The best restaurants in Bickley Bromley London

I have just eaten the nicest almond croissant. It was massive and there was lots of almond paste. Really recommend this coffee shop. The peanut cookies are wonderful too.

This pub is great for live music with good local bands most Friday and Saturday evenings. My kids love it here too. Friends staff and great food at a reasonable price. Lots of good offers in in the week and so accommodating for groups and parties too. There is parking in the road out the front and to the side in the evenings. Tesco opposite has free two hours parking and most of the nearby roads have no restrictions after 2pm. The 336 bus also stops very close by.

This is a great coffee place and we often visit it with my husband and dog as a Saturday treat. My rescue dog is still learning to be calm in public spaces and we appreciate the understanding; we never felt judged or unwelcomed. Great customer service with a strong family feel, and my dog often gets treated to a generous portion of cooked chicken, so she has a strong interest in the place too and will happily tear my arm apart trying to pull me there. Only complain is that sometimes it’s closed and she gets terribly dissapointed; evidence attached.

Firstly I would like to say the food is amazing never had a bad meal. The problem is you ring and place an order you’re told twenty minutes you arrive after 15 minutes and the food hasn’t even been started. Tonight I had to wait another 20minutes on top of the twenty minutes I was told. This happens every time I’ve ordered. Walk in customers seem to be served before customers who order over the phone

Went too the Oak for family Sunday lunch, they were very accommodating, as we had left it late too book a table for six people, we were seated in a nice area. The staff were-all very helpful & pleasant, nothing was too much trouble., for them. Our food was nicely presented, and more than adequate . Would highly recommend this pub , for lunch any time.

Only ordered a takeaway and it was very very tastey the food arrived hot as well very friendly on the phone when ordering. Had the tandoori mix grill with a plain rice madras sauce onion barji and a kemmanan it was very tasty and not overly priced the only thing negative I’d say could have been more meat in the mix grill. I’ll definitely go back that’s for sure to give it another go 👍🏼 Update **** ordered another takeaway we waited 2 hours after was told be 45 mins just putting it out there **Be Warned**

Always friendly and with a great selection of vegan cakes. Coffee is really good too. Have visited many times and will no doubt go again soon.

I have Just picked up 2 sandwiches and their sausage roll, and honestly this is I think the best sandwich I’ve ever had, the flavours were bursting and me and my partner really enjoyed. Everything tasted fresh and all went together. I’d recommend to anyone. I’ve seen mixed reviews, some saying them being rude, that was not the case at all. They are lovely people. Defo will be back!!!

Service was bad, watched two people who come after us get served before us and given food before us, showed us that they didn’t like us with their energy. Took AGES to give the food. And was staring at us the whole time from where she was standing behind the bar thing. Bad experience and they will treat you badly if they don’t know or just decide they don’t like you. Food was good tho

I attended a 50th party on 4th January 2025 in the marquee. I didn't stay in the rooms but the staff were very friendly and attended to the guests well. My only issue was that it was cold in the marquee. There were heaters, but my table was at the edges of the marquee. Maybe some sand bags be laid on the outside of the marquee to prevent the cold blowing under. Otherwise the food was good staff were friendly

Love this place, usually like to have a drink in here but decided to eat for a change. Sunday dinner was excellent with very generous portion sizes. Salt and pepper chicken was amazing, honestly one of the nicest things I’ve ever eaten in a pub restaurant. Kids loved their tomato pasta and cheeseburger to again very generous portion sizes and cheap. Will definitely be returning to eat more often on a regular basis. The staff are amazing and friendly to which always helps, thanks

there is nothing really wrong with this restaurant, but there is nothing particularly good about it, in all a very average experience, the service was just ok and the food generally bland, we also felt overpriced for the standard of food

Late delivery, no apology, unable to contact restaurant, food was cold, fish all broken up in the box like it had been tossed around, greasy cold chips.
