The best restaurants in Abbots Langley Three Rivers East of England

Went for my daughter's birthday on the 30th December 2024. Erkan was a very good waiter and very polite professional and friendly. He noticed the table was wobbly before we even noticed and fixed it straight away. Can't wait to return.

We’ve been ordering food from Village Tandoori in Abbots Langley for years, and it’s hands down the best Indian food in the area! The dishes are always delicious, full of flavour, and clearly prepared with care and passion. The service is exceptional, and I’d especially like to thank the owner, Ali, who goes above and beyond to ensure every meal is perfect. He always asks if everything was enjoyable, which shows how much he genuinely cares about his customers. Highly recommended for anyone who loves authentic Indian cuisine!

Just received a takeaway order and I can honestly say this is the best pizza I’ve ever had. The goats cheese and caramelised onion pizza is absolutely to die for. I can’t believe this is the first time ordering - you’re now my go-to pizza place 🖤

We came across this restaurant several years ago. Cinnamon Lodge has become our favourite Watford Indian and we are way overdue to post this review. The selection and quality of their food is consistently of a very high standard and always spiced literally exactly as we ask for. The waiters are friendly but respectful, not overly-familiar, just as it should be. The proprietor is a great guy and keen for feedback. Also, he regularly tries out new dishes and we love that. Prices are reasonable for both food and drink; the wines are great, including some lovely organic choices. There are lots of reasons we keep going back...

Really lovely restaurant. Chose the chef’s special and side dishes. All delicious and Hamzah the waiter was extremely professional and warm. Would definitely recommend. I will be returning again very soon. First class food and service.

Had a takeaway and while it tasted OK at first by halfway through the salt was far too excessive. I spent the night drinking water to try and flush it out. Not again I am afraid.

Pin Wei was always my go to restaurant. Such a shame it closed. It was a really nice place to be and the food and staff were always amazing. Hope they reopen if not there somewhere else. Miss the restaurant and friendly staff. 5 stars all round.

Excellent food, great price, portion sizes large, delivery on time, ordering quick and easy through app. Highly recommended. Superb Indian food.

Met a friend for a cuppa in the middle of the afternoon. Great hot chocolate. Accommodated our requested for some frothy milk for my friends toddler, which they didn’t charge for. Would definitely return.

FIRST and LAST TIME... We ordered for delivery vegetarian thalis from Forest of India. Quantity was great but that's where the buck stopped. My son absolutely loves Indian food and Naans but he declined to eat the SWEET NAANS where the sugar was still overpowering despite dipping naans in curries. Mushroom and other curries had minimal taste in them and mushrooms were runny & bland. I understand that taste and spice levels are toned down a bit to cater wider demographics but this was absolutely unacceptable. Everything was either SWEET or BLAND... We will avoid getting food from Forest of India.

Been using these guys for a while now. Every time we are very happy, never dry or I've cooked. Great service on the phone. Don't just put the phone down on me like others have once I ordered. Very good value for money. Portions are a good size. Just love um. Best Chinese around by far.

Love it here! Food great, staff great, menu great, very welcoming for a single female too! Like an old style cafe but some modern choices.

Had an awesome meal today! The cheeseburger was spot on. Super fresh, juicy, and packed with flavour. The chips were insanely good, so crispy, probably some of the best I’ve ever had. Washed it down with an alcohol-free beer, which was such a nice touch to have. The staff were super friendly and made the whole vibe even better. Highly recommend!
