Zizzi - Leicester Fosse Park in Blaby

I ordered a Peperoni pizza, but instead I got something that smelt like burned plastic and was probably microwaved instead of prepared in an oven. I felt sick after eating it and I can honestly say this is the worst PIzza I have even had in my entire life. DO NOT EAT HERE !!

Came to meet our friends for lunch here and had never been before, so got lost! Asked a lady outside nearby if she could help, and she assisted us the right way! Turns out she was our server! Just got my pizza absolutely disgusted was freezing cold ...four tiny bits of pepperoni I ordered extra and extra chicken hardly any and I think they forgot to use the tomato pizza topping.My son laughed and said what's that .20 quid wasted .

Came and had a lovely birthday meal, food was delicious and Eloise was an amazing server - kind, friendly, professional, and attentive.

Good food overall, I have visited and enjoyed several times. Food overall is generally good. Variety is plentiful. The presentation is also on point. Side note last time I got the Rustica Piccante, and I would highly recommend avoiding it. That being said, I do highly highly recommend the Chocolate Brownie Sundae in the picture below, it's banging. Bonus points that they have some of the best public rest rooms of any chain restaurants.

Very dissapointing meal today the breaded chicken came so hard and crispy and the chicken totally dried out,green beans and kale undercooked and potatoes very boring and such a dry meal ,hardly ate any . Mocktail was nice but my husbands was 3/4 full of ice cubes and hardly any juice . The chocolate browny was nice but such a tiny ball of ice cream . £65 what a waste of money,w t be going back there again .

Had a Pan fried Salmon salad. The salad leaves were brown on the edges and stale ! I did mention this to the server & they still charged full price! £16 is not cheap for a dish that clearly shouldn't have been sent out from the Chef!

Went here today, the service was very good. They catered to my allergies. They have a wide range of gluten free food and made sure that my salmon wasn't cooked near prawns. The food was hot and delicious and the waitress was professional and friendly.

From the moment I walked in, her warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for a delightful meal. Remena was not only courteous but also attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met without being intrusive. She frequently checked in to see if I required anything else, which made me feel valued as a customer. Her friendly attitude added a personal touch to the dining experience that is often hard to find in busy restaurants. Thanks to Remena's excellent service, my visit was truly enjoyable. I've been eating in zizzi with my family for well over ten years and my go to dish has pretty much always been the calzone picanti It's a meal I could away say left me feeling nice & content, not full but a good size meal, with a good filling to pizza base ratio. That was until today! The calzone that was placed in front of me was pathetic to say the least. At least half the size of the calzones I've had in the past. I brought this to the attention of the young lady serving us to which she told us that she has actually served smaller ones in the past! Now as this is pizza dough folded over with the filling inside I expect the same amount of filling as an open pizza would have as topping but this was by no means the case. I think I counted 4 meat balls & only 3-4 very small pieces of chicken, & for £16.25 that's disgraceful. Utterly Utterly disgusted , unfortunately in my ONCE most favourite restaurant. Come on ZIZZI wake up & give people value for money . Pictures below : mine compared to zizzi web page!! Laughable

pizza stone cold. base tasted uncooked and soggy as if just defrosted. chips were hot so issue on with pizza. I guess it was not fully cooked for a frozen GF base and is therefore cold on arrival

I will never not rave about Zizzi. In my eyes, they are the best UK Italian chain restaurant🍝! The day prior to going to Tunisia, I just could not stop thinking about how much I NEEDED their Pasta Superiore Pancetta Carbonara (£16.95). I love their new pasta range as they use FRESH free-rang egg pasta, so you know it’s going to be a winner👏🏼. Topped with a mountain of grated parmesan, this dish is a go-to for me😍. As well as those past dishes, I also LOVEEEE their pizzas (basically anything that is guaranteed to be fresh). If you’re not already, make sure you’re signed up to their Zillionaire’s Club to get great offers and perkz when you collect Z’s with each visit! Overall: 10/10⭐️

If you don't like spicy food and chilli eat elsewhere. Nearly everything comes with chilli. Desserts are 50% cheesecake and oversweet.
