I have order for Pickup and I haven’t get my order for at least 30 minute I have ordered for simple naans form this shop they haven’t completed my order for at least 45 min , I’m not happy with they service they provide and other things is that theyhaven’t wearing any gloves preparing while preparing the food

Very poor experience. We ate in and had to wait for over an hour for food. Huge gaps between each persons food arriving resulting in people finishing long before others. Raised issues with them several times, said they would compensate but had to be reminded again when paying the bill. Won't returning here anytime soon.

I thought i would give the benefit of the doubt the first time i went there, however the second time i went i had to give this review and I’m not a person to give bad reviews. We went inside a group of 7, no acknowledgment what so ever. We ordered and sat down, the table wasn’t clean they said they would clean it however we had to ask them three times. The food came after 1 hour?!?! We waited an hour for our food. I had to go to the counter and tell them where is our food and why is it taking so long!!! They were serving all their deliveries and we were waiting for our food as eat-in customers . One of my friend had to wait in front of the counter for them to make the food as they were giving everyone’s food one by one. 3 of my friends finished their food and they didn’t even start making one if my friends food. My burger was sitting on their prep table for 10 minutes and became cold. I understand you are busy guys but you dont abandon your eat-in customers. One of their colleagues told us will give a discount due to delay. But the person on the counter didnt so we had to remind him (we appreciate this but would prefer a decent level of service) Few things you can improve on if you see this review: - Acknowledge your customers when they enter your restaurant. - Please give an ETA of how long the food will be. - if you have a problem with your grill, tell us and we will be understanding, not when the bill is being paid. Until the above is not improved I will NOT be going there. Im sorry about this review, but this needed to be addressed.

I've given this restaurant 2 stars instead of 1 for the sole reason that they are open quite late, so if you have a late night craving this is an option. Unfortunately, that is the extent of the positive. The food is meh. You'll find better food for lesser prices around the same vicinity. The staff has attitudinal issues and are looking to get rid of you as early as they can rather than show any amount of customer service. They seem to have a priority for online orders and tend to ignore the customers waiting in the restaurant. They make excuses even for simple requests. I had asked for a dish to be made spicier, they declined giving a vague excuse. I think they need to reflect on this and provide more training to their staff

The elderly man working during the day is very very slow.

Very nice food, very consistent in the quality and taste. Especially with the price you are paying. Very reasonable. They are open till late which is helpful when I am coming home late. Just a note. The staff can sometimes be abit moody, as if they don't want to be there. Me personally can overlook that as the food is nice. However, customers who are really keen on great customer may not be impressed by certain members of staff. /

Absolutely abysmal! My food took 45 mins to come after ordering to only find thick black hair in it! Looked like pubes! after complaining, they told me it’s my hair.. my hair is thin and long. I’m so disgusted. Pls avoid at all costs😭

I ordered via uber eats they got my order wrong by not reading the instructions which left me unable to eat my food. I had called and complained as before ordering in uber eats I confirmed specific orders and they said this will be fine but it wasnt. The customer service was amazing as he advised me to order a coke can and he will redo my order ad I paid for an order which I was unable to eat. The new order came as I requested so I am happy they dealt with the issue professionally. I am not one to complain but at 12 midnight when I am hungry I did not expect my food to be wrong but I am happy with the end result even though I had to reorder and wait but the fact they had amazing customer service after realising thier fault is a good sign of customer service and appreciate thier customers. Thank you for resolving my issue promptly and professionally. The food was hot and amazing that's why I order from here. In future please do read the instructions as a peice of advise to prevent this issue occurring when any potential customers. Thank you zus and team.

The staff are rude I called before hand to say I have milk and egg allergy and asked if my meal contained these products I was told no when it came my meal was smothered in yogurt sauce I called and was told I can't read the app says the food comes smothered in saurce it doesn't he said I had to re order my food and pay again when my husband took the phone over he goes sorry sorry its OK order a coke on the app I send you food why should we order something to get a replacement the staff are sexist rude to women do not order

Overall the food is really tasty and fresh, especially the chicken grill. The chicken was tender and juicy. The naans are made infront of you. The sitting area is small and the toilet is a bit dirty. Also the service is a bit slow as they receive too many delivery orders. But the food is really good. Highly recommended.

Best grilled chicken in town. The way it was cut into 10-12 pieces makes it perfectly cooked and easy to consume. The dips given were also apt. Do give it a go.

What a terrible service today. This asian pakistani boy served me. Waited for 30 minutes for a shawarma. He was on the phone and doing nothing. Food was completely cold and the smallest portion ever. 1 bite and it was finished. When i called to complain he says "I am the mamager, do you know my dad is? He made the chilli sauce" What an absolute joke. Then he says bring the food back and ill give you another one? You think im going to wait for another 30 mins for you to serve me? Avoid at all costs

I had Lamb kebab and Spanish chicken curry it was so so delicious. I heard their mix grill is very good aswell which I be coming to try next time. Food was so fresh. Mariam has served and suggested the food mentioned above.

Tried eating in and clarifying my order after 5 minutes to ensure the food wouldn’t take long. Was greeted with grunts and barely a visible response. After 15 minutes asked for the status of my order and it turns out they got the order wrong. I tried to gauge how long my order would take from the current point but was given no help. After about another 10 minutes was told at least 10 minutes further. So, after about 30 minutes in total with no progress made on my food and the service being completely dead rubber I walked out

The restaurant itself is sooo great and their food is so good , talking about the portion size it is crazy that just for 10 pounds you little get tub of haleem or nehari or fatty rolls and shwarma or anything. Don’t even get me started on the taste its just too good specially the sauces.

The worst restaurant I have ever been to , very poor costumer service, I ordered large portion and was given a small portion with little salad for the price of large . I had to wait 40 mins , it was not even busy . Avoid this restaurant like corona virus . There biryani was very horrible, plain rice with add of cooked chicken curry on top . Overpriced, not good food , no good cooks . Only the older gentlemen was nice and working hard . This was a horrible experience will not be coming back again ever .

I ordered chicken shawarma large with nan, through Uber eats and when it arrived. I felt like all I ate was nan and salad there was very little shawarma, especially when I ordered large, I dread to think what small would look like, hardly any shawarma I was fuming. Are they keeping for themselves or somthing, I would reccomend you to remind them to have a fair portion of shawarma or maybe the driver is taken it. Don't do this!

I am a regular customer of Zus for both ilford and green street branch. However todays experience has disappointed me and I am very shocked. I went in at 1:30am and had asked for chicken shawarma and chips, and large chicken shawarma and naan. I have been waiting 20 minutes which I was happy to wait. Only then, the server has said they have run out of packaging and can give the food seperately. After showing me the container that he will give me shawarma in, I was in shock. It was a really small foil container(smaller then a salad container). He assured that it is the usual regular portion so trusted him. After opening the food. I was in awe, this was most definitely the smallest portion I have received ever. The photos will speak for itself… annoyed as the server has stated it is the same portion when it clearly isn’t. The least they could’ve offered was a discount for the inconvenience and smaller portions. But I guess the money was more important for them.

If I can give 0 stars I would but one star is the least i can do. I come in seeing an empty shop after work, no one wanted to serve me. Literally avoiding me. After waiting ten minutes i had to ask the staff if they're available to serve me and my friend. my friend just wanted to know if he can buy lamb chops with rice and the staff. Just said no. I look at the menu showing my friend he can buy the rice and lamb chop separate. My friend then said to me "he clearly don't care about us cause if he did he would of showed us the rice on the menu instead you showing it him saying no" This made it very clear that the staff did not like us. After waiting 15 minutes to get served another costumer walked in and was served before me. I asked the staff how long will it take and was told it will be done in 5 minutes but can clearly see them making only chicken. Stop hiring people with no costumer service background. I know you wanna help your family and friends but you can't choose who you wanna serve. Some of us are hungry just finished work and to not be served in a shop where it takes time to cook food is a horrible experience. Eventually after waiting almost 20 minutes we decided to test out the service one last time. I said to the staff that we are coming back only for him to ignore us. if he didnt ignore us maybe i wouldn't have left a review like this Hire someone that's gonna help your business grow and that loves all the costumers. not one that picks and chooses based on appearance. My friend is black and he felt discriminated and was realy upset with the experience Worst service ever I'll never step foot in this brunch again and I'm telling everyone in the goodmayes community about this service and to not buy from here

Food was good once long back so we tried again, but this time the wings were so bad we could not even eat them. I am sure it could have given me stomach ache. They are not very good about maintaining quality all the time. It was late night by the way.

all the staff is full of attitude for no reason apart frm a young short guy he is gud.. very disappointing staff was so gud untill kashif or yusuf was there.. new staff is clueless... called and ordered a chicken 30 min before bcz i dnt wanted to wait in car with kids in cold. when i reach at the restaurant they say sorry we forgot to put ur order.. honestly very disappointing ...

OK, better places for this type of food

First time trying this restaurant a very late night eats, for something that's open that late was pretty good it's a Pakistani grill house were they do all the classics as in kebabs,curry,sides...and with their own version of shawarma they had sadly run out of lamb so I opted for chicken shawarma large(£9) I would say it's not bad about average then I also had lamb samosa(£1.50) which is the classic Pakistani version with extra crust was really nice, the mango Lassie (£3) was nice and thick. For some reason, they don't do mayonnaise🤔

just ordered chicken shawarma and lamb kebab roll . It is raw and absolutely disgusting. Avoid and save yourself from food poisoning

Right , I want to start by saying I'm extremely fussy when trying places , I always worry , but my partner just ordered me food from here as in the past this was his favorite go to and I had to write a review straight after eating , the food was outstanding, never have I eaten 5 lamb chops at once 😂 and I tried my partners biryani and it was really good , don't sleep in this place guys . If you want good Pakistani food full of flavor, this is the place !!! 🤗 Yum !
