The best restaurants in Croxley Green Three Rivers East of England

We used Weirdough Pizza to cater my husbands 40th birthday party at a local golf club. I cannot recommend them enough. Claire is lovely, very helpful and is quick to respond to communication. The pizza was AMAZING, numerous party guests said it was the best pizza they’d ever eaten. I over ordered and still the whole lot was eaten. They cooked through the wind and freezing temperatures of storm Arwen proving for sure that they can cater anywhere and at anytime! Rustic and authentic pizza at it’s absolute best!

This is a favourite local or ours and even though they were super busy today, the service is always 5* and nothing is too much for them. Service with a smile - always. This place also does the best coffees. Thank you again

Very cold in restaurant asked for poached eggs but would not be changed also said no mushrooms but was very recultant to take them off the order got no replacement instead very recultant to go back

Little gem of a pub, dog friendly and enjoyable atmosphere. Food is good and the staff are always welcoming. Highly recommended. The festive menu is an absolute bargain as well, three courses for under £20 what’s not to love!

Met up with cousin for meal. We came down from Scotland. Worth the visit. Good hot tasty food. Great service. Smiles all round 👍

Lovely pub to venture into on a Saturday afternoon

Excellent, fresh and delicious pizza dough and vast variety of toppings. Generous cheese and portions for very good prices. Free delivery is quick and reliable. Recommend highly

This restaurant was excellent when it first opened, the food was very tasty and fresh, however recently we think the chef has changed as the food is now average at best.

Nice traditional pub, friendly staff, good range of draft lagers and beers, dog friendly in bar area. Food very very disappointing, main courses not well cooked. Maybe next time we'll stick to drinks and a snack at the most. Disappointing.

We live in Croxley and use Chinese gourmet regularly . We always find the food delicious the service quick and reliable and the staff so polite . We have tried other Chinese takeaways just to ring the changes but they never compare to Chinese Gourmet . Highly recommend ( particularly schezuan chicken and chow mein)

Probably the best pub I’ve visited in 30 years of frequenting pubs, no exaggeration! Ambiance is always on point, multiple areas to sit, (or stand), both indoors and outdoors, menu is full and varied, food is always perfect, customers aren’t rushed into making decisions, table service all day, every day, and, the best part, the staff are always polite, courteous, informative, and, above all, friendly, especially an absolutely brilliant young lady with dark hair, whose name escapes me, (sorry if you’re reading this), but only because I’m getting old! 👴🏼😊 Bonus, it’s dog friendly in all areas except the main restaurant. I used to take my two Akitas, Strauss and Lucie, until both passed away recently. 😔 Seriously, if you’re looking for a place to eat/drink, with a friendly vibe, The Artichoke on the Green, Croxley, is your place! 👌🏼

Have ordered from here about 4 times since last summer. It has always arrived very quickly, always been hot and always been tasty. It’s not ‘cheap’ but portion sizes are big and I have no complaints at all.
