Such great food so tasteful & fresh! Saved it for my lunch for work & was so filling & worth it😍 need to definitely get it again! They even added chicken on my noodles for free too!

Been here several times over the past 5 years and always very good. Food is great value, staff friendly. Be aware they don't serve sandwiches on a Sunday so we had a starter each (Baked Camembert and Nachos). Then noticed they do kids portions of the Sunday lunches offered so that will be our choice next time.

A lovely warm dog friendly pub which was so needed after a long misty walk across the South Downs. We had warm bread, a delicious bowl of olives and fish and chips which were exceptional - I’ve never had such crisp batter with good quality fish too. Will definitely come back!

Excellent lunch. Good atmosphere friendly staff will certainly go again .good to have the Fountain open again .Shame they don't serve Youngs ale

This place has a great reputation, but this time it didn't deliver on service or food I'm afraid.

Lovely waitress, but all on her own so the first course took nearly an hour to arrive. Although two members of our group enjoyed their meal, three of us were very disappointed by the tasteless fish one served in batter and the others without- probably frozen. We didn’t complain as we were so hungry and couldn’t wait any longer for our lunch. The Half Moon is a great destination but its service and the price doesn’t match the quality of food on offer.

Lovely bright doggie friendly cafe - really good value with a toasted sandwich /French fries or salad meal-deal and a hot drink for £7.50. Great relaxed atmosphere and friendly service 😊
