Big surprise with the quality of the food served.

Good modern restaurant chain, unfortunately this branch is very narrow and everyone is 'crammed in' and therefore unpleasantly loud.

Me and my friend came in today and the service was 10/10, I think her name was Lisa she was very lovely and the food was delicious!!

I had an amazing experience at this Italian restaurant in London! The food was absolutely delicious, with authentic flavors and perfectly cooked dishes. But what truly stood out was the bar. Artem, the bartender, makes the BEST cocktails I’ve ever had! Each drink was crafted with incredible skill and creativity, making the experience unforgettable. Food is unbelievably bland, how can the food have so much colour but no taste at all? Food is expensive for what it is and service is not the best either. Would never go again.

Patrik was a phenomenal waiter. His suggestions for me were perfect. He took the time to get the best meal for me. The restaurant was clean, while extremely busy. The rustic piccante pizza was more than enough and the flavor was spectacular! I was walking around Buckingham Palace and Westminster neighborhoods, working my way to Victoria Station. I found the restaurant just by passing by during a walkabout. Very lucky find. Thanks to the whole staff.

The restaurant experience that I had with the company that I was with was very nice. Italia was the person who was the host of our table and her service does Zizzi in Victoria Cardinal Place proud.

Service was great and all staff are customer service oriented. Feel received and welcome as we also have to wait to be seated. Love the signature ordered and price is reasonable. Want to commend on the integrity and honesty of staff. I dropped my credit card and was picked up by a customer leaving the restaurant. My card was handed over to the staff. Despite the busyness of the staff, they came to approach me to check if I have lost a credit card which I then realised. I am very touched by her effort to look out for me as the card has a Chinese name and she guessed it may be me.

Excellent lunch, impeccable service, very kind waitresses, divinely furnished place. Simple, functional but the TOP! Simona was exceptional! Wonderful welcome! With grace and kindness Simona left a piece of London in me!

We popped in for a quick meal. Found us a table with no booking. Very busy. Aperol Spritz were great. We shared the main lasagne with extra cheese, meat and sauce. It was very good.
