Very nice pub, stopped for a beer on way home

Came for a breakfast with my son. Food and service amazing, beautiful location and lovely inside. Thoroughly reccomend.

Went in today for lunch and had the tomato mozzarella and herb salad was superb very fresh light and flavoursome. I would love to know what the dressing was loved it . Will definatley have this again

Ate in the Restaurant. First time here and couldn't fault a thing....everything was just perfect. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning. Booking is advisable as very busy.

5 of us ate here on Saturday night and was absolutely amazing. Food was brilliant and times of food and drinks were very quick. Staff were lovely and very polite. Would definitely recommend!!

We came here for our Christmas day lunch and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were fantastic and everything was as we'd ordered and arrived in very good time. The food was all absolutely lovely, with generous portions.

Unfortunately the foul mouthed men at the bar spoiled our visit, which is a shame as we were staying nearby and were planning to adopt the pub as our local.

We went for a large family Christmas get together meal expecting to be sat together, they had not made any effort to move the tables together, so we were split up into individual booths🤔 The restaurant was absolutely freezing. We were not told about the heating & no hot water problem, I found this out from the review above.🙄The restaurant was so cold that my food was stone cold as soon as i received it . I would expect better considering the price of a Sunday roast £18.00 very expensive for what we received. The unisex toilets are a very bad idea, I went to use the toilet unfortunately, after a poor aiming male, there was urine allover the toilet seat & the floor 🤮 also the door didn't lock properly. I gave up & waited until I got home. I would not return even with the 50% off voucher that we were given for January 🤣

Visited a wedding fayre here, stunning venue, gorgeous layouts. Especially loved the tipi on the lawn with the woodland ceremony area. All suppliers were really chatty and helpful. We are very much considering this venue for our future wedding

Good breakfast, lots of meal options. Clean and friendly staff.

This quaint little cafe is a very cute stop by for some well cooked good scran, stopped by chance and was pleasantly surprised, the food was fast delivered, which is natural with its small nature but is was beautiful served and tasted amazing, good job!

My birthday tea with one smoked salmon sandwich two ham and two cream cheese and the bread was stale and the fillings pathetic. Cakes were two small pots of cold carrot soup how is that afternoon tea. The mince cakes were bought cases with cold mince spooned in. Two tiny brownies and two large scones that were crispy with insipid jam and cream. The teapot was stained and the man who came to tell us what we were having kept poking his finger at the food to illustrate it and came close to putting his finger in the food. Quite an expensive experience.

I hate giving poor reviews but despite receiving a refund the way the fish fingers were supplied as dry, tough and over baked not only mine but my partner’s as well left us both very disappointed as we were expecting a nice meal after a pleasant walk. Apologies were received but a simple cook for fish fingers appears beyond the abilities of the “cook”. Mind you the roll was ok. We expect better on our next trip.
