the pub is lovely realy old world charm staff very helpful and welcoming the food was good but the veg were so hard it was inpossible to eat them I dont like my vegetable soggy but do expect them to cook them this di spoil the experience I would have rice if I went againwhich is doubtful

Had 2 different main courses, both excellent, must say best fish & chips I’ve ever had, great service, always happy to accommodate

Yet another visit to this fantastic pub. The lunchtime baguettes are amazing and great value for money. The only issue I have is with the guy complaining about his steak as the George has not had steak on the menu for quite some time. My advice is to ignore that review and try the pub for yourself, it's brilliant.

A really jolly village pub with a friendly atmosphere and a warm welcome. Great real ales with guest beer changed on a regular basis. Very tasty, well cooked food served at the weekend. Well worth a visit.

We had a very enjoyable dinner with the friendly owner and a menu full of originality. I always go there every time I go on a business trip.

Esto ha cambiado de manos recientemente y es brillante. Fuimos a desayunar y era delicioso y tan diferente del gran estándar. ¡No puedo esperar para venir a tomar cócteles!

We were staying at a nearby campsite in winteringham And we booked a table here for 8 of us We were very impressed with both service and the food. The waitress and barmaid were very attentive and the food was really lovely We had the steak And wine Deal the wine was very and the steaks were cooked to Perfection ! The deserts were also great value for money too Thank you

Great service and very friendly great food

We decided to pop over to Navenby to the Kings Head For a spot of lunch between Christmas and New Year. It’s been a fair few years since I visited the pub and to be honest it didn’t seem as if it had changed at all. We ordered our drinks and sat down with the menu and were somewhat surprised at how expensive the meals were. We almost left but decided to give it a chance due to the reviews mainly on here. Well, the food was acceptable. It wasn’t anything special and certainly wasn’t worth £18 for a burger and chips. Again, I wished I’d read some of the other reviews which said how expensive the drinks were, as they were absolutely spot on. How pubs can justify charging £3.50 for a tonic water always surprises me. But it seems Country pubs feel it’s acceptable to charge these prices. £48 for two burgers and chips a single gin tonic and a pint of Shandy is just simply too expensive for a spot of lunch and we won’t be returning. I strongly suspect that we were charged restaurant prices for sitting in the bar.

Been here so many times and never disappointed. Today was a full breakfast, chicken burger and Caesar salad with chicken. All amazing. Staff are all fabulous.

He terminado con esta panadería ahora. Dos veces ahora he hecho pedidos la noche anterior a mi visita, ya que no vivo en Navenby. La primera vez fue solo para un par de pasteles de cereza, pero llegué allí y nada se había ahorrado. En esa ocasión me dijeron que sabían que les quedarían algunos así que esperé a que llegara para embolsarlos. Mi segundo pedido llegó anoche para hoy por algunos artículos diferentes. Acabo de hacer el viaje para venir a recoger para que nos dijeran que el personal no había sido informado sobre mi pedido. Cuando entré, en realidad había uno de los artículos que aún quedaban en el estante, pero mientras el personal intentaba encontrar un pedido para mí, alguien más lo compró... así que todo lo que pedí y hice el viaje se agotó por completo. El personal me ha animado un par de veces en el pasado a hacer pedidos, ya que una gran cantidad de artículos tienden a venderlo bastante temprano, así que el pedido es algo que alientan activamente. Pero estoy harta de perder tiempo y dinero viniendo aquí y siendo decepcionada.
