We stopped in Jackdaws coffee House, I was with three other friends and we had been riding our bikes in the local areas, we all ordered a drink and panini, when I ordered my drink I asked the male person if I could specifically have my hot chocolate made hot, I could tell by his response that he wasn't really interested , he had my money and that was all that mattered, and low and behold when the waitress brought my hot chocolate it was just Luke warm, I then had send it back to be heated, also my friend ordered tea, his panini arrived at the table and he asked the waitress if his cup of tea was coming, he then waited again and asked again, then a waitress came and asked what the drink was, all in all he asked a total of four times for a cup of tea that he had paid for, infact he was first out of the four of us to order, none of the staff in this cafe are English, maybe they don't realise in the uk we like hot drinks, the service in the cafe is absolutely useless, they like to charge you a good price for drinks, but don't deliver on service, I would never go back I would find somewhere else. What a let down.

My hubby and l visited Malmesbury for the first time yesterday and looked into the cake tin shop. We realised that they sold cupcakes which by the way looked really nice so decided to buy a box of four to take home as it was our anniversary. They were delicious in fact the best l have ever tasted!!!! We will definitely be visiting this lovely shop again. Thank you to the team x

The pizza was decent, though the portion was a bit small for the price. What really stood out were the waitresses, who brought a lively and cheerful vibe to the place—almost like butterflies fluttering around, adding a delightful charm to the atmosphere. Overall, a mixed experience but worth a visit for the ambiance.

The fairest thing I can say about the food in this place is that it's ok. The staff were helpful enough and polite. I'm not really sure I get all the old garden ornaments everywhere, although I did have fun seeing if the jardaneir was going to fall everytime the waitress passed it. Any how on to the food. It wasn't the best pizza and by no means the worse. It was a very well made think dough, and a very good quality mozzarella. However my disappointment came with the tomato sauce, it was fairly tasteless. I had to add Tabasco to get some flavour from it. Secondly, the new cross pizza was listed as four cheeses. Well it has mozzarella and a pitiful amount of mascarpone and the Parmesan was like tracing paper. I feel that paying the extra was a complete rip off. I wish I saved the £4 and just got a margherita as the amount of cheese it came with certainly did not match the price. My last complaint is one I have a out many places - please stop letting dogs in your restaurant. I don't want a hairy panting stinky dog next to me as I eat.

Lovely food. Very friendly staff. Open until 5.30 which for afternoon tea is so rare! Next door to the Museum. Spacious inside and tables (outside south facing) too.

We stopped here for lunch and had the tapas option. The food was excellent and portions generous, when we left we felt like Tweedledum and Tweedledee! The fish bites were fantastic with large chunks of cod and salmon, the vegetable tagine was also superb with lots of apricot. My wife liked her squid (she's weird) and the halloumi fries we shared were a great touch. It's a pleasant dining area very spacious and service was pleasant and personable too.
