New years eve 3 course meal which was amazing great atmosphere staff very friendly

Thursday evening three of us attended Haighton Manor. As usual, the food, ambiance, and service were all fantastic. But, this time a special mention to our waitress Maddie. Exceptional service, rapport snd general manner were all 10/10

Great food and excellent service. Food cooked to order , staff were excellent nothing to much trouble. Before we ordered we were advised , that there may be a slight delay and to larger group had ordered before us. With this in mind our food came quickly .

This restaurant is brilliant place, definitely 5. Stars!! 17, people with 12. Different meal orders ,all meals arrived together, service was brilliant all meals were hot , staff were a credit to the Italian Orchard Restaurant the decor very good wonderful experience…

My son is feeling really ill after his food here it wasn’t that warm it was sloppy and really Greasy will never go again !!!

When it’s open it’s great! However, I’ve lost count the number of times we’ve come to visit the cafe and it’s been closed. Very disappointing and not a good way to manage a business. Given up going there now and it’s never open on a Saturday.

I had the mushrooms and garlic bread starter which was just ok. Mushrooms were nice, but they were spoilt by pouring the sauce over garlic bread which made it very soggy. The bread would have been better served on the side to dip in. My husband was disappointed with his pate starter, not much pate in his dish, it was mainly butter. He said he wouldn't have it again. We both had Cheese pie for main. It was delicious and so were the chips. If we went again we would just have a main meal. Service wise they brought cutlery to the table, but only one set for starters. I had to get up and ask for more before the main meal arrived. Surely it would be easier to bring it all together, especially as it was brought in a container. I asked for a rhubarb and ginger gin to be told they only had rhubarb and elderflower. Within 5 mins they came to the table to tell me they only had rhubarb and ginger which I asked for in the first place? As it is table service I feel they should come to the table more often to ask if you would like any more drinks. Staff friendly.

We were able to cancel the holiday as quick as requested but are now waiting for the refund.

We visited here lots of time when the quiz was on, gutted it isn't on anymore. But the food is always of great quality for a very reasonable price, the staff are absolutely amazing and welcoming. Would fully recommend.
