This place was such a good find, we’d been for a walk and passed by a number of cafes all closed on a Monday, this place saved us. Humble Pie had a lovely selection of hot food and cakes and we were able to take them away to eat on the way home. Really surprised it wasn’t busier when I went in as it’s a gem! Cheese and onion quiche was the star for me.

Rhubarb gin and ginger ale! So good. Highly recommended 😎

Really not you're standard chicken tikka, lacked sweetness and spice, did try to rectify though just unfortunately not successful, starter's were good and so was customer service so I would perhaps try again

If you go here you have to try the salt and pepper beef it's the best!!!! And the staff are really friendly and polite

Just had a reheated lamb curry from here, it had to be heated twice because it was stone cold in the middle the first time.. Left with an upset stomach, should of sent it back to be fair. Girlfriends food was crap also, cauliflower fritters the size of grapes and chicken goujons out of a frozen bag.. Bad experience overall no money knocked off either.

This is the best Indian takeaway in town - no doubt. We regularly order from here and I highly recommend Chicken or Lamb Shukran - bursting with flavour! The Naans are always perfect and fluffy.

Just ordered from Orient Perl, and it was amazing! I had the special fried rice with curry sauce, and the curry sauce was the star—packed with flavor and spices, it made the dish next-level tasty. Portions were big, so I was properly stuffed after, and the staff on the phone were super friendly and helpful, which made it all even better. I’ll definitely be ordering from Orient Perl again—great food, big portions, and top service. Highly recommend if you’re into Chinese food!

Love walking to the Anchor , the atmosphere inside is a proper traditional pub. Love the open fire there. Drink option great.
