The best restaurants in Benhall and The Reddings Cheltenham South West

Anna did an amazing job on our wedding cake!! We came into the process a bit late, but thankfully she was available and really helped us make our (admittedly random) visions turn into a beautiful and delicious cake. All of our guests absolutely loved it -- I was worried we'd have so much cake to take home with a small-ish turnout, but they definitely enjoyed it enough to eat more than I expected! The initial booking and coordination with Anna was great, everything went so smoothly, really can't recommend Sugar Bowl Bakes highly enough!

Had two flat whites that looked like lattes and Luke warm as the staff do second two not much better a little hotter hopefully better next time expect better for 3.75 cup come on costa standards dropping

Coffee was fine, cake selection ok too. Pity that the staff when serving you use head sets / microphone to talk to drive through customers at the same time.

Average fish and chip shop let down extremely poor service. Staff pleasant but they must be the slowest chip shop in the UK. Waited over 35 minutes to get a single bag of chips. It was bad engough waiting times before but now they are on Just Eat the waiting times are beyond a joke now for anyone walking in to get served as they spend all their time on delivery orders first. Recommend taking your business elsewhere on a Friday

Ordered for the first time from here in ages, we usually go to a different local but wanted to try somewhere different. We were really impressed, great food all around, particularly the beef chow mein and crispy chilli chicken! Portions were great too, we even got given some free spring rolls which were lovely! Really reasonable delivery fee and very quick too. Will definitely be returning.

We stayed one night at.the hotel. The room was very good and comfortable but unfortunately the breakfast was very poor, i.e. inedible overcooked fried eggs and insipid unappetising bacon. The breakfast was definitely not worth the £10.99 per person.

I returned after two months for my daughter’s birthday, and once again, the experience was excellent. The food was absolutely delicious, and the drinks were top-notch. The service, especially from Ellie and the rest of the staff, was fantastic. They all joined in to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, even bringing out a birthday hat and a balloon dog, which made the day extra special. I was very pleased with the entire experience and will definitely be coming back!

Visited with friends a night ago. It was busy and staff were quite harassed so it took a while for the food to get to us, some of it being cold when it finally arrived. In fairness to the staff serving us, we got an apology with each late arriving selection of plates. The food was basic but tasty. My biggest concern though was that the member of our party who needed a Vegetarian, GF option was not able to find a single thing on the menu which matched her dietary needs. She ended up making up a meal from items on the salad bar, bolstered with a jacket potato. Staff didn’t seem to be aware of the options available, or able to advise her on menu choices. We also had to ask a few times to see a list of the GF options (these are not shown on the regular menu). The Harvester team have been made aware of this issue and have reached out with a compensatory voucher for which I am grateful, but I would advise anyone with similar distant needs to check in advance with the restaurant to ensure those needs can be met. We naively assumed more options would be available.

So cold in there and in desperate need of a refurb

Always loved it here. I'm upset and disappointed that it was suddenly closed without warning last week. Disgusting actions by management. They clearly place no value on loyal, hard-working staff. Shame on them.

I forgot to take a picture of the food!! The food was OK but for a toasted sandwich and 2 tuna paninis plus drinks it came to almost £20. So make you study the menu and get one of their many deals on offer.

What is going on with Asda George click and collect at the moment!! No one answers the phone been trying all morning. Still my order was supposed to be ready yesterday and still nothing and no status updates!! Sort it out not impressed
