Always great value for money, brilliant staff, just keeps getting better., food and drink excellent, can't find a fault

Sadly the food was not up to the normal standard, spent all of Christmas day very ill, don't know what's happened as its always been second to none in the area.

Fantastic Sunday roast, good choice of meats, accompanied with veggies, a rather large Yorkshire pudding and the best gravy, well done to all, cheers

Lovely Sunday roast and nice atmosphere. Plenty of parking and dog friendly

Stopped for a light lunch. Had our dogs so sat under cover but outside as dry. Fab cafe & farm shop. We had the cauliflower soup which was beautiful with large chunks of freshly baked bread and butter to die for. Warm welcome & excellent service.

Not only best ever brownies but also best ever milkshakes, pancakes, rolls, breakfasts and more! We were very well looked after for my daughter’s birthday brunch treat.

This pub is the best find in Wiltshire, support local independent pubs. Their Roast was outstanding we were made to feel so welcome and relaxed, we would love to see them again next year 😊

First visit since the new management (as we heard Old Timer was in) - and what fabulous food (along with the superb friendly service). feels harsh marking down atmosphere as it was very quiet at the end of new year’s day service - but i’m sure it was much busier in the afternoon. highly recommended - for beer & food 👍

We were first to arrive and it was still quiet but the cafe was spotless, beautifully decorated and the staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect for a coffee while we waited for the house and garden to open.

We were staying at Bowood for a birthday treat and had dinner and breakfast in the Shellburne Restaurant and found Rotherhithe dinner to be more than I anticipated. Simply put it was one of the best meals we have ever had. The food was outstanding, I had the Cornish crab and my wife the lamb croquet which were fantastic, a cleaned plate was testament to that. It was followed up by the beef which was cooked to perfection and a delightfully tasting Diane sauce. My wife had the pork belly, yes, cleaned plates again. To finish I had the tarte tatin with vanilla ice cream. It truly was a lovely dessert, not sweet at all. My wife had the bread and butter pudding with honeycomb ice cream, again, not sweet. Service started a little slow but they were full. Wine was good, the house red really was a great choice. Great cocktails to start. Overall a fantastic visit, would highly recommend.
