We've had takeaway delivered from this takeaway four times, and on three of those occasions there have been items missing from the order. On the last occasion, as their website it rubbish and it won't let you select all the items for your "meal", we were phoned directly to complete the order. We selected our drinks and sides but yet again when the delivery driver arrived we were two cans of drink and a side order out of pocket. Once in a blue moon I get, maybe a rogue driver, but a 75% hit rate for missing items is insulting. On a plus note the chicken wings are very tasty.

My wife went to Starbucks car park, Southgate Park, Stansted Airport to get a coffee as my flight got delayed. She parked at Starbucks car park for 26 min, but Starbucks was already closed that time. MET Parking services sent parking charge notice as she was not considered a customer as Starbucks was closed. The parking fee notice board clearly says 60 min free for customers. She did not know that once Starbucks closed, she had to pay from the minute she parked. Be careful, MET Parking Services must have raised millions from people simply displaying misleading information.

Ordered a burger via Deliveroo. Order arrived on time however as I was trying to enjoy my burger I found a long hair that looked like a female hair. I contacted Deliveroo. They asked me to contact restaurant who says they can’t send a rider? I was so annoyed at this stage all I wanted is a burger but apology doesn’t mean anything. I wasn’t expecting a refund but just food. I’ve been ordering food from this restaurant for a while and not had any issues. The way both parties handled it put me off completely. I tried both companies and neither offered a solution. It’s unfortunate knowing this things can happen but to not get any help didn’t give me any confidence to order food in future.
