Main courses were awful. Pizza was kept warm and one of the additional toppings was missing. Seabass was very overcooked and dry. The potatoes were certainly not freshly cooked. We also had olives delivered to the table but never ordered. The waitress apologised and said she would remove them from the bill. She didn't so we had to ask for this to be done. Unfortunately this is the second time we have dined at zizi and had a very poor experience. The restaurant itself is very tatty, the toilets smelt awful and were freezing cold (more like public toilets!)

Thank you for an amazing last supper lunch for our big family of 25, before our travels back to Oz. Bailey served us and was incredible! Bailey was attentive and faultless. Thank you to Bailey & the team for such a fabulous afternoon. Food was delicious, family friendly and good value for money. Will definitely be back!

He’s the beating heart to this restaurant with a good team around him, from what I’ve seen, more often than not he has to cover for staff letting him down in the kitchen, hopefully this can be resolved, I’d hate for him to be overworked! We had an amazing lunch on Christmas Eve, food was delicious and service by Ana was excellent. She was friendly, polite and lovely to our young children! Can’t wait to come back, we love Zizzis.

We had our annual Christmas meal here. Service was great. Friendly and helpful staff. The food according to everyone in our group of 18 people was tasty (big improvement on last year some said). Everything goes well we will be back. Thank you for having us!

lovely Christmas decorations! zucchini fritti had very little zucchini which was a bit disappointing but the rest of the food was lovely.

We only had a starter and main, but our server Polina made sure all of our requests and substitutes were made. She gave us a really good service and made our lunch extra special. The food itself was good but i would recommend you order spicy honey along with your pizza as it takes it to the next level.

Andrea was so lovely and gave us complimentary drinks because of the delay, which we didn’t ask for- Andrea was just really fantastic and a credit to zizzi! Gf pizza wasn’t totally cooked though

Last time we were at Zizzi Clifton was 3 years ago and we were very happy. The service was fantastic, the GF pizza was made with fresh ingredients which you could see and feel, the gluten free pizza base was handmade, thin and crispy, it was simply delicious. In November this year we decided to take our teenager for a birthday pizza again. This was our 6th visit to Zizzi. We went in with the mindset that it would be really tasty. As always. Everything was going well until we placed the order. When the waitress brought the GF pizza, the magic was gone. The pizza base looked like a store bought product, and it tasted like one too. Topping: one mushroom scattered on the pizza and 3 leaves of who knows what they were. All covered in what looked like cheese sauce. A total disaster. I feel cheated

Fantastic experience with a few friends and our kids! The manager and the staff were phenomenal and provided a wonderful meal and evening to the whole group! We will come back many more times!

So upset and so disappointed, the manager told me he would honour my refund through Uber eats if I submitted it, and he didn't. This was after the '6 layer lasagne' I ordered turned up as two forks worth of food for £16 (plus delivery and service fees). So shocked after we had a polite and supportive conversation over the phone, I never leave reviews but at the price I paid and the little control I have over the situation I have turned here. Very sad.

The service was brilliant. I have a nut allergy. Our waitress was so good really knew what she was talking about. A real credit to your team. The food was amazing too. Will defiantly return. One of our waitress was ( Helen)I think and a lovely lady andrea. Thank you both xx

wow. i am blown away. i came to zizzis for my birthday and left in tears of happiness. the pizza was like a holy grail, it gave me absolute euphoria. our server was beth and she was absolutely amazing, very attentive and friendly. all in all, a 10/10 experience.

Beth was super helpful ordering especially because some of our party had allergies, food came very quickly and was delicious. So excited to come back!!

Mediocrity at its finest. Went for a birthday party and the pizza oven was broken, even though had a call on the same day, where we were told it was working. This meant that literally half the menu was off the table from the get go. The food is ok but not worth the price and the atmosphere was horrendous. As a party of 7 we were sat in a nook of the restaurant, which had chips on the walls and weird decorations all over. Although the waitress was good, our position in the restaurant meant that the staff couldn’t really see us and every time I wanted to add a dish or get the bill I had to take a walk to the front of the restaurant.

Good food complemented by an attentive server who was new to the role.

We had a really long delay with our food but Helen our waitress went out of her way to ensure the issue was resolved which was appreciated.

The food and service at this Zizzis is always perfect. Helen, our server, was a gem and so helpful and the food was delicious as usual. Even though it was busy on a Saturday night this didn’t impact the service or food quality and made for a lovely atmosphere.

Wonderful food and service thanks to Helen

Went yesterday with my mum. Wouldn't usually pick to eat out at chains but my mum had clubcard vouchers to use. When sat down, our waiter promptly brought us over some free crisps and ask what we fancied to drink. I then ordered a pork belly dish while my mum ordered a garlic meatball pasta. Food came in a decent time and a different waiter to our main one offered to grate lots of fresh parmesean onto my mums pasta which was good. However, when i started eating, some of the food in my dish had not been cooked correctly. I let the waiter know and she brought the dish away and then brought me back a new one in about 10 minutes. Unfortunately though, the same problem happened again. Instead of getting an entirely new dish again, i just asked if she could get me a different side dish and she was very happy to do this. Further, once we had finished our mains, she offered me and my mum a dessert each on the house. I got a rasberry and white choc tirsmisu, and my mum had a choc fudge cake. Both tasty and decent portion sizes for desserts. Although the food we chose was not great, and my dish was messed up twice, the service from our waiter was really really brilliant and we appreciated the way they tried to resolve the meal for us.

I had a fantastic dinner at Zizzi Clifton! The rustica pizza was absolutely delicious—crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. What really made the evening special was our waitress, Andrea. She was incredible—so friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. Such a sweetheart! Her wonderful service made the experience even better. Highly recommend!
