Zizzi in Coventry

Disfrutamos de nuestro almuerzo aquí y en general fue muy agradable. La comida era muy buena. El personal de espera era amable, pero parecía un poco lento en la aceptación. Servir un Peroni sin gluten en lugar de la bebida sin alcohol fue uno de los ejemplos de errores básicos. Rápidamente arreglado.

The waitress Daphnee and other serving staff were lovely and helpful. The only complaint I have is that several of the Christmas menu items were not available. They didn’t have fresh pasta and the Large chocolate profiterole was off the menu. Don’t understand how the restaurant had not been supplied with enough for the Xmas period.

I came in alone to treat myself to one of my favourite restaurants. I was warmly welcomed and seated by Giri who allowed me to choose my seat (i prefer sitting out of the way). He continued to ensure my experience was lovely, checking in to make sure my meal was okay and letting me know my dessert was ready when I was outside. All of the staff made sure I had everything I needed and the food was delicious as per. Thank you!

The service and quality of food at Zizzis was exceptional. I attended zizzis for a works Christmas lunch. The customer service provided by Amelia, Meri and Daphnee was of exceptional standard. staff were professional and friendly catering to each of our needs. The food was served to us promptly from our orders being taken and was hot and delicious. This is a top class restaurant with efficient service. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine.

Risotto a bit stodgy but other courses and dishes at the table were good Did get caught out a little by them not taking cash, and do not like an automatic tip added to the bill.

Lovely food lovely cocktails only thing was they brought my daughters starter and main out at the same time and then her pudding was brought out whilst she was eating her main

The food is expensive for the portion sizes given. The service was excellent especially from Amelia. Attentive, polite and all round superb. A credit to you Zizzi

Muy sorprendido por el mal servicio y la comida básica. Hemos estado en Zizzi bastante a menudo y por lo general tienen una buena experiencia, pero esta vez tuvimos un servicio terrible y comida muy sosa y básica. cuando intentamos informar a la camarera que ni siquiera nos había dado suficientes platos para la cantidad de gente, ella simplemente nos ignoró y continuó hablando con otra camarera. Cuando llegó la comida, era como pizza de microondas sin sabor alguno. Bonito restaurante, vergüenza de todo lo demás.

Come here a lot with friends. It's consistently good and they've got great Gluten free options.

I always enjoy my trips to Zizzi. The food is always great and service is efficient. Meri ensured that we were well looked after throughout our visit and provided us with the best service that we could ask for. She even recommended some drinks when we were unsure of what to go for!

We have had nice Italian pizza there it was a delicious and very friendly atmosphere Thank you Arianna for serving us and we back again

Not happy is a good start. We was out for our firms xmas party (15) unfortunately 1 of our party was late so waited to order food when we did order food we all was told the would be serving starters with the mains? WHAT IS THAT ABOUT!!! So we did, but when the food came out the tables not big enough some of the food was cold including my prawns. Not enough chicken in my dish casareccia 3 bits and dried chilli skin. Overall not good for the amount of money spent on the night

Tried the Sticky Pig pizza which was not bad but not the best thing on the menu. Excellent service from Michal as he was very timely with his check backs and always made sure everything was okay.

I love this restaurant for the cosy atmosphere, fair prices and the service. Our waitress Luka was very lovely and helpful. She was charming and sweet and very sociable. She also offered to take a picture of myself, dad and my sister after I treated us to lunch there. I highly recommend this place. My favourite foods are the vegan rainbow lasagne. It's delicious! And the vegan chocolate fudge cake dessert. We will be going again for sure, it's my favorite place to eat. Thank you Luka for your impeccable friendly service. Well see you soon! Karen & family

Lovely crew and scrumptious food

Recently had the pleasure of eating at Zizzis’ this Wednesday just gone. and i’ve never experienced such great food and service from a specific member of staff, Luigi. The charism and attention to detail he broughtt to my first experience at this restaurant is one to remember. people such as him is what makes dining out an enjoyable experience. highly recommend.

The food was pretty good but the service was amazing, our server Daphinee gave me loads of cheese on my pasta 👍🏻

Fantastic service , food great and quick.

Main meal literally came out within 3 minutes we couldn't believe it. I said to the waiter at the end, a very young guy skinhead/very short black hair, that the service was brilliant but the food was unbelievably bland. He looked at me and walked off. About 3 weeks ago this was.

Amazing food..we had 3 courses for £26.50. The garlic bombe is a must however quite filling for a starter!! Great portion sizes!! Pizza rustica was delicious although couldn't finish it all but was given a takeaway box for it and the fudge cake was amazing. Brilliant service from Arianna xx
