Zizzi - Marlow in Wycombe

Sebastian gave us a warm welcome and was attentive and friendly throughout our visit. Food was very tasty!

This was my first time at this Zizzi’s and unfortunately it’s not somewhere I will be returning to. We had a big party of 13 and three of us ordered the new Mushroom and Truffle with a burrata on top (Which is my dream favourite dish as an Italian). When the dishes arrived two of the three dishes arrived with clotted cream instead of burrata, trying to pass it off as an expensive burrata. The third dish (my dish) came with half a burrata that was old and dried out like a mozzarella ball and when eating it I struggled to find any trace of truffle. I was starving hungry and ate the dish anyway thinking that that’s how they do it here. When the new dishes came after complaining about the burrata I tasted some and realised the difference between how the dish was meant to be and what mine was actually like. I ended up with a simple mushroom pasta which is a basic dish and paid almost £20. Very very disappointed and will urge people to either go somewhere else or make double sure you know what you’re supposed to be getting. Felt scammed and the fact that we had to complain multiple times to get what we should’ve ruined the meal. The taste was very nice once it came but the night was already ruined.

Have enjoyed many excellent dinners here with my family. Food arrives in record time and there is no compromise in flavour; exceptionally polite and friendly service, Especially from Bruce. Looking forward to being back next time I’m in Marlow. Many thanks to the whole Zizzi team!

Oh my from the moment myself and two friends walked in,we were greeted by a a friendly young man who took us to our table.We were served by the lovely young girl called Emily. Emily was super polite,professional and made sure everything was ok at our table and asked if anyone had any allergies and of course that was myself Yasmine. She made sure everything I was going to have had no fish or eggs in. I can go on but overall outstanding customer service thank you so much Emily for your excellent communication skills for a young person.Food ,drinks and dessert were absolutely delicious.Have an amazing Christmas and a happy new year 🙏🏾

Lovely evening. Great food, Great service Jorel, our waiter was brilliant - friendly, helpful and looked after us well. Christmas set menu is great value and loads of choice. Situated on Marlow High Street, some limited parking on the street but there are some car parks in easy walking distance.

We booked zizzi Marlow for our work Christmas party, there were 15 of us dining. Sadly, we were very disappointed by the poor customer service. The manager had a very rude attitude & seemed desperate to get rid of us! Would not return.

We were blown away by the Service from Lisa at the Marlow branch of Zizzi. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left she couldn’t have done enough for us. She made our table feel so lovely and festive & the kids just loved it! We will absolutely be back. Thanks you Lisa!! 😁😁

we booked it according to the reviews. The four of us were greeted by a big smile from Danni and the decoration and seating were nice . We ordered 2 brisket meat stufato and it has almost no meat at all , just potatoes . We asked Danni , she said should be the opposite . When half get what they wanted it s spoiling the purpose of having a nice evening out when on holiday . Danni voluntarily charged only one plate (we did not ask for that) and was very apologetic.

Bruce served us and made us feel very welcome. He provided polite and efficient service, was knowledgeable and friendly. We would not hesitate to return.

Wow I think this is the best Zizzi in the UK. We was looked after by Jorel definitely want to come back again soon. We were looked after so well excellent service it felt like being at home. Lovely food and wine.

Jorel made my experience at zizi so lovely, compared to Wycombe zizi this was by far much better, jorels service was 10/10 with the little added candles and birthday song was so sweet and made my night so special. The food was unreal and absolutely spectacular and my experience was honestly amazing, thank you :)

Excellent service, offered with great humour. Atmosphere spoilt by a cold wind whenever the front door opened that's out of staff's control. For diners, be careful where sit.

Lisa was brilliant, out for my birthday and she made the evening. Great interaction with all the group, and brilliant with the kids. Extremely knowledgeable about the menu.

Our waiter was Jorel he was fantastic super friendly and extremely quick in turning our order in nothing was to much trouble very chatty and made our family birthday meal a great experience in zizzi Marlow food was hot and very tasty table was clean and menus easy to navigate Jorel was great The only downside was an added service charge which was not disclosed although this is optional it is automatically added to your bill and you feel under pressure if you ask for it to be removed tipping should be a personal choice per sitting depending on the service you receive not an added addition which is just expected it is not mandatory so make sure you check your bill prior to paying zizzi take note please !

We are regular patrons at this Zizzi the food is always good and a favourite for our daughter. Jorel is one of our regular waiters and is always very friendly and looks after us going the extra mile to make us feel welcome and to make our visit pleasant and fun for our daughter.

Team are brilliant - we are always made to feel welcome by the manager, the wider team - who have been consistently here for a few years. Whilst we like eating the great food - it’s the Jorel that keeps us coming back! He is a super star!

We popped in without booking and were met by Jorel at the door. He engaged immediately with our children and had us all laughing. The restaurant was so busy but Jorel kept up great spirits and great service. I could hear him chatting and being friendly to other tables. He made our night a fun event! Thanks Jorel! Oh, also the food was hot, fresh and tasty!

Best service ever! Visited Sat 2nd Nov 2024 at lunchtime. Been to many Zizzi’s as we love the food and as always, the food was amazing. But what made this Zizzi stand out for us was the amazing service from the staff. I wish I knew the name of our waiter as I would mention it, because he was so good. The place was full of families with young children, including us, we have a 4-year-old, and he was so good with all the children. Was always coming past checking if we needed anything, happy to answer questions, remembered what everyone on our tabled ordered so when the food came out, he knew who was having what and not asking who ordered what. Because of the amazing service from the staff, we would definitely return to this Zizzi’s. I had a kids eat free QR code and when he tried to scan it, for some reasons it didn’t work but the waiter said not to worry it must be an issue at their end and said he would take off the price of our daughters 3 course lunch £8.50. The food came out in good time, was piping hot, fresh and delicious, we have some Chicken dish, fish and Pizzas of course. The deserts were also really tasty. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you for such a great service and I hope someone from Zizzi’s reads this and passes our thanks on to the hardworking team at this branch.

Great meal at zizzi’s the night before my wedding, with my friends and family. Staff really helpful and friendly, food was lovely! A good Gluten free menu. Really nice touch was a free bottle of Prosecco, when leaving. Thank you for making it such a lovely relaxing evening.

Just had a fab meal at Zizzi in Marlow. Lisa who looked after us, took my dairy and gluten allergy seriously and gave me the allergen menu but she also seemed very clued up on what we could or couldn’t have. The pizza was fantastic, would highly recommend it as normally gluten free pizzas are awful. We have been served by Lisa before and she’s such an asset to the restaurant. She’s friendly, professional and just seems to have everything under control.
