The food was very good as was the service. It was very quiet when we went, but we were very early for dinner. Good value and friendly staff.

Excellent service and very tasty food with Good menu choice. The waiter was helpful in advising what would be good to choose. We went to cinema afterwards and they made sure we had plenty of time.

The food was delicious and piping hot, but it was somewhat less spicy than I had been hoping for, and the portion size was on the smaller side for a £12 main. There were also no napkins or cutlery included.

We had a really good experience at the Yeti. Me and my two sons, who are both well into their food, ate there on Saturday evening. We were staying in Oxford for a get together weekend. We booked on line about an hour or so before, which worked really well for us. We were welcomed in with a genuine smile and courtesy and discussed the menu with our waiter, who was very helpful with the choice as I’m not at all a three chilli bloke! We had a couple of excellent starters which they portioned up as there were three of us. We had a mixture of main courses with a couple of side dishes and a mushroom rice and garlic Nan. The quality of everything we had was excellent and the quantity was just right. We had a few of the Nepalise beers, which is an obvious must! The final bill was very reasonable, especially for me, as I wasn’t paying! All in all a well deserved 5 star rating. We would definitely return.

Popped in for lunch as in Oxford and it’s worth noting it’s a half hour walk from the centre which was fine for us as we had the time & always interesting to walk down the Cowley Road. Service was attentive and quick. Ambience was friendly, and restaurant has pictures of Nepali landscapes dotted around. The food was tasty with a decent portion of meat/fish in dishes ordered. The sauce base for the 4 dishes ordered were not significantly different but tasty. We had 2 courses and a drink which averaged out at £30/head.

Wasn't a fan of the onion bhaji, has a slightly bitter and fishy flavour but the rest of our meal was delicious. Will definitely order again.

Been here a few times now and it is becoming a favourite of mine and the wife! The staff are extremely nice And welcoming. I try different foods every time I come here some are a little bit spicy but very enjoyable. A lovely restaurant with a lovely ambience. I would recommend this place.

I have never tried nepalese food before but I can highly recommend Yeti. Staff were friendly and helpful and gave good advice on what dishes complemented each other. Gurkha beer was another first and very good. We had a mix of vegetarian and lamb dishes: the spicy red potato starter and momo (veggie and lamb filled) were delicious. I have eaten 100's of naan breads over the years but the peshwari naan served this evening was a revelation: buttery soft with a tasty coconut filling- simply divine! I would very happily have eaten just a plate of these naan. There is even a 10% discount for NHS staff. Give the place a try- you won't be disappointed.

Just called in for dinner whilst walking past heading for another restaurant. So pleased we did! Anthony, our waiter was so friendly and helpful. He suggested we try the house lamb curry (no 19 on the menu) which was superb - tender meat and a sauce that was aromatic and not too spicy. The naan breads and rice were very good too. The meal worked out at approx 25 pounds each with a drink which is a bargain these days. Busy early evening which is a good sign. I can recommend Yeti.

I didn't know Nepalese cuisine. The food was delicious, well presented, and the portions were very generous. Many vegetarians options. Our waiter was very attentive and gave us good recommendations.
