The food is mouthwatering and good in presentation and hygiene. The service and staff’s are nice , the atmosphere is calm and peaceful to enjoy our food.

Walked out as service was terrible. Food took ages and they eventually they brought out chicken which was undercooked. Avoid unless you’re keen on salmonella.

Arrived at our reservation stilighly earlier got told to wait 10m, we then came back and got told another 10m. We went outside to wait however 2 of our party stayed inside. They messaged us and they got a table, we went upstairs. They had been sitted at a dirty table with trash on the floor. 10m after waiting at that table, we get moved to another 2 smaller tables at the back. We order food and drinks. The first plate to arrive was cold and the meat and veg seems to have been sitting on the counter for a while. He returns it to the waitress and ask for her to heat it up. 2 of our mains arrive then the next 2 come 15m later. We are then served cold rice, I go up to the waitress and ask for her to heat them up. She takes them then a man come back with them and he said he will void the 3 rice's and the first meat plate that arrived. The food from everyone option was good after the issues were sorted I will not be coming back anytime soon sadly so will my other 5 friends who had prior had very nice experiences twice.

I recently celebrated my first anniversary at this wonderful restaurant, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! Despite being a newcomer to Korean cuisine, the staff made me feel right at home. From the moment we walked in, the staff were attentive and accommodating. The gentleman who took our booking and showed us to our seat was particularly impressive. He took the time to explain the menu, made excellent recommendations, and ensured that our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional.What struck me most was the efficiency and accuracy of the service, even on a busy evening with only two staff members on duty. Their attention to detail, friendly gestures, and prompt service were truly commendable.The food, of course, was outstanding! The dishes we ordered were delicious Hats off to the entire team for making our anniversary celebration so special. We can't wait to come back and experience it all again!

A fun and tasty experience. Not a bargain, but nothing to fault! Only slightly annoying thing is there's another Yori in Cambridge that doesn't do BBQ!

There isn't any problem with the food, you know what you order and the price, but the expectation is to have a Korean food experience. I felt that we just went in, had average food, paid and left. Forgettable and disappointing. Try Little Seoul just down the street and you will know what I mean about having a Korean food experience. The place was freezing cold by the way.

This place is usually great, but today they were short-staffed. It took forever to get a seat and over 40 minutes for the food to arrive. Plus, the door doesn’t close on its own, so you keep having to get up to shut it. Otherwise it is good.

The meal was visually appealing and was served promptly. The service staff exhibited a cordial demeanor, there were no discomforts noted in the interaction. Additionally, while the ambiance was designed to be inviting, the chilly weather did impact the overall comfort level within the establishment.

Lovely food and great service from Saisri in particular. Recommend and will visit again.

We had a really strange experience - walked in just before five but were turned away by staff staying that it was fully booked from five even though the restaurant looked quite empty. A short while later, we decided to try booking online and found slots available. Went in just after six and the place was nowhere as busy as we were led to believe. The food was average. The bibimbab came in a luke warm bowl (usually piping hot) which was slightly concerning considering it was served with a raw egg yolk. Not sure if we will be back.

The place is cold, 1 person working, new customers were we sent away, endless waiting for anything. Food is ok but expensive.

We walked out. Was seated upstairs in a freezing cold room. When we scanned the QR code for ordering. I would say at least 80% of the menu was out of stock.

Service was terrible, with 3 tables served in the restaurant, one can wait till the end of the meal to have water notwithstanding a constant reminder. Food was very disappointing, most of the menu sold out and not available. Cambridge would be best without.

The app was not working properly and is confusing. The stuff bringing the food they were okay but the orders were coming in wrong, the food was coming cold literally very disorganised. I don’t think I will be coming again… by happy at all with the experience

I visited this Korean restaurant last Sunday and ordered squid bulgogi, bibimbap, and platters. The food was decent nothing extraordinary but the service was exceptional. A staff member named Jishnu went above and beyond, explaining the dishes and sharing insights about the cuisine and culture. His friendliness and knowledge made the experience memorable!

As a Korean, I don’t think the dish is satisfying. The price is very high with small portion of food. The ingredients in the food did not match what they have described in the menu. They took ages to deliver the food to us. I have no clue why people will choose this restaurant and compliment it. See attached photo, they said there will be fish cake but apparently two third of it is onion. It is just hard to believe that we saw hair in soup, which is a hundred percent not acceptable.

The service was not good. They served our food to the wrong table and gave attitude when we mentioned it to them. Our food was cold when we eventually got it.

Reservation was at 6:30pm. Didn't get drinks until 7:15pm, the food was bland and we were missing many items and had to constantly remind them. The waitress’s were extremely rude and dismissive. Made us pay for food we never received! Would not recommend!

Very slow service, had to continuously ask for the correct food, never received certain food, £4 for a can of soda, food wasn’t good enough for the price, if you don’t wave a server down they’ll let you sit for hours without service

I had such a great time at Yori! As a huge K-drama fan, I've been craving real Korean food forever—kimchi, tteokbokki—and Yori totally hit the spot. The food was amazing, and the service was top-notch. Shoutout to Farzeena, one of the team members, for being super sweet and patient, helping us choose what to get and giving awesome recommendations. Can’t wait to go back for more tasty food and the great vibes!

Ordered BBQ food wasn't BBQ but was stir fried instead. The Korean pancake was more sponge cake than pancake.

Excellent and timely service. The restaurant has a good vibe to it. Absolutely recommend if you wanna try some korean food.

Good service, we managed to get a table without booking and didn't have to wait too long! Staff was very helpful. Kimchi jiggae was particularly good. We also were surprised by a free chocolate dorayaki to celebrate one of our birthdays! Thanks to Amala for hosting us.

Looks are deceiving. I asked for spicy and hot. What I received was sweet and sweet and sweet food. If you are after hot and spicy food avoid this place.

I visited this restaurant on November 2nd. While the food was decent, the service was disappointing. The staff was rude and served me the wrong dish without offering an apology.

We came as a table of 4 and was seated quickly and efficiently. Our waiter Harun was very helpful with our service. We throughly enjoyed our experience :)

This restaurant was so good a few years ago. I came back to have another good experience. I was surprised that it has lost all of its authenticity. I suggest that you look into the staff. They Seem to be more interest in being on the phone or shouting at each other in the kitchen. I like the Korean culture. But no one that works in there seemed to be from that area of the world.

Foods are so tasty and very good staff very accommodating and friendly specially harun always smiling to the guests.

SAISRI have a really good service.The food is delicious and the environment is warm.

I have been coming to Yori for years but sadly will not be returning. Twice now I've been and twice the service along with the food was shocking. 1st time ordered a pork dish with barely any pork in it. 2nd time ordering some food and drinks. Was in there waiting for nearly 20 minutes to half an hour for our drink that never came. I felt like I walk into an Indian restaurant with how many Indians were working is there. They seemed more concerned with answering voice notes on there phone the ensuring that the customers had there drinks. Plus the restaurant wasn't even busy. Ended up leaving without getting food or drinks. Tired off watching 4 people chatting amongst themselves and ignoring all the customer waiting. Disappointed with the service which is a shame as I love Korean food and Korean culture. Will not be returning. It seems to get worse every time you go.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Yori restaurant and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The service was impeccable, and the food was simply delicious. I highly recommend trying their tokpoki and kimchi! Best regards from Ukraine 🫶

The korean bbq is soooo good. Worth the price and the staff named Rizwan is very friendly and very accomodating. Will be back for sure! We enjoyed the food very much!

We ordered 2 pork bibimbap and 1 kimchi jigae. Rizwan was especially attentive and food was great! Will definitely come here again 😄
