The best restaurants in Cuckfield Mid Sussex South East

I ate here last week and the experience was incredible. I tried many dishes including the empanadas, croquetas, chorizo malbec, pulpo and of course a rib eye steak! Everything was delicious and the service was exceptional. The vibe of the restaurant is great, with lovely interior design and nice lighting. It was full, even on a Tuesday, so it’s good we booked a table! Couldn’t recommend more for an authentic taste of Argentina and Spain 10/10

The Talbot is what a traditional English pub should be and used to be; decent local bitter, friendly staff, open log fire. I love a few pints here every now and then 🍺

We were lucky to get a table at one of the supper club evenings and it was wonderful. The atmosphere was great - homely, cosy and chic at the same time 😊 The food was perfect. I don’t think I’ve ever had better lamb before! We had a few courses and it was delicious. It was a relaxed and perfect evening. Service was great. We all had a wonderful time. Thank you for such a perfect evening!

What a GREAT find introduced to us by friends. The food was outstanding, reasonably priced, friendly attentive staff and would definately rate it above all other Thai restaurants in an area of Haywards Heath and beyond. We will be back very very soon.

We popped into 180 Degrees for a quick coffee as we were passing and hadn't tried it before. What a great place. Lovely views. Excellent, hot coffee and really welcoming and friendly staff. We will be back.

Our family took my husband for a lovely dinner for his birthday at The Fanny Talbot. Our experience far exceeded my expectations, primarily because of the time and attention that the staff took with us. First of all, we were delighted to find a personalised birthday card from the staff to my husband waiting for us on the table. We also received complementary drinks and canapés. The food was absolutely scrumptious and very well and artfully presented. We were also excited about the wine list, which was more extensive than we expected. The staff were so attentive and kind. We really enjoyed our visit and will certainly be going back very soon very highly recommend!

A lovely friendly little cafe with good coffee and lovely cakes

Booked for our works Christmas lunch because it is convenient to here we work. I'd be ashamed to serve a meal like that and I can't cook. Absolutely tasteless, careless presentation and burnt edges to vegetables. Guess that means it was pre-prepared and just microwaved. On arrival, presented with a long list of what isn't available due to a freezer issue. Says it all really.

A great stay at this lovely pub. Stayed in room 2, a single room with a comfy bed and decent sized bathroom. Breakfast in the morning was perfect. Staff are very friendly and helpful too. Saw the pub on a booking site, but booked direct.
