Wheatsheaf Southwell in Newark and Sherwood

Had a market stall outside the pub today & I just wanted to say the landlady was fantastic! If she looks after customers the way she looked after us I can imagine it's a cracking place to socialise in. Thank you!

Lovely homely feel to the place , served by Mark I believe , very friendly and certainly knew his ale .. excellent pint , only let down for me was a bit busy in the small back room . But I guess better to be busy than quiet . Great job

Very enjoyable experience, selection of ales which were very good, staff friendly outside seating in front of the pub was ideal, will visit again
