Popped into this delightful cafe bar after a bit of retail therapy..I received a very warm welcome and was served a very respetable and well presented Vanilla Latte with complimentary biscuits. A very pleasant place to sit and chill with friendly service from the two guys on duty, great decor, easy listening non invasive background music and a nice vibe.I would recommend this cafe bar which also offers it's own loyalty rewards card...bonus!!

We went in today 7 December to buy some specially ground coffee as a gift, we looked at the extensive list of coffees on the menu, started to engage with the counter staff “no we don’t have the one you want and no I don’t know when it will be in”… so we go back to the menu to understand what is available but the counter staff are bored of us now so start work on the black board and that’s it no more engagement with us so we just stand waiting while one of the counter team makes a coffee the other just ignores us completely and carry’s in to write on a blackboard… so we left no sale today or ever again. Terrible service I would suggest there are better options a few feet away such a shame as I would always support an independent over a chain, but if they don’t care why spend your money with them.

Popped in for the first time in ages. It has been very nicely redecorated since I was last there. We had two adult meals and two child meals. They were a perfect size, freshly cooked, and the whole meal was excellent value for money. If you are in town, skip Spoons and head here instead. Will certainly be back.

Called in to have a coffee and hot panini did have a dog no mention of not allowed in the shop until coffee brought over and told to leave!!! staff had seen me with daughter and dog at ordering and again when coffee brought to table then ?manager came over was rude and said we had to go daughter stood out in the rain with dog and manager person took the coffee away to put in takeaway cups Staff disorganised and queuing out of the door as so slow Too many staff and not working together leading to slow service poor granny in a mobility scooter left out in the rain as couldn’t get in to be served Worst coffee I have ever been served totally undrinkable Signage needs to be displayed to make owners aware that dogs are not welcomed and staff need some training about how to be respectful and courteous to customers as the manager was downright rude to us which is totally unacceptable Not a nice experience at all

My ppl were cross with me when I told um I had ordered from here. We have always gone somewhere else, and it's been good, and none of um wanted to take the risk with somewhere new. It was a winner, though. The Welcome restaurant / takeaway probably tips it with quality, but that's Chinese fine dining and expensive. This place, though, impressed us. It's now our new regular chinese goto, definitely recommended.

We had the Seafood Risotto and Rabbit Ravioli both of which were quite nice but overpriced for the portion size. The Mediterranean vegetables side dish was woefully small and lacking in variety. Service was extremely slow with a 1 hour wait for the main course. Overall not impressed.

Friendly staff. No table service. Spraying tables whilst eating. Food was VERY good! Floors were dirty throughout. Really Did NOT like the amount of dogs inside when serving food. Staff were fussing over dogs then entering kitchen/bar which is NOT hygienic. They should at least have a separate area for dogs instead of letting them everywhere. Not sure I would go again tbh.
