Service extremely slow and did not bring us water when we asked. Only one waiter on a busy night.

I thoroughly enjoyed the place, and Laveesha was amazing in her work and quite helpful.

Quiet day in early January, maybe three other tables taken. Seated at the bench peppered in crumbs, among several tables still uncleared. Wine glass on our table had lipstick on it. Toilets in a complete mess, terrible smell and green mould around the sinks. No major problems with the staff directly, but overall it really wasn't up to standard on the day.

There were 3 off us at the table afre a long wait i got my main then it was at least half an hour before the other 2 got theres, appatently i got someone elsrs food.

Had to wait nearly 2hrs for food to arrive - this was with several prompts. Only two out of three of us were served and the other person had to wait another 20mins. These guys are running their business way to lean. They are clearly relying on non-return business in a touristy area.

Came for a nice meal after visiting the winter park with another family. We couldn't have been more ignored, the order was wrong, and the toilets were in a ghastly and unsanitary state. It took over 20 minutes to get the bill from asking multiple times, and they had the audacity to add a tip on. We’ve eaten in many Zizzis and always otherwise had good meals and service, so this seems to be the wrong one to visit. Avoid this one, really disappointing. Also, two people had the 'triple pepperoni pizza', which boasts 3x the normal amount of peperoni. If that's the case, then the normal amount would be 11 small circles of pepperoni for a whole pizza.

Fuimos después de un viaje al teatro como es conveniente - vivimos en Cambridge, así que deberíamos saberlo mejor. Hemos estado antes y el servicio siempre es pobre aquí. Esperábamos mucho tiempo para tomar unas copas, tuvimos que pedir hacer un pedido y luego preguntar cuándo trajeron el arrancador de un niño y no el otro. Siempre se siente poco personal aquí, pero esto fue particularmente malo. Pedí una pizza vegana, pero por alguna razón decidieron hacerla en una base libre de gluten también. La pizza no estaba caliente y la base era poco apetitosa. Debería haberlo devuelto pero ya habíamos esperado tanto y tenemos una familia joven. Me hizo sentir mal después. No volveremos.

service took 2 hours for a starter and the pizza was burnt and 2 people left that went in at the same time as us a hour earlier.

Absolutely atrocious. Spent two hours here waiting for food. Food when it came was awful. Had to clear dirty plates from table ourselves. Despite fact that restaurant couldn’t cope with diners they still kept pumping out Deliveroo orders. Maybe that’s the priority.

Sooooooo slow. Not sure if it was the wait staff or the kitchen, but we waited over an hour for our food, it was mediocre (could have made it ourselves at home, easily) and the food was bland. Wait staff was kind and apologetic, but still… 😕 won’t be eating here again.

Came here with my 4 year old - amazing service. Best place I’ve been with kids hands down- colouring pencils & paper immediately, great kids menu, very accommodating & lovely staff/service.

You have to order from the approved which actually makes it easier. The order doesn't get submitted until everyone at your table orders. We got the sampler platter and it was so good! I loved it! Best marinara sauce I've ever had! Get something with the marinara sauce on it! I didn't and it was good but it could've been better. It was super busy so you don't see the server often but they were still nice.

Laveesha is very helpful, we had to wait for a while since they missed our order. But, Laveesha was kindly ordered starters for us and didn’t charge us. Thanks Zizi.

We had a lovely time! It was the perfect place to take our toddler out for dinner. Lavisha took good care of us and the food was delicious.

After a wait of nearly an hour we finally got our starters, it then took nearly another for mains, a larger table also came in after us and were seated served ate and left before we even got mains, credit to the barman for some lovely drinks but the rest of the service was pretty poor, we didn't even get offered anything while we waited like we usually do at zizzis

Bruschett lacked flavour, I know it's Italian but no chips. Otherwise the food, drink and service was beautiful.

I pay for expensive food but I demand adequate flavor and quantity. The lasagna is very small and I felt frustrated because of that. I don't recommend it for that reason!

Certain choices are great. All the main dishes that I've ordered were great and tasty. Service is a little slow. The tiramisu is horrible.

Had the 3 course Christmas meal. The atmosphere was great, nice tables for our large group that encouraged chatting. Service was a bit on the slow side but understandable for the size of our group. No major complaints!

I recently visited this place, and while the food was decent, the experience left much to be desired. It took over an hour to receive the starter, which was very frustrating. This delay really affected the overall enjoyment of the meal. If you’re planning to visit during busy times, I strongly advise avoiding peak hours, as the service seems to struggle with handling the crowd efficiently. Hopefully, management can work on improving this aspect, as the long wait times are a significant downside.

Where is my food I've been here and hour and a half and preordered?

Appalling service, pre ordered all food and book3d for 7.30pm. Still.in restaurant at 10pm and still not recieved pudding. No offer of any refill of drinks, no cutlery, no clearing the tables in between, no staff. The worst service I have ever experienced in a restaurant. To be told by the manager they had no staff is a joke, when in management you shouldn't take on bookings if you can't keep your customers happy and the service standards up. Just Appalling.

Awful awful time. Took 3 hours to get our food and it came out staggered, cold and wrong. No one came to see us, ask for any additional drinks and it took 25 minutes just to get the kids lollies and get out of there. Appalling service. There were other customers also having a terrible time so at least we were in good company.

Mi pizza de queso de cabra era lo suficientemente agradable, aunque la pizza de mi amigo tenía muy pocos de los hongos adicionales (coste adicional), por lo que tuvieron que pedir más. Todo el restaurante, y sobre todo los baños, tenía un aspecto muy cansado y rayado, como si el lugar necesita una buena renovación. Pero lo peor fue cuando un miembro del personal con uniforme de Zizzi salió del baño de los Gents poco antes que yo y no se lavó las manos después de usar el urinario, lo que me hizo sentir mal y como nunca volver allí (estaban haciendo o tocando nuestra comida con manos tan sucias, me preguntaba). Me puse en contacto con Zizzi, a través del formulario principal de contacto de la web, sobre esta falta de higiene pero no he tenido respuesta.

The food was amazing, the staff were lovely however the toilets, toilet area and stairs were disgustingly filthy - what a shame!

The last twice I've eaten here, the staff are slow and the meals are not piping hot as one would expect. When we were served, the staff member was very efficient. Observation showed the rear door from Jesus Green was in constant use from non eaters accessing the toilet facility. While I accept where needs must. Leaving all the doors open so there's a constant draught made our eating experience uncomfortable. I won't hurry to go back.

Not a good experience. It was freezing and a lot of diners kept their coats on. It took an hour for our food to arrive after ordering and one of the dishes was the wrong one. No one came to ask how the food was. To be fair they deducted the cost of one of the meals.

Extremely disappointing experience. We waited over an hour for our order, only to cancel it and leave out of frustration. To make matters worse, the restaurant was uncomfortably cold, and we had to keep our coats on the entire time.

Nice place if you like Italian food. Didn't realise you couldn't get a steak here. Would of liked a but more seasoning on my food and don't like the stock answer of "well you should of asked for it to be seasoned". For me, food a little plain but food service and not expensive. Easy to get to and if you like Italian I'm sure you'll be happy.

Super organized restaurant, with fast and attentive service. The cuisine is truly excellent, with well-made and tasty dishes. You can see that there is attention to detail and a lot of passion. Ideal for a pleasant and worry-free dinner. Must try!

La comida tardó bastante más de una hora en salir, sin disculpas ni explicación, cuando llegó, faltaba algo de la comida de los niños. Personal poco servicial y comida promedio. El dispensador de jabón en el inodoro no funcionó, así que no hay instalaciones para lavarse las manos.

Pasta almost dry due to lack of sauce. Virtually no kale in the pasta. Salmon dry and overcooked. I’d return this 10 times out of 10 if I received this in a restaurent

Night before sons wedding in Cambridge.many of us had travelled hundreds of miles. Orders taken, but we waited over an hour for food, while delivery guys in crash helmets, walked past our table to pick up bags full of food. Service was a shambles, food was not great for the price. Complaint made sat for a further 20 minutes before manager came to talk. Drinks knocked off the bill, would we return again. Don't think so.

I just love pizzas here Visited others Zizzi restaurant and was quite disappointed in one. But I find pizza here exactly how I like,service was OK, food came quickly,atmosphere relaxing.

We had a very disappointing experience at your restaurant. Despite the restaurant not being busy, we ordered 5 plates of spaghetti, and while one arrived within 1-2 minutes, the others took an unacceptable 30 minutes to arrive, even after we had to ask about them. We also ordered three desserts, one of which had been ordered earlier, but it arrived very late as well. To make matters worse, we asked for spoons several times and were never given any. With so few people in the restaurant, the slow service and lack of attention were extremely frustrating and made our dining experience far from enjoyable.

We ordered two vegan rainbow lasagna and literally served 6 lasagna sheets with tomato sauce and no filling. Big mistake I did was not take a picture of the meals. This is worst meal I have ever had in a restaurant. No value for money and was charged £15.95 for each dish. Additionally, the pizza my partner ordered Rustics Pinoli had no goat cheese , mozzarella, tomatoes, etc. I am posted the picture from the menu , what I should have been served.

I went to Zizzi's on Regent's Street a couple of days ago with my partner for lunch. We share a portion of crispy calamari, cooked well. She had her favourite rustica pinoli and I tried for the first time beef and chianti ragù pasta. The chef seems to have good knowledges, professional service. 10/10

calamari were a bit insipid, perhaps too much coating in them. Pollo was great as it was.

I went to Zizzi thinking to find an average decent cheap food. As I thought this would have been another player in the restaurant chain market. I was wrong on the price. Far too expensive for what the offer and quality was. £16.99 for the crispy prosciutto carbonara would have been acceptable if the pasta was not over cooked and mushy. Nothing on the plate was crispy. And the portion was too small, I don't think there was even 80g of pasta. The kids menu was more convenient: £7.99 for starter, main and dessert. I took spaghetti alla bolognese for my kid and surprisingly the portion was bigger than mine. Also the Bolognese sauce was good, spaghettis were bland with no salt at all (which could be good for a kid menu tbh). Service was nice. The young servers working there were quick to help you, and always smiling. Last note, even if I'm Italian I'm not fuss about food. That carbonara was very far to be a carbonara, but in all honesty if it was cooked properly I would have probably loved it.

I had a wonderful experience in your restaurant, fabulous place great food and waiters who know what they are doing, but the best thing are the tables overlooking the park, I will return hoping to find a place with a view.

we didn't know zizzi, we went there for the first time last night in regen't street me and my girlfriend, it was busy but we managed to find a table right away, a waitress came straight away to take our order, shortly after the drinks and food arrived, the food was very good and the waiters were smiling even though it was busy, beautiful experience I recommend you go there

A unique experience. My husband and I were there for our anniversary, the waiters made us feel very special, the food was really delicious, everything was delicious. I went yesterday to eat at Zizzi Regen’t Street, a table with a wonderful view of Parker’s Piece, friendly and always helpful staff, fast service and excellent food, I recommend it to everyone who likes pizza. I will definitely go back

The menu had a good selection, food was well presented and good quality. Prices were also reasonable, particulary the 3 course offer. Service was a bit slow, but staff were helpful. Somewhat dodgy choice of music playing, fair to awful covers of songs.

Came for an early lunch so it was nice and quiet. Server was very polite and attentive and asked about allergies, and gave us free reign to sit where we wanted. Lovely views over Parker’s Piece. Ordered pizza which was sizeable and tasted good. Food didn’t come out overly fast but we weren’t in a rush. Would come back!

I went to eat at Zizzi in Regent street with my wife. We really enjoyed the food, the rustica Piccante looks amazing and also was super testy, my wife had the lasagna was also very good. We also had Tiramisu for pudding. The cocktail are great. The service was lovely, friendly staff and also fast service.

Great time and lovely dinner. Food was amazing, We choose the sharing board antipasti and was super tasty, with a fantastic Italian Cocktail Aperol spriz the combination was perfect. For main we had rustica campagna pizza and casareccia pollo piccante we love it. We also had a bit of space for the pudding and we went for the classic one the tiramisu . We really loved our meals and the portion size is perfect, the food arrived quickly even if the resturant was busy. The atmosphere is so cozy and nice, and you feel to be in Italy. We also enjoyed the service. Overall we are very satisfied for choosing this location for our dinner.

I went with my family for lucunch, the vibes of this place was amazing. We rally enjoyed the lunch and we absolutely enjoyed the ambience, food and services provided by staff. Staff was so polite and friendly. We had rustica pizza, garlic bread, mocha, cappuccino and sweet potato fries. We loved garlic bread which was zizzi’s special and rustica pizza. The kids option also it is fantastic my soon really enjoyed the food. Thank you we had a great time
