The cookie doughs was very nice had plenty of toppings and came with a soft serve ice cream which is also nice

Order was accepted on Uber Eats, we waited an hour after the notification said it was out for delivery only for it to be cancelled when the driver was 3 minutes out? Very confused and disappointed

Ordered quite a few times,always been great,till tonight's order.My waffle tasted too doughy and I had hardly any strawberries and banana on it,2 strawberries and only 1 piece of banana.The mint sundaes ice cream didn't look and taste the same as previous.The service was fast,but quality wasn't good tonight.

Kids love wow shakes and cakes (ok, I do too!!) and it’s considered our little treat. Shakes are always great, desserts are delicious - no scrimping on sauce etc so I’d really recommended.

Extremely overpriced for what you get. Driver couldn’t even be arsed to get out of his car and waited for me walk to the end of the car park at the building I live at before he even got out and grabbed my delivery from the boot. Wish I’d just warmed up a tin of rice pudding.

I recently ordered from this place in Manchester, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I never leave reviews, but I’ve never been so disgusted by how a dessert shop handled my order. First, the food was poorly prepared and the quality was unacceptable. The Oreo milkshake tasted like cardboard and had the texture of Weetabix. I didn’t think it was possible to get a milkshake so wrong. The waffle was even worse. I understand that delivery can make food a bit colder, but this waffle was stone cold and tasted like wood. It seemed like it had been made hours earlier and then hastily thrown together with some toppings. To add to the frustration, the delivery experience was a nightmare. I had to walk across the street to find the driver, who was 10 minutes away from my hotel, despite there being ample parking available. Maybe he was new, but having to go out of my way to find him was unacceptable. I don’t understand what kind of business is being run here. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. I felt compelled to share my experience to warn others.

Lovely milkshakes - but they didn’t deliver them with straws 🙈so struggled to fully enjoy them

I ordered milkshake and cookiedough. We found the Oreo milkshake to be flavourless and watery. Looked through previous reviews and seems others have said the same.

Missing product.. I ordered extra ice cream but it wasn't delivered and vannila was melted..

Mint and oreo waffle was amazing! We got that with a milkshake but the milkshake that come was like a sundae but that was no bother because they got a fresh one sent in the 10 mins! My go to dessert place now

The cookie dough was amazing. The flavours went really well with each other. It’s a must try. The customer service I received from Danny when I went to collect it was second to none. Just wanted I needed.

Cold again. Waffle wasn’t even edible. Advertised as ferrero Roche and far from it, sprinkled on some pine nuts. Waste!

Even though the delivery was late, they called me to tell me. Threw in some extras and apologised.. Great customer service, we all get issues but it’s the way you handle those issues that’s important…

Waffle was completely drowning might aswell given me a jar of Nutella and was the wrong waffle anyway and the sundae is a tiny bit of mr whippy with a drop of chocolate sauce not even real ice cream

Ordered 2 wow waffles and a shake. They were clearly out of Nutella and white chocolate sauce but rather than cancel the order they sent out a dry stale waffle with bits of kinder bueno and a some rotten strawberries and bananas. Shake was just milk and nuts as no chocolate sauce. The store should not be sending out incomplete stale food! DO NOT ORDER

Waited 2 hours on Uber eats for 3 milkshakes. The shakes were very poor quality and not as advertised. No toppings just a squirt of flavouring around the small plastic cup. Will never order again. The bike rider who delivered them was lovely . Maybe if they took more time on the shakes and less money on the nice packaging they could have created a better quality shake. Would never order again. If you want a decent shake for less than a third of the price , go McDonald’s !! Tried to Email you as requested Surprise no email address found!! Shame on you!

Really good staff, I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and had to re order they rang to check it was right as they’d just been to us and were really polite guys who went out of their way to make sure I got the right order in the end through my own fault and added in an extra,most places wouldn’t check and would just take your money I got the bubblegum milkshake and the strawberry waffle this is unbeatable, waffle isn’t at all soggy and it’s the right amount of sauce to not be sickly 10/10 reccomended will be ordering again!

Very Disappointed.... order a few items, cheesecake, chocolate cake and cookie dough.... got a phone call after 45mins saying they didn't have any of the cheesecake so ended up with two cookie dough however because the delivery took a ridiculous amount of time when it finally arrived two hours after ordering and being told just another 20mins everytime I had to call up, the cookie dough was rock hard and my son had fallen asleep by the time it came so didn't even want his cake. Complete waste of money and won't be ordering again.

Well I ordered a oreo milkshake I got vanilla ice cream and milk. Not one bit of oreo in it!

Ordered a cornflake cake it was very nice crunchy cornflakes with jammy goodness, however the custard has a powdery taste. I also ordered raspberry slush and they delivered a cherry one. It is vile has a strange flavour sort of fizzy and very watery. Called the resturant they were very apologetic and offered to swap it. The raspberry has a stronger flavour I recommend it. I think the driver must have kept it all together because the hot food was cold. Would I order from here again probably not.

The food was 30 minutes late, despite the restaurant updating to delivered. The items then arrived and were poor quality. Cheap and the cornflake tart jam was burnt, forming a hard tar. So disappointing

The desserts are out of this world. The flavours are amazing and tasty. Great value for money. The drivers are friendly and polite. Cookie doughs are the best I’ve ever tasted.

Absolutely awful they sent out our order with half the toppings missing even though we paid extra for each topping when ringing and asking they said they have non left! and the waffles don’t buy you get 1 pice if your choice of chocolate not a waffle full! Really bad deserts.

Portion sizes are ridiculous cost me almost a tenner to get half a waffle delivered and it wasn't even nice

Great desserts and a good variety of options. The cheesecakes they added more recently are creamy and delicious. Orders usually come earlier than predicted, and the staff always get in touch if there's an issue with the order. Paul today was very polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

We used to order from here all the time but the last two orders have been of poor quality. We have ordered waffles on both occassions and they have turned up broken with the underneath missing and the toppings were poor (very minimal toppings). We wont be wasting our money here and will be ordering from another restaurant in the future.
