We have just had the most amazing time at the restaurant. The food is amazing, tasty and so well presented. Staff are in training but all were very attentive and polite. It was also nice to have a glass of wine with our meal. I'm sure the students will all do well in the hospitality business if they carry on like they are. Well done all . The tutors are doing a wonderful job 😄

Absolutely brilliant, a real hidden gem. The food and service was excellent. It was so good, we even brought a takeaway.

What a truly fabulous old fashioned pub with very welcoming landlady Anni and her customers, especially Janet and Peter, when we joined in Quingo yesterday afternoon. It was thrilling to win the picture quiz. The room was warm and cosy due to its great wood burner stove. The complimentary sandwiches were an added bonus! Thank you so much for the welcome and will join you all again in the New Year.

Lovely cafe with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I needed to find something both gluten and dairy free, and the owners were able to offer me a good choice of sandwiches fillings in a lovely gluten free roll, plus a delicious Pecan and Orange Flapjack for dessert! A fantastic gem of a place. Would highly recommend.

Friendly service here and food cooked in the woks in front of you. Very fast and very tasty. The squid rings were delicious as was the curry. World wholly recommend.

Absolute gem of a restaurant. It's quite small (I counted seating for 26) so I would recommend booking. The owner and staff have created a warm, very friendly atmosphere and we were made to feel very welcome. The menu caters extremely well for the majority of diets and everything is freshly cooked. The owner is very helpful and is happy for you to pre-order your choice of meals in advance. This means you don't run the risk of something not being available , which is always a possibility when it's fresh ingredients and cooked to order. We had pizza, tiger prawns and jerk pork burger, all of which were fabulous and the tiramisu dessert is amazing. The level of service was perfect, not rushed, attentive, extremely polite and friendly. Thank you for a lovely evening, Desmond's has just become our first choice restaurant in Lowestoft.

A great community hub. A full on all-inclusion cafe with pottery and all sorts of crafts. BSL cafe too on a Friday morning and certain days a cat therapy time. Ran by a very generous lady and her volunteers. Also a freebie corner or foods is there on certain days. Great coffee and pancakes.

We just had the set meal for 2 with chicken tandoori, chicken masala, mushroom bhaji and lots more including wonderful complimentary dishes which was absolutely amazing. Thank you very much it was superb. Ps it might sound as if I own the restaurant, I don't but fully recommend you trying it out.

Very tasty Kerala traditional thalassery Biriyani, good ambience and friendly staff. Best Indian Kerala restaurant and recommended for dine in. Thanks to the management and staff. 👌👍

First time visiting on recommendation. Not disappointed at all, everything we ordered was perfect. Crispy pancake rolls, tasty chow mein, chicken balls perfectly done i could just list everything but it's all the same just perfect. Definitely a repeat customer now 👌

Only thing was the chips too much cheese for me on top and sauce on top , order was just a little over the delivery time but driver was friendly .

All good so far...a bit to 🧂 for me.

Pizza has so much corn flour on it makes it’s almost unedible get some new pans to stop it sticking maybe won’t be using again second time had this awful pizza in last 2 months

The best fish and chip I've had in years. The batter was light and crispy the fish was cooked to perfection and the chips was tasty without a bitter after taste. I would recommend the chippy and give a score 💯 You have to try it for yourself and thank me later.
