The first time I visited Wingman’s, the experience was incredible—the food was fresh, flavorful, and worth every penny. Unfortunately, my experience with their online orders has been the complete opposite. I’ve ordered online 3–4 times, and every single time there’s been a massive delay in the “wrapping up” phase of the process, often taking over 25 minutes before the food even left the restaurant. One time, the delay was so extreme that Uber Eats ended up canceling my order after over an hour. When the food did arrive, it was freezing cold—not just metaphorically, but literally. My burger contained components that were still partially frozen, and the wings were extremely disappointing, with a texture that made them seem like they were fried days in advance. While the in-house experience was great, the online service and quality control are completely unacceptable. I hope Wingman’s addresses these issues, as the potential for great food is clearly there, but these recurring problems make it impossible to recommend ordering from them.

This wings bucket was absolutely beautiful One bucket of Szechuan, and one Bang coq Mac and cheese was terrible, just plain pasta with beef on the bottom. No cheese at all Fire fries were okay ish

A very friendly welcome followed by great service and then delicious food. BBQ wings were perfect, crispy with plenty of sauce. Buffalo wings a perfect (for me) level of spice with blue cheese dip that was spot on. Mac & Cheese very nice.

Excellent food, chicken wings with unique seasoning. My favorite is the Smoked BBQ, I recommend it. The service is also great, friendly and smiling staff, ready to offer quality service to the customer! I've been there with friends a few times and I'll definitely continue going there!

FOOD POISONING! I have been a loyal wingman’s fan for years, unfortunately after a recent visit our entire group had an awful case of food poisoning. There were 3 couples all from different areas of London that had not had any food/drink together months before we went to Wingman’s. However after our meal (Friday 11th October 24) all 6 of us were wiped out. Vomiting, Diarrhea and extreme fatigue were some of the symptoms - we were all wiped out all weekend with some of us calling in sick to work on Monday/Tuesday. We raised this to Wingman’s in the hope of some admission so we could put it to bed. Today we received an email to say that there was no evidence of wrongdoing and we must have contracted food poisoning elsewhere. Appalling response to what was otherwise our favourite wing place. Safe to say we won’t be back, and important for others to know this is how they treat their loyal customers.

Wingsman in London is a great spot for a casual meal. The service was friendly and efficient, and the food was tasty. I particularly enjoyed the wings, mac and cheese, and cookie dough dessert.

First visit here and I was NOT disappointed! Friendly service, nice restaurant and amazing food. I had the truffle burger and my brother had wings- both were really good. Great flavour comes with great mess, but they provide gloves and plenty of napkins so it's all good. I highly recommend this place and will definitely visit if I get back to the area again.

Excellent food and service. The award winners, Truffalo and Buffalo wings were great. The £12 lunch time option is value for money.

Too much lazy service too much time

Really disappointed today ordered food and the mains came cold. Manager took it away to change and wasn’t seen for another 15 minutes. So decided to pay for the sides which was bbq fries, truffle mac and cheese and a bottle of water which came to £23 which is a shambles in itself but what’s worse is the manager who bought our food over didn’t even come back to speak to us and sent his colleague. That manager had the cheek to leave the buffalo sauce and service charge on the bill but I just paid and left coz I was really put off by this man and the service. Rest of the team was helpful but that manager is a waste of space

Had a lovely meal at wingman’s celebrating my sister’s birthday. Ersun made sure everything was perfect and even recommended a few dishes which we absolutely loved! Cant wait to go back to have the Thai Fry burger again!!

Everything that we had ordered was amazing. The staff were so helpful especially Ersun! He did an amazing job at hosting us for the night. Will deffo have to return for the Thai Fry burger and the Shanghai Oriental wings!

Came in last Saturday for the bottomless brunch. Really want to thank Kieron for his service. Made sure the drinks were topped up promptly. The food was good, compliments to the chef!

Me and my family had a very good time there and enjoyed our food and drinks. All the staff members who we spoke to were lovely and helpful, especially Kieran who welcomed and served us throughout the night. He did a memorable service for us.

They tried to scam us! As I went to wash my hands, the waiter came to my other half and asked her if she wanted to pay. He didn't show her the price on the card machine and walked off without giving the printed receipt from the machine. Good thing her Apple Pay showed that they had charged £90 instead of £44! (which itself is a rip off for a plate of wings, 1 burger, 1 fries and 2 drinks). Food was not nice, they don't understand the concept of subtlety. A truffle burger doesn't need to be DRENCHED in truffle mayo.. Plus the scotch bonnet wings and actually insanely hot and should come with a stronger warning. Not going back.

The seating is not the most comfortable but the service was amazing. Ersun was amazing! He brought us an extra hidden menu item which was the best thing we had for dinner. Definitely recommend if you like fried chicken.

Best wings in London hands down. Have probably been here 100 times and it never disappoints. Friendly staff, great service. Buffalo wings are insane. The Truffalo burger is the best chicken burger I’ve ever experienced. Always check for the specials. And if you can manage it, go for the cookie dough dessert to finish. You won’t regret it.

We come here every year before the NFL games at Wembley to get in the American mood. Food is delicious (the tater tots are incredibly tasty) and the service is also friendly - thanks to Kieran and Ersun!

The food here is absolut delicious and amazing. The Buffalo Wings tasted just line straight out of the US and the Royal Cookie Crumble is one of the best desserts I've ever eaten. The service is absolut peak, too.

Hi, My girlfriend went into the store before me and was given a high seat with no backrest. When I arrived, the man welcomed me and asked if I had a booking. I explained that I didn’t but that my girlfriend was already seated, and I’d prefer to sit on the lower seats with backrests, as she has a back issue. The man informed me that those seats were reserved for people with bookings. I asked when the booking was for, as we eat quickly, and he said it was from 7:30 to 8:00. However, it was already 7:55 at the time. Later, the manager came to take our order, and when we requested to move to the lower seats with backrests, he was very helpful and allowed us to move. I also mentioned that we were initially told the seats were only for bookings, and he seemed surprised. Attached are pictures of the empty seats next to us, which could seat six people.

The wings are incredible, you have to try the "K-Town peanut", they are delicious!

We have been here many times over the years, and this time, we have to say we were extremely disappointed. My husband had been obsessed with wingmans from when it opened (even been to wingfest and enjoyed them). The reason we were disappointed, was the size of the wings; they were so small this time. We ordered our usual, 2 different wings, fries and a couple of drinks between the 2 of us, and previously, this has filled us up; on this occasion, my husband left the restaurant not feeling 100% full. We could have ordered more, I guess, but service wasn't quick, so didn't really want to wait for them. The flavour of the wings (buffalo & bang coq) were good, but it's a shame the size of the wings was substandard! Will likely not be coming back, unless this changes.

An absolute gem for people who love wings!!!

Their bottomless brunch is well worth it. Unlimited wing, fries and drinks for £45 pp. Highly rate the BBQ, and the Shanghai Oriental wings. The buffalo wings were slightly disappointing after seeing so many great reviews about them. Service was excellent and the whole experience is really good value for money. I love how they give you gloves to eat the wings!

Worst chicken wings I’ve ever had. They simply tasted of oil. They also forgot the sauce. I wouldn’t waste your hard earned money here.

We were greeted and seated promptly, and the staff was truly outstanding. Special thanks to our waiter, Matteo (I hope I spelled your name correctly)—your service deserves 10 stars! The wings were phenomenal, so good that I wish I could experience them again for the first time. We followed Matteo's recommendations, and everything he suggested was exactly to our taste. We will definitely be returning. We also tried the corn, which was excellent. The mocktail was delicious as well. Let's not forget dessert. Overall, a fantastic dining experience!

Don’t usually leave reviews but had a great time with my partner here. The service and food was great. Wings are amazing. Still got that crispness even after being drenched in sauce, how???. Truffle fries was to die for. The cookie dough dessert was really nice also. Will look to try the burgers next time.

Been here few times and it has always been good food and excellent service. Unfortunately took my partner here for the first time today and didn’t go so well. Ordered one burger and one wings but waiter who was Asian slim and medium height had said we ordered wrong and we disagreed and he insisted he read the order right to us when he didn’t. The Mac and cheese never arrived when he served our food either, so by the time this came we had ate all our food. Also one of Nashville burger didn’t have some ingredients. Having said that, our waitress the lovely lady who I think is named Skye was amazing throughout the whole ordeal and we cannot thank her enough. Perhaps some of your staff should take note on the good customer service skills provided by her. Thank you Skye, sorry we didn’t have any cash to tip you personally.

Discovered this gem of a place whilst looking for a place to eat with me mate Dan and desperately trying to look like I knew where to eat in kilburn... in a place which didn't have a huge M on the logo ... Whilst all the reviews are almost exclusively exceptionally positive, it's easy to be sceptical about how good the food actually is, and how patient the team are when contemplating what you're going to order. In both respects , it's a super-duper high score from me🎉 Price wise, I think the chips are a little dear, but the chicken is comparatively excellent value... especially when you get that yummy barbecue sauce on it and - although we were there on a Tuesday evening, the atmosphere was pretty good too. 🎉😀. Me mate Dan had some kind of zinger burger look-a-like-ey and whilst I had a little food envy, I'd definitely recommend the chicken legs ... Unless you're the chicken 🐔. All in all a great place to scoff some amazing chicken and subtly overpriced chips whilst listening to some crazy down-wit-dem-kids musak on the jukebox. Great staff , good value and a very pleasant night out....

Best wings I’ve had in a long time. The Bangkok wings tasted so good with loads of flavour. The wings are crispy and succulent. They also do a good pint in here.

It had been a while since I’ve dined at Wingman’s so I was unsure how the lunch menu worked, but Ersun was really helpful. He explained to me the dishes and I had a really positive experience.

Service was extremely disappointing. We placed our order, but the burgers arrived way ahead of the wings, which took a staggering 40 minutes to show up. By then, we had already finished our burgers and were left waiting. When we brought this up with the manager, they responded with attitude and didn’t offer much help besides a vague promise of a quick resolution. Unfortunately, when the wings finally arrived, they were cold and hardly edible. We were so let down that we requested the service charge be removed, especially considering we’re regular customers. Our server did try to assist, but being new, their hands were tied. Overall, it was such a letdown that we won’t be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

Poor delivery service with uber eats. When i called the restaurant they never picked up. It was like someone was rejectiong the call. Food came in a state. Soggy and cold Driver was rude and aggressive. Raheel was the driver. Dopey and slow. Kept driving around in circles near my house.

Bottom line. Food here is very good and I've been a champion of Wingman's since their Hyde Park festival days but this particular visit for me wasn't up there. Made use of the Wings Wednesday offer and ordered the BBQ which is my go to and for the 1st time the sechuan wings. I received the Korean wings by mistake but due to time constraints I decided to just eat these and they were tasty but obviously this mistake shouldn't have been made. The sechuan wings were really disappointing. A dry wing which didn't have the great spice tingle you want from sechuan pepper so they are a flavour I won't be ordering again. No food complaints from the 2 friends I brought along to try for the first time who had the buffalo and a peanut flavour from the specials. A couple of environmental issues. we were sat in line with a heater so it was uncomfortably warm and I'm afraid I have a complaint again about the music. It's too loud and it's more often than not a terrible genre. They do the same in the Soho branch and it makes for quite an unpleasant dining experience when you cant easily have a conversation with your dining guests.

Very very worst restaurant i ever seen. I get two deliveries from here and it’s too much time even there is no customers inside. Chef’s are talking inside. Customers are waiting in home for their food. Is this makes any sense. Very very poor service.

One of the best places to eat delicious and well-cooked wings. The service and atmosphere are very good, a wonderful place. It would be nice to tide up the toilet.

I came last week for some dinner with my friends and I was impressed. We asked for some recommendations and the Manager was really kind to suggest some of the dishes and we ended up picking buffalo wings, szechone wings with some sides and burgers. 100% delicious. The service was really good as well, Kushun made the experience really great for us. Music was a bonus! Will definitely come back for more.

Good Chicken & Polite Staff but slightly overpriced

Booked brunch on a Saturday at 4:30pm - for a group of 6. Turned up to be told that they had NOTHING to make cocktails that’s included in the brunch. We were offered an Apple spritz or a beer. One of the managers then told me it’s because I booked a later slot and that’s why we couldn’t have cocktails. The table next to us were also very upset when paying their bill as apparently you HAVE to pay their service charge & they had already accepted not to have cocktails with their brunch. Atmosphere was dead - gave a 2 star because I can’t rate the food. My group left and went elsewhere to enjoy food and drinks.

What happened…? 🙁 Wings used to be the best — crunchy, perfectly sauced. What have I just ordered? It’s like chicken that’s been boiled in buffalo sauce — fatty, soft, dimply skin. Absolute waste of money… and a damn shame… big loss for Kilburn…

Came into try the lunch time deal after visiting the other venue in central only a few weeks ago . Chicken Wings side and drink for £12 quid . Upgraded the side to the mac and cheese(extra £5) and it was delicious. Eren who served us was very friendly and offered great service. Came around 2pm and thought it would of been busier but there was only one other table in the restaurant

BAD EXPERIENCE DO NOT GO! Caught the chef putting his fingers deep in his mouth to pick something out of his teeth , to then proceed with touching the food. Food was cold and burger was oily and horrible. Please do not waste your money on this place.

Great food, VERY POLITE STAFF, always a hit when you go Wingmans Kilburn. Never been disappointed and i really like the monthly special menu. Keep it up guys!
