Good food, good value, friendly atmosphere.

First time trying Kayi. And I have to say the food was incredible. It was just like authentic Mediterranean food. Was that good it was as if I was in a Mediterranean country being served local food. A little more pricey than your usual takeaway. But the quality far exceeds what you'd expect. I'll return for a sit-down experience one day to soak it up all. It was great for myself. As it got the wife trying food she's never tried before having not traveled. Blown away with the quality of the foods. Thank you

So this morning I went to get a sausage cob I felt the lady serving took an instant dislike (menopausal possibly) as when I asked for a little bit of stuffing she proceeded to put the whole serving in and when I repeated what I said she forked it in half and left the half in one quarted otmf the cob and then covered it in apple sauce at that point I walked out as she asked what she had done, I told her if you can't spread stuffing along the cob instead of in one spot on not interested and left the shop never to return,

Great venue for our works Christmas meal. Lots of food, well cooked and well presented. Waitresses were pleasant and attentive. Christmas decorations were lovely, great attention to detail 🎄🎅🥂

We were very pleased that this place could handle quite a large booking on relatively short notice. The food was spicy tasty and in plentiful supply, and the wine list was for a curry house, really rather good. Only downside for me really was the speed of service in places, which led to a rather rushed end of meal due to us having plans later in the evening. But the complimentary drinks did make up for it some. We will certainly be back next time we're in the area.

I arranged for The Butlers Pantry to provide dinner for an Army Officer Reunion in a rental property. From my initial contact to the dinner served , a first class experience. Dietry requirement were all taken into consideration. I would highly recommed.

Had most amazing quiche and salad...followed by Tiffin cake. Sshhh best kept secret.... Definitely will be back soon x

Dished me up a mixed meat kebab with chips which resembled something from a gynaecology ward clinical waste bin, and charged nearly £10 for it!! 🤢 Had to pack up eating halfway through as it became increasingly repulsive to look at, never mind eat! My last visit here.

Lovely local pub with decent pub food

The food was great but my experience at collection was dreadful. There were no staff available front of house so I was wandering through an empty restaurant trying to find somebody to retrieve my order. I gave the surname on the order which caused mass confusion as he was expecting the first name. If I hadn’t already paid for the food and driven out of my way I would have walked out. The way I was spoken to was aggressive and accusatory. The service really let down what was quite nice food.

47 quid spent, and couldn't even read the order properly so no fries delivered

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience here today. It's such a shame as the venue has the potential to be great. We waited over half an hour for 4 drinks and meals, only to be served the drinks 10 minutes after our food. Our food had missing items which were delivered after we had finished. We were apologised to and then ordered coffees, which again took over 20 minutes to arrive. We did let the waitress know of our disappointment when we paid, but nothing was done or offered to compensate. The quality of the food was ok, but not enough to compensate for the poor service
