have also ordered special fried rice with beef , chicken , prawn mix the portion was super good easy two people can have it . But tasteless even the capsicum was over cooked I received like ,dam cold I thought I have ordered cold version of it . Anyways I don’t recommend this place as it take ages to receive the orders you will regret while eating!!

Chow mein tasted like the noodles had just been boiled. Bland went in the bin sadly the salt and pepper chips were ok

Ordered at 6:30pm with estimated delivery of 7:35-7:55 - called at 8:07 to be told that it was "on it's way" however only arrived between 8:30 and 8:35 with no apology. Fried Rice with Peas dish lacked peas! and the Lemon Chicken was overly dry.

second time ordering and second time it was late

The food took 2 hours to deliver after deliveroo said it would only take 40 minutes. When it arrived it was cold and honestly awful. I had to recook it and add ingredients to it for flavour. I don’t think I’ve ever written a review for a restaurant but this was honestly the worst Chinese I’ve ever had.

My food was amazing. However my partner ordered the egg fried rice chicken chips box with gravy and she got sent the wrong item

took 2hrs to arrive from point of order, and then order was incorrect. ordered a individual banquet and the main was incorrect, the starter was wrong and the "fried rice" tasted like it had been a microwave packet then put into a takeaway container. Will not be ordering from here again. Avoid.

I ordered direct from their website. After the app said it was delivered we rang to be told they hadn't processed order. They apologised and said it would be cooked immediately and delivered asap with a free bag of prawn crackers. When the order arrived it was wrong, dry and cold and no prawn crackers! When I rang I was told that my order of Spicy beef fried rice with chilies and spicy chicken chow mein had been delivered correctly. I told him that it was plain chicken fried rice and plain chicken chow mein. I was told I was wrong and to put photos on and leave a review???!!!!! They obviously don't care about the terrible reviews they have and I wish I had checked first!! I will never use again. Never tell your customers they are lying!!!

Ordered a vegan box, arrived in a wet pizza box and was missing half of the order, won’t be using these again

Food was good as ever, 5th time I have ordered. Menu said free prawn crackers and sauce for spend over £25. These were not provided. Also discount for high spend is much lower than it used to be. Overall good food but disappointed price has increased by 30% and advertised items not provided for spend over £25

The food was poorly cooked. Soup had really hard bits of prawn in. The egg fu young had hardly any egg in it. The main meal had hardly any sauce and it was cold. Disappointing

absolutely terrible customer service, delivery driver didn't listen to simple instructions and then was going to leave before even giving a chance to open the door. had to threaten to report to just eat and trading standards just to find out what was going on with my order.

As my go to takeaway was closed so I decided to order from here, foods were amazing big portions and good packaging. Will definitely be using in future.

Although the food was 20 mins late it was hot and obviously freshly cooked which is is much better than late and cold biggest gripe is Just Eats delivery times seem in no way connected to the restaurant who may be having a busy night the food was fine so all is well

I honestly was so unbelievably disappointed by this experience. First time I’ve ordered from here and can safely say it will also be the last. The order was almost an hour late, the man on the phone was dismissive and abrupt both times we called for an ETA and when it did finally arrive, 2 hours after ordering, the disappointment only continued. Items were missing from the order and the items that were there were not great. The portions were tiny, the food was excessively greasy, rice burnt and in clumps, and the food was cold. I hate leaving negative reviews so seldom do but this was just such a poor experience that I feel could have been handled better. Had we had better customer service and the restaurant have made an effort to engage better, then I absolutely would have focused highly on the positives but unfortunately, that was not the outcome.

Food was cold, portions of the food that turned up were very disappointing, items missing, the order was late and the person we spoke with on the phone was very dismissive and stated “5 or 10” minutes when asked how long the order would be on two different phone calls over 20 minutes apart. He was meant to contact the delivery driver and call us back but he did not. Overall, I have never been more disappointed with a takeaway meal. For the price you’d expect a full portion!

My order did not arrive, I rang multiple times to be told my order was on its way, 15 minutes away, etc. 2 1/2 hours later still no order, asked for a refund, who knows if will get it!

Food was 25 minutes late, I rang and was told it was on the way. 25 minutes later I rang again this time I was told it was 2 minutes away, another 25 minutes went by so I rang back and as I had other things to do told them to cancel and issue refund.

Great portion size on main though I felt they skimped a bit on the mushrooms - but either way, delicious.

I was so disappointed. I ordered the most simple type of foods to make (i had non and shops were closed by then) and it had taken over 1 hour to get to my house even though i said it would take approximately 35 minutes to arrive. I ordered two packets of chips that were fine, a box of fried noddles and I simply wanted fried rice and chips and gravy which I should have never wasted my money on. Waiting nearly an hour and half for chips, noodles rice and gravy. Who knew? When I opened my box though I had to also make myself more gravy as it was an absolute pisstake with how little gravy I had received. I had to ring twice after the time it was estimated to come to make sure I had actually placed an order which it was confirmed that I did but then had to wait an extra half and hour to actually receive it at the door. Customer service was appalling and wouldn’t order again.

I have eaten many Chinese takeaway from all over UK but I must say when it comes to munchie boxes this place has it all. Big size boxes packed very nicely only one downfall is it becomes soggy which I’d say maybe because of the foil they use it to keep it hot, otherwise all lovely.!

Everything arrived hot and exactly on time. ordered beef chow mein, beef was tender, the noodles were perfectly cooked and had some sort of soy sauce on them. won tons were lovely very light & crispy. prawn crackers were fresh. fried rice was ok, it had plain rice mixed in so was a but tasteless. chips were OK. far to much sauce poured into the container fir the rice chips chicken and sauce so everything was a bit soggy. also we didn't like the sauces especially the bbq one. I would order again

The chicken curry should have had carrots and peas added as well, it was missing ingredients. The chips were nice. I was looking forward to my two meat samosas but I got 10 wan tons instead, by mistake, and they were rather empty inside.

Ordered through Deliveroo. Was almost an hour late. Was mostly cold when it arrived. Rice was undercooked and hard. Noodles were overcooked. Eggs were okay and meat was soft and juicy

when the food did arrive it was cold and the quality was arwful the rice was clumpy and very overcooked and my battered chicken balls were very doughy and again very over cooked 2 stars is all im prepared to give this meal
