Food was great, we went at 7pm and was very quiet. I imagine it would have had a better atmosphere if busier.

First every visit to the dog and gun. I was very happy with the service and the food was very tasty and alot of it. I would recommend to anyone to dine out there. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Super friendly owners, great atmosphere!

You walk in to be greeted by a miserable looking owner and two teenagers who were more interested in chatting to each other than serving!?! The lad with his arms folded just standing there and the girl rolling her eyes at you as you order??? Unbelievably rude and obnoxious! 😡 a lot of the food on display was burnt or very overcooked. Worst serving experience in a chippy EVER!!! Teach your staff customer service and learn to smile and say hello!

Chicken was over cooked, not edible at all rock hard

I love a good garden centre cafe. They're normally such bubbly, relaxed, lovely places, full of middle-aged people enjoying a cake before buying another aspidistra. But not this one. This is the garden centre anti-cafe. The staff could not be slower - the queue for ordering food was more than twenty minutes despite staff standing about chatting. Then, they ran out of most vegetarian food options, including chips. But nobody had told the person taking the orders, so they happily took payment, which then needed refunding and re-ordering. It's a total mess. To add insult to injury, though this place is dog-friendly, my dogs were made to feel much less than welcome. A member of staff loudly and publicly berated me for feeding mine a sliced-up sausage roll.
