Zizzi - Milton Keynes Hub in Milton Keynes

I have been here this weekend. The food was good as usually and the staff nice but it was so cold inside, I had to wear my jacket throught dinner and so was everyone else in the restaurant. I will definetly not go again in the winter and don’t recommend anyone to go because it is not a nice experience to go to a restaurant to have good food and a good time and be so cold and not comfortable. I would like to mention that the heating was off as our table was right behind them and there was no hot air coming.

First time coming to this zizzi's over the weekend and found the experience wonderful. We had a very lovely waitress (marsela) who was excellent the whole time, she was very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this place to family/friends and will be eating here again soon.

Christina was a great host, very attentive to our needs, very hard to do as a table of 14! Food was nice, wagyu meatballs

We came here for a group meal with friends, and were served by Christina who was very attentive and friendly. As a coeliac I feel like a bit of a burden eating at restaurants but Christina was so knowledgable about the allergen menu and made me feel really safe with the allergen procedures. All my food came with a gluten-free sticker and was also delicious. It also all came out at the same time so we could all eat together. Thanks Christina for making our meal out a lovely one!

Really tasty food. I had the Casareccia Pollo Picante which was delicious. The service from Christina was exquisite. Very friendly and speedy service. Will definitely be coming back.

Modern building in MK. Standard Zizzi food but the place is great for families, couples and friends.

Been there today, had great moment, my family loved the food including my son that ordered twice and that was a miracle. Lumi was taking care of our table from the booking till the last moment, lovely hardworking waitress, I will be back next week!

Cocktail was great but the pigs in blankets had room for improvement and were better with the savoury tomato sauce that accompanied the calzone than the supplied syrup. Service was the usual excellent standard, as was the calzone.

Visited @5pm on a Saturday. In a large box of a building there's little atmosphere. The food was good and served quickly but the staff were pretty miserable, professional but no smiles or making us feel very welcome. Wouldn't go back.

We come to this restaurant a few times a year. It is wonderful service and the food is exquisite. A truly brilliant example of this chain. We just keep coming back time and time again. On top of that you can use Tesco vouchers towards your food. Brilliant

It was so amazing Ella was fantastic. She took such special care of us. We had the 3 course, did not make it to dessert at all we were so stuffed we had to take it to go. This was a lovely way to spend a Sunday. Thank you again to Ella and the team for excellent service, food and Drinks

Ella is the best waitress ever. She was so lovely with a butterfly smile as well. My friend and I were struggling with picking a dish and we asked her for her recommendation and she gave us 10/10 recommendations. Everything was bussin. From started to main and desserts. When you come to zizzi, make sure you ask for Ella

The food is always amazing and tasty,the atmosphere is amazing too. All members of staff are doing an amazing job and are lovely and polite.

Ordered Super Zucca Salad, when it came it was 80% lettuce with a few bits of butternut squash and dried hummus smeared around the outside, nothing like what was on the menu. No pulses, no peas, no kale, no pumpkin seeds. I sent it back and ordered something else. At the end of the meal the manager apologised for the salad and told me they had not changed me for the salad that I hadn’t eaten and was so bad I sent it back. No apology for the fact I had to sit while everyone else ate their meals and then eat after everyone else had finished just that they hadn’t charged me for a meal I hadn’t eaten. The lasagne that my partner had was rubbery and all in all the service was lack lustre as if they weren’t really bothered. Not a great birthday lunch with my family.

I highly recommend Zizzi because of the the service because it came so quickly because normally in restaurants I have to play games but here It came within a blink of an eye. Related to that the child service was incredible because my child bought a pizza and ate it as fast as a lightning bolt! Licked to that, the hygiene and taste is too good to be true because firstly the hygiene is amazing because everyone (I think ) loved the taste of fresh bread melt into there mouths and second of all the taste was great because we could even smell the amazing and plus the customer service was also like a dream. I will highly recommend Zizzi and one person in particular named Christina was so good she was rapid and hardworking. We will definitely come again!
