The best restaurants in Battlefield Shropshire West Midlands

I witnessed a woman screaming in a young server face shouting “im the boss”, while the server was crying. I think it’s disgraceful that it was happening outside the chippy doors. Makes me think what happens behind close doors. The same lady confirmed that none of the staff are trained to cook. I won’t be returning!

I Very enjoyed my visit here, everyone was so friendly, enjoyed my food definitely will be re visiting in the future……..

Decent pool table and darts board, nice drinks not that expensive and always a nice relaxed atmosphere in my experience.

Called in for a quick coffee stop clean and tidy, service was efficient more than acceptable wait with friendly and polite staff coffee went down a treat to, a win, win all round

It was quite busy with Christmas shoppers. I bought 4 items, but when I got home, I decided that the curtains were not suitable. I took them back yesterday and got a full refund. Then I bought some towels. They are good quality and good value

Absolutely disgraceful. no filling as ordered, so paid 10.00 for a ham sandwich NEVER ORDERING FROM YOU AGAIN !!!!

Occasionally you have to wait for a table but that's the sign of a good place to eat to me. Excellent choice and quality of food, served with a smile. Thank you for also chasing after us with the mobile phone we dropped! We love the quality produce at the farmshop next door too!

We headed to Dee Dee's firstly because it is situated within The Range store, where we happened to be browsing, and secondly, because it advertised that it was serving Costa Coffee. We were killing time, waiting for a relative to undergo a hospital appointment, but we waited a LONG time to be served. I actually began to time it on my watch, silly I know, but I was beginning to think that we would have to ditch our idea of a coffee and head back to the hospital. In the end, we waited a little over 18 minutes to be served. Yes, the coffee was Costa, but not served Barista style, more of the kind of machine one finds in a buffet breakfast at a hotel, select your drink, press the appropriate button and the machine dispenses the drink. The staff seemed to be rushed off their feet, with one young lady taking orders and delivering coffees and another, older and more experienced lady putting together the food orders. One felt for them, as they were clearly understaffed and rushed off their feet. Yet, being British, we all stood there and queued! Costa coffee is okay, not nearly as special as it would like to think, but we got what we paid for. The seating area was nicely laid out, sufficient space between tables, but it was all rather canteen, rather than a coffee / cafe /bistro experience. The management should really look at their staffing levels and help out the current members, who are doing their best.

Pop in to this Starbucks on the way to the office a couple of times a week, nice fresh coffee and all the staff are lovely apart from one called Leonie, she has a very bad attitude problem and I have seen her speaking to customers and other staff members like trash. If it wasn't for her, it would of been 5 stars.

When we visited we found it to have poor customer service. I have emailed them regarding my complaint and they have not even acknowledged it.

Staff was friendly, kids played on park for abit, had a carvery the meat was absolutely delicious and broke away made it melt in the mouth, the rest of the food was amazing too, cooked to perfection.

Very cheerful and helpful staff member in the car park this evening about5pm… handing out trolleys, collecting trolleys as soon as shoppers had put their shopping in the car. This kind and positive Tesco employee was brilliant on this cold dark rainy evening. Young man on checkout was also kind and friendly.. thankyou.
